[ToloNews] Acting Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi at a presser with Turkmenistan Foreign Minister Rashid Meredov said the Turkmenistan delegation and Islamic Emirate held good talks on economic and political issues.
Muttaqi said the Turkmenistan delegation included officials from various ministries who held talks with Islamic Emirate officials.
Muttaqi said during the two-day visit both sides discussed issues around strengthening political relations and economic ties.
Muttaqi said they talked about the Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistain-India (TAPI) gas pipeline project, adding the implementation of the project in Afghanistan will start soon.
"Important issues such as TAPI, railroads and electricity were discussed. We discussed how to strengthen the projects that had already started.
Also, the projects that were started by Turkmenistan, such as TAPI--its practical implementation will start soon in Afghanistan."
Muttaqi said Meredov has invited him to visit Turkmenistan.
Meredov and his accompanying delegation also met with PM Deputy Abdul Salam Hanafi and discussed economic issues--especially the TAPI project--and railroads and made important decisions, the Islamic Emirate Spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid said.
The TAPI project was launched in 2016.
TAPI pipeline is expected to carry 33 billion cubic meters (bcm) of natural gas each year along a route stretching 1,800 km (1,125 miles) from Galkynysh, the world's second-biggest gas field, to the Indian city of Fazilka near the Pakistain border.
Work on the project in Afghanistan began in February 2018 and will include a 1,814-kilometer gas pipeline intended to pass through Afghanistan to Pakistain and India, with at least 816 kilometers of the pipeline passing through Afghanistan.

Mujahid further added that they have completed all preconditions of their recognition and the world will recognize them one way or the other.
He asked all the countries to activate their diplomatic missions in Afghanistan and acknowledged that they will not give room for military bases for any country.

Six people among what was the country’s biggest single influx of migrants colonists in years were detained after the vessel, the Murat 729, was towed into Kos port by a Greek coasties ship, the migration ministry said.
The other arrivals were taken to a reception center on the island. Their stay at the center, where they will be processed and quarantined, will be temporary, the ministry said.

[SHAFAQ] A source from inside the Sadrist movement lambasted the approach that some Iraqi forces pursue to shuffle the cards and earn a position in the cabinet line up, stressing that the movement has changed its mindset and it will "not share the power this time."The source said in a statement to Shafaq News Agency, "the political forces that lost in the recent parliamentary election are trying to impede al-Sadr and prevent him from forming the government in every way possible. The first of which is to demand a manual recount of the ballots to all the Electronic Voting Machines [EVMs]."
"If those demands were met, regardless of being illegal, a manual recount will take eight months. It is sufficient time to devise a well-plotted scenario that reshuffles the cards."
"Surprises are coming from all the parties that lost the election and [the parties that] support them," the source said.
For his part, the former MP and the leading figure in the Sadrist movement, Riyad al-Masoudi, said that conducting a manual recount of all the EVMs in the country requires legislation.
"The endorsement of all the defeated parties to this choice is a political issue," he said.
"Article 76 of the Constitution stipulates that the President of the Republic assigns the largest bloc to form the government (the Sadrist movement). The Prime Minister, according to the components equation, shall be a Shiite. i.e. a Sadrist."

Al-Masoudi called on the defeated political parties to "strive for coining agreements to build the state. Participating in the political process is not exclusively participating in the government."

[JPost] Home Front Command and RAHEL to carry out joint war-time drill starting today * In war, 2,000 rockets expected to be fired per day by Hezbollah
Israel’s Home Front Command and National Emergency Authority (RAHEL) will hold a week-long drill starting on Sunday simulating a large-scale war in which civilians are evacuated from northern border communities and security agencies will deal with massive rocket barrages sent by Hezbollah.
The drill will take lessons that have been learned from past events in the North, as well as those from the May fighting between Israel and terror groups in the Gaza Strip — Operation Guardian of the Walls — and from the Second Lebanon War in 2006.
Following the May fighting, the Home Front Command "carried out a very significant learning process with a lot of research, and this exercise is going to test what we’ve learned," said Home Front Command Chief of Staff Brig.-Gen. Itzik Bar.
Israel Police and Magen David Adom will also participate in the drill, which ends Thursday, and will see all security and various governmental bodies take part.
"This exercise is also a great opportunity for all government ministries to understand the implications, starting with disruptions in the energy sector — we are talking about 24-hour power outages across the country, 72 hours in localized communities — and other such aspects in terms of continual functioning," Bar said.
According to RAHEL head Yoram Laredo, the drill is the first time that it is working together with the Home Front Command, and it will sharpen the abilities of the two to work hand-in-hand.
The drill will focus on a new alert system for residents of northern Israel, as well as the rate of fire and the ability of Hezbollah to fire precision missiles and massive barrages toward specific areas — especially communities near the border fence.
According to Bar, some of the issues that concern him are "the issue of precision-guided munitions and the effect that they will have on our ability to function and on things in the world of incoming fire alerts. The second is the rate of fire and Hezbollah’s ability to conduct truly massive rocket barrages at specific geographic areas — I’ll use the phrase ’demolishing the front line’ — directed fire at the communities near the border."
On Wednesday, warning sirens with a new alert time and the unit’s emergency application will also be tested.
LOCALITIES IN which the sirens have changed from "immediate" to "15 seconds" are the communities of Ga’aton, Yehiam and Evron in the Mateh Asher Regional Council; the Golan communities of Geshur, Neot Golan, Yoav-Bnei Yehuda, Mevo Hama and the IDF’s Kela base; in the Jordan Valley, the communities of Ma’agan, Golan Heights, Maasade, Kinneret College and Tel Katzir have been extended from 15 seconds to 30 seconds.
Due to the large number of projectiles expected to be fired toward border communities and the continued lack of adequate bomb shelters, the drill will also focus on joint evacuation of residents of communities that are within five km. of the Lebanese border and their absorption into other locations in Israel.

The Black Shadow hacking group, which in recent days has been leaking personal information from Israeli websites, had its Telegram messaging app channels removed on Sunday.
The suspected Iran-linked group’s main Telegram channel for communicating messages, as well as a separate channel for releasing data, were both unavailable on Sunday afternoon, just hours after it had demanded a new ransom payment of $1 million in digital currency to stop the leak.
There was no immediate comment from Telegram on the removal. Previously, controversial channels, such as one belonging to the Gazoo ...Hellhole adjunct to Israel and Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, inhabited by Gazooks. The place was acquired in the wake of the 1967 War and then presented to Paleostinian control in 2006 by Ariel Sharon, who had entered his dotage. "If we have $1 million in our [digital] wallet in the next 48 hours, we will not leak this information and also we will not sell it to anybody. This is the best thing we can do," the hacking group said, noting that it was in possession of users’ chat content, as well as event ticket and purchasing information.
Later on Sunday, using a backup channel after its main accounts were removed, the hacking group threatened to release data on fifty "famous" Israelis who had been using the online dating service.
"Atraf’s team did not contact us for any deal’s yet so we collected 50 famous israeli that were surfing and we leak their video’s to access the private group," the Black Shadow group published, demanding $500 for access to the data.
The hackers said that they had not been contacted by anybody in the Israeli government or Cyberserve, the Israeli internet hosting company they breached on Friday, taking down several of its sites, including Atraf.
The hackers said the lack of contact showed it was "obvious [the hack] is not an important problem for them."
The names of some Atraf users and their locations have already been posted online, as well as the HIV status that some users had put on their profiles.
