[RT] As further evidence that the US school system has lost the plot, students in Georgia were instructed to consider ’eating babies’ as a way of solving world hunger. How much more depraved does it have to get before people wake up?
In the ongoing series entitled ’US Schools Go Insane,’ one institution apparently thought that by slapping a ’satire’ sticker on the most profane idea imaginable, the contraband would go unnoticed. On behalf of satire, I’m happy to report it didn't work.
As part of the inventive English lesson, which probably spoiled more than one trip to the cafeteria, high school students at Richmond Hill were tasked with finding ways of ’raising and eating of babies to solve the world hunger problem’.
Jonathan Swift’s A Modest Proposal For preventing the Children of Poor People From being a Burthen to Their Parents or Country, and For making them Beneficial to the Publick? We read that back in high school, too.
Yum. Rhonda Thomas, founder and president of Truth in Education, broke down the details of the class assignment in a shocking interview with The New American. The information from the lesson plan that she divulged is nothing short of — as Thomas herself described it — "satanic."
"Since the child has passed we don’t need to take up any more land for cemeteries so we slap [the babies] on the grill and cook their flesh and make delicious hamburgers...For mass production, we would encourage the US government to create a business negotiation with China about trying to reduce their population by donating children to our government," the instruction stated.
"We also take children from all organizations, including foster care."
This ribald lesson in ’satire’ does not end there. It goes on to discuss the creation of a ’Dahmer Mini Camp,’ where the motto is ’you are what you eat.’ For the uninitiated, ’Dahmer’ is an allusion to Jeffrey Dahmer, the late American serial killer who not only preyed on black men, but had an appetite for them as well. Once your belly laughing has subsided, take a guess as to the demographic that would be targeted for the baby burgers? Give yourself an ’A’ if you said, "Low income, poverty areas and countries," the very communities, incidentally, that Planned Parenthood ...has received federal funding since 1970, when President Richard Nixon signed into law the Family Planning Services and Population Research Act. It is sometimes described as the gynecololgical wing of the Democratic party... has been accused of catering to in the past.

I think this actually was an inventive English lesson, an upper HS class. Could tie it to Swift's essay of course, but also various other satirical or dystopian works.
The American Civil Liberties Union of Virginia filed an amicus brief in support of compelling teachers in Loudoun County to use students' preferred pronouns. https://t.co/YbmvsCIyov

Why not just cut to the chase and compel teachers to give all students their preferred grades? Or, better yet, cut out all the unnecessary expense of schools and teachers (and administrators) and just mail out diplomas. I'm sure the same people handling mail ballots could manage it.

[RT] Washington’s top envoy to Afghanistan Zalmay Khalilzad has resigned his post, the State Department said, amid mounting reports that the department will conduct a series of probes into the hasty and chaotic evacuation from Kabul.
Khalilzad’s resignation was announced by Secretary of State Antony Blinken on Monday, noting that he will soon be replaced by his deputy Thomas West, a holdover from the Barack B.O. regime. "I thank Ambassador Khalilzad for his service and welcome Special Representative West to the role," Blinken said in a statement, adding that the new envoy, who previously served on Obama’s national security team, will now "lead diplomatic efforts" with Afghanistan’ new Taliban ...Arabic for students... -led government. The secretary did not offer a reason for Khalilzad’s decision to leave his post.
[MSN] Walgreens announced Tuesday it would be closing five of its the Socialist paradise of San Francisco ...where God struck dead Anton LaVey, home of the Sydney Ducks, ruled by Vigilance Committee from 1859 through 1867, reliably and volubly Democrat since 1964... locations due to "organized retail crime," but police department data, local officials, and policy experts are casting doubt on that reasoning, according to a report published by the San Francisco Chronicle on Saturday. Nope. Nope. That can't be it.
While the report said the chain has experienced retail theft, other factors like the COVID-19 pandemic and oversaturation of stores were cited as potential factors behind the decision to close the stores.London Breed "Just because people can steal stuff don't mean they do!"
"Shuddup. We're still closing."
Walgreens spokesperson Phil Caruso said retail theft across its San Francisco locations has increased in the past few months to five times the chain's average, SFGate reported. "They can't afford it." -- AOC However, we can't all be heroes. Somebody has to sit on the curb and applaLondon Breedud when they go by... San Francisco Police Department data obtained by the Chronicle contradicts Walgreens' claims, with one of the stores slated to close reporting only 23 shoplifting incidents since 2018. Some incidents of shoplifting likely go unreported, but the closing stores had on average less than two shoplifting reports per month since 2018. They don't mention dollar loss, nor video coverage of the "unreported" losses.
"Organized retail crime continues to be a challenge facing retailers across San Francisco, and we are not immune to that," Caruso told SFGate. "During this time to help combat this issue, we increased our investments in security measures in stores across the city to 46 times our chain average in an effort to provide a safe environment." "Not that it cost us any money, but still..."
San Francisco Mayor London Breed pushed back against Walgreens' stated reasoning for closing the stores. Boy, howdy. That's the way to stop them leaving.
"They are saying (shoplifting is) the primary reason, but I also think when a place is not generating revenue, and when they're saturated - SF has a lot of Walgreens locations all over the city - so I do think that there are other factors that come into play," she told news hounds last week. "Meh! Five stores? We got lots left. That's still a healthy goose."

The stores stopped reporting because the police told them they were "too busy to waste time on misdemeanors". In a shoplifting case I was a juror on the local police didn't feel like investigating until the store manager 'discovered' enough 'missing' items (funny thing they also said they had skipped the starting inventory that morning...) to elevate it from misdemeanor to Felony.

Why report a "shoplifting incident" if the cops won't do anything about? Walgreens shouldn't bother trying to explain. Let the good people of San Francisco figure it out for themselves. Maybe when it's a hollowed out skeleton of a city like Detroit some of them will start to wonder.

[RT] Former MI6 man Christipher Steele is the subject of an obscenely vapid ABC documentary, with a contemptible interview by George Stephanopoulos that’s so deferential it’s like watching a first date that should be an interrogation.
Just as MI6 super spy James Bond is back in theatres with No Time to Die, former MI6 agent RemingtonChristopher Steele is back in the spotlight with the story that refuses to die, in an ABC ’documentary’ titledOut of the Shadows: The Man Behind the Steele Dossier, now streaming on Hulu.
Steele came to fame as the shadowy force behind the Steele Dossier, the document which was the spark that lit the Trump-Russia collusion fire that was doused in gasoline by obsessive partisan media coverage and numerous, spurious government investigations for the last five years. The dossier claimed that then-candidate Trump was "colluding with Moscow" and that those devious Russians had "kompromat" on Trump in the golden form of a "pee tape."

Lying to the media, where is thy sting? Country estates and security are costly. Steele is running short on money. The Stephanopoulos interview paid handsomely. Perhaps a book? If there are no other questions ?

Stephanopoulos is a shitty little guy but I guess that's what it takes to give air time to a weasel like Steel. Tells you all you need to know about ABC.

[FOX] Planeloads of underage migrants are being flown secretly into suburban New York in an effort by President Biden’s administration to quietly resettle them across the region, The Post has learned. Across Blue State regions of course. The migration to Red States has created a census and political district representation problem.
The charter flights originate in Texas, where the ongoing border crisis has overwhelmed local immigration officials, and have been underway since at least August, according to sources familiar with the matter.
Last week, The Post saw two planes land at the Westchester County Airport, where most of the passengers who got off appeared to be children and teens, with a small portion appearing to be men in their 20s.
Westchester County cops stood by as the passengers — whose flights arrived at 10:49 p.m. Wednesday and 9:52 p.m. Friday — got off and piled into buses.
Some of them were later seen meeting up with relatives or sponsors in New Jersey, or being dropped off at a residential facility on Long Island.
A Post analysis of online flight-tracking data suggests that around 2,000 migrants nabbed after sneaking into the US from Mexico have arrived at the airport outside White Plains on 21 flights since Aug. 8.
Records show some of the planes touched down between midnight and 6:30 a.m. — when a voluntary curfew is in effect — with two arriving from Houston at 2:13 a.m. and 4:29 a.m. on Aug. 20.
The clandestine nature of the operation raises questions about how the White House is dealing with a surge in unaccompanied minors.
The most recent figures from US Customs and Border Protection show that just during July and August, 37,805 unaccompanied minors were caught entering the US from Mexico — sometimes after being abandoned by professional smugglers known as "coyotes."

They were doing this months ago- is this a continuation or a resumption? Note that this airport is only about ten miles from Hillary's place- perhaps she could take them in.
In this 1988 Road to the White House, Sen. Joe Biden (D-DE) about his plans to run for president and outlined his political agenda. He was also asked about his academic record.

Anyone barely paying attention knows the long recognized stupidest man in the senate and one of it's biggest blowhards had only a passing acquaintance with the truth for at least the past 48 years and most likely his entire life. I remember laughing at this corrupt idiot in 1988. Unfortunately I'm not laughing any longer. #FJB

I still can't figure out why whoever panicked after Joe finished 5th in Iowa and 6th in New Hampshire picked him.
The only explanation I have is that the powers that be saw him as a not-too-bright demented figurehead who had no ideas or ability of his own and so would not interfere in the slightest with their own plans and activities.

[FOXNEWS] Comedian Jon Stewart said the media's hyperfocus on former President Trump is a mistake and that casting him as an "incredible supervillain" distracts from other threats.
The former "Daily Show" host told CNN ...the organization formerly known as the Cable News Network. Now who knows what it might stand for... 's Jake Tapper in an interview airing Sunday that political pundits are "making a mistake" blaming Trump for the country's divisive ...politicians call things divisive when when the other side sez something they don't like. Their own statements are never divisive, they're principled... discourse, arguing they should turn their focus to the threat posed by much larger institutions that have dangerously embraced "the idea that power is its own reward."
"I think we make a mistake focusing this all on Donald Trump ...The man who was so stupid he beat fourteen professional politicians, a former tech CEO, and a brain surgeon for the Republican nomination in 2016, then beat The Smartest Woman in the World in the general election... , as if he's ... Magneto and some incredible supervillain that has changed the very nature and temperature of the U.S.," Stewart said. "He's just been an effective vessel, but he's not singing new songs. ... I think it's a mistake to focus it all on this one individual and not to focus it more on the idea that power is its own reward whether it be in the financial industry or government. Power doesn't cede itself, and unless we can figure out a better way to balance out that power ... we'll be vulnerable."
Stewart, who recently launched a new show, "The Problem with Jon Stewart," said it's time the media moves away from the idea that "autocracy is purely the domain of Donald Trump."
"I think we all have a bit of a tendency to grant amnesty to people that are doing things that we would prefer, even if that means that they're doing things that are slightly undemocratic," he admitted. "So I think our focus unhealthily on this one individual comes at the price of systems and dynamics that have been in place long before this cat ever learned how to surf those waves."
The comment came in response to Tapper, who emphasized Trump's ability to identify "weak points in democracy."
"He is now endorsing candidates for secretary of state in battleground states, candidates who are all in on the big lie," Tapper said, referring to the notion the 2020 election was stolen.
"If we have identified the pressure points where the guardrails look most vulnerable, that's where we should be focusing so much of our efforts in terms of strengthening," Stewart responded.
"The encouraging thing," he added, "is watching on a grassroots level, people that are really viewing it as something that they want to protect and that they want to strengthen."

[BREITBART] Former President Donald Trump ...The tack in the backside of the Democratic Party... slammed the Biden administration, the guys that caused the debacle in Afghanistan ...the pack of self-imagined masterminds of strategy and intrigue at the service of the Biden Crime Family and a grateful nation... in a Friday statement for being "crooked" and mocked Hunter Biden ...son of President Joe: cashiered from the Navy, a crackhead, wheeler dealer, leg humper, horn dog, and general all around ne'er do well. We're supposed to feel sorry for him... ’s shadowy and lucrative art career, saying it has "inspired [him] to immediately begin painting.""While I have never painted before, Hunter has inspired me to immediately begin painting because I’ve always felt I have a talent at that, and could surely get at least $2 million dollars per canvas—and probably a lot more. I will begin immediately. Our Country is crooked as hell!" the 45th president said.
The president’s son reportedly sold at least five pieces of art to anonymous buyers on October 1 for $75,000 each at his Los Angeles exhibit. Hunter’s newfound cash cow has furthered concerns of potential for Biden family corruption, as the problem of money laundering in the art world remains a large problem.
