[Washington Examiner] A house with a white picket fence and a big backyard might have been a staple of the American dream once upon a time, but if the Biden administration gets its way, the dream could soon be out of reach for millions of people.
As part of his $2.3 trillion infrastructure plan, the Biden administration is pushing local governments to allow apartment buildings in neighborhoods that are restricted to single-family homes. The administration claims it's a way to ease a national affordable housing shortage and combat racial injustice in the housing market.
Current zoning laws that favor single-family homes, known as exclusionary zoning, have disproportionately hurt low-income people who can't afford to move to the suburbs, the administration said. Their only choice is living in crowded apartment buildings. Biden's proposal would incentivize local governments to get rid of exclusionary zoning by awarding grants and tax credits to cities that change their zoning regulations.
While the proposal has had some bipartisan support on Capitol Hill, not everyone is on board.
Critics claim the federal government's plan would change the landscape of towns and cities across the country and torpedo the American dream.

HUD has been working towards this sh*t for years with the requirement that a portion of any new multi-family housing being built must be 'low-income' and/or Section 8 subsidized housing.
This recent little ploy will, of course, have that requirement built in.

So, instead of building their slums in the city where they belong, Biden wants them to be built in the suburbs so they can turn the suburbs into slums? How are they gonna get to work? Oh, that's right, none of these people work.
This is just more of the Democrat plan to destroy America as we know it so they can build a totalitarian socialist police state in its place.

[INDEPENDENT.CO.UK] Dr Anthony Fauci ...American epidemiologist with rotating opinions, warnings about the unlikely, and reassurances that if you wear a mask you won't get COVID, as long as you're wearing multiple masks, assuming wearing a mask is necessary in the first place... , director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease, says the latest round of conservative attacks against him are "nonsense" attacks on science.
The doctor appeared on Rachel Maddow's show on MSNBC to discuss a trove of emails of his that were obtained by BuzzFeed News and The Washington Post that are at the heart of the recent criticisms.
"Dr Fauci is the subject — in a negative way — of every hour on Fox News prime time now, where they think he can somehow be blamed for causing Covid or something, since he's the country's lead scientist on it. Or maybe he's a secret Chinese communist. I actually can't quite follow what it is they think Fauci has done so wrong,"Maddow said.
The latest attack on Dr Fauci revolves around an email in which he mentions "gain-of-function" research regarding the coronavirus (aka COVID19 or Chinese Plague) ...the twenty first century equivalent of bubonic plague, only instead of killing off a third of the population of Europe it kills 3.4 percent of those who notice they have it. It seems to be fond of the elderly, especially Iranian politicians and holy men... Fox News personalities like Tucker Carlson and Republican politicians — including Senator Rand Paul — have alleged that the emails prove that Dr Fauci knew the Wuhan Institute of Virology was conducting research to make coronaviruses more transmissible long before the pandemic began. They also alleged that the US funded some of that research.

Dr. Fraudci is a political creature who has been in the same administrative position for decades.
Anyone who claims that "in questioning me you attack 'science' " is clearly not a scientist but a fraud. Rising questions and being skeptical is the whole idea.

We know they're up to something. Here's some seed money. Throw them some related 'gain of function' data points and see if you can get inside their OODA loop.

"Attack on Fauci Science"
Maybe we should just list all the things the 21st Century Dr. Death's said were Science. Then he ADMITTED himself, were wrong> Then denied he said it despite video/printed/Medically published paper showing otherwise?
[NYPOST] A Stanford epidemiologist said Dr. Anthony Fauci ...American epidemiologist with rotating opinions, warnings about the unlikely, and reassurances that if you wear a mask you won't get COVID, as long as you're wearing multiple masks, assuming wearing a mask is necessary in the first place... ’s "credibility is entirely shot" after his conflicting advice on face masks throughout the pandemic — which the scientist criticized as "all over the place."
"I think he’s been all over the place on masks," Jay Bhattacharya, a professor of medicine at Stanford, told Fox News host Laura Ingraham on her show, "The Ingraham Angle" Saturday.
"There are emails you can find in the treasure trove of emails that have been released where he acknowledged the virus has been aerosolized," he continued.
"Well, the cloth masks people have been recommending, they’re not particularly effective against aerosolized viruses.
"I really don’t understand his back and forth, and his answer made absolutely no sense."
That exchange refers to one in a trove of emails BuzzFeed News and the Washington Post obtained via public records request.
In one email dated Feb. 4, 2020, to Sylvia Burwell, a former secretary of Health and Human Services under Barack Obama That’s just how white folks will do you.... , Fauci advised her not to wear a mask in an airport — because a regular cloth mask isn’t effective at preventing people from catching the bug.

Has this guy been living under a rock? Fauci lost all cred back in the 80's when he botched up the HIV/AIDS epidemic. He did the same thing, focused all money on a cure/vaccine that never came, blocking all funding on a treatment, and thousands died. He walked into this COVID theater a total actor and fraud.

I believe it was created in a lab with some US funding. What I'm unsure about:
[ ] China released it on purpose as a weapon
[ ] It got out by accident so the Chinese decided to spread it world wide so they didn't go down alone.
Either one should make the Chinese government a pariah and enemy of the world.

It just seems to me that China would shoot itself in the foot (even with over a billion people) to release it intentionally. Look at all of the hanky-panky economic interests they have now with the U.S./the West. Why would they give all that up?
[PJMedia] On Monday, the Supreme Court unanimously rejected an illegal immigrant’s attempt to twist immigration law and create a loophole that would allow thousands of illegal immigrants to become lawful permanent residents. Democratic senators and attorneys general advocated for this loophole, but a liberal justice wrote the opinion for a unanimous Court.
"Petitioner Jose Santos Sanchez entered this country unlawfully from El Salvador. Years later, because of unsafe living conditions in that country, the Government granted him Temporary Protected Status (TPS), entitling him to stay and work in the United States for as long as those conditions persist. Sanchez now wishes to become a lawful permanent resident (LPR) of the United States. The question here is whether the conferral of TPS enables him to obtain LPR status despite his unlawful entry. We hold that it does not," Associate Justice Elena Kagan, an Obama appointee, wrote in the opinion.
In Sanchez v. Mayorkas, Kagan noted that U.S. immigration law, "applied according to its plain terms, prevents Sanchez from becoming an LPR. There is no dispute that Sanchez ’entered the United States in the late 1990s unlawfully, without inspection.'"
Yet Democrats and immigration activists twist the law to argue that if an illegal immigrant obtains temporary protected status due to violence or bad conditions in his or her home country, he or she can be considered "admitted" for the purposes of obtaining LPR status. While TPS does protect illegal immigrants from removal and authorizes them to work in the U.S. as long as the TPS designation lasts, the Court rightly ruled that this provision does not erase a person’s unlawful entry into the U.S. for permanent residency status.
Kagan’s conclusion is blunt: U.S. law "generally requires a lawful admission before a person can obtain LPR status. Sanchez was not lawfully admitted, and his TPS does not alter that fact. He therefore cannot become a permanent resident of this country."
This decision will come as a blow to many Democrats. Sens. Mazi Hirono (D-Hawaii), Richard Blumenthal (D-Conn.), Ed Markey (D-Mass.), Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.), and Sheldon Whitehouse (D-R.I.) joined Reps. Diana DeGette (D-Colo.), Adriano Espaillat (D-N.Y.), Darren Soto (D-Fla.), and Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-Fla.) in supporting Sanchez’s claim. Democrat attorneys general for Washington, D.C., Massachusetts, California, and 17 other states also backed the illegal immigration loophole.
Kagan’s opinion represents a blunt refutation of this sleight-of-hand attempt to undermine immigration law. Jonathan Turley has suggested that the Court’s recent string of unanimous decisions like this one may be a subtle message to Democrats, warning them against packing the Supreme Court. While Turley has a point, the Supreme Court often hands down unanimous decisions — yet these decisions do not often gain the same coverage as 5-4 rulings on controversial issues.
Many immigration advocates will lament the fact that many of the 400,000 people with temporary protected status are illegal immigrants and that these people will not be able to become permanent residents. Yet blatant violations of immigration law do not disappear when Congress grants illegal immigrants a temporary status due to horrible conditions in their home countries.
The Court made the right decision in this case.

Damn - I thought I had another chance to rag on Sarah Hoyt's 1 millionth use of that stupid fucking worn-out phrase. Maybe next time....
[Floridian] Vice President Kamala Harris’ much anticipated "foreign policy" trip to Guatemala to meet with leaders there about what can be done to stem the influx of illegal immigrants that are crossing into the U.S. from that country, got off to a bad start with Air Force 2 having to turn around because of "technical issue" and was then being greeted by pro-Trump, anti-Biden Guatemalan protestors.
"It is a technical issue. There are no major safety concerns," said Symone Sanders, spokeswoman for VP Harris.
But after boarding a new plane and taking the 4 1/2 hour flight to Guatemala, protestors were at the Guatemalan Air Force base waiting for the vice president with open arms and signs. Big signs.
One sign simply stated, "Kamala, TRUMP WON," another told the vice president that "Guatemala as pro-life," and another want to her to "go home."
[GatewayPundit] On February 1, 2020, Dr. Kristian Andersen emailed Dr. Fauci and passed on the findings from several doctors that the coronavirus had “unusual features” that “potentially look engineered.”
Fauci was notified that the virus was not naturally occurring.
But he denied this information pubicly for over a year!
What was interesting is that two months later Dr. Andersen reversed course and published his “proximal Origin” paper where he helped shield NIH/NIAID and Dr. Fauci from potential probes into gain of function funding.
Also why did Dr. Fauci have such a need to promote the report promoting a report “Baric, Shi, et al – Nature medicine – SARS gain of function.pdf.” Fauci sent it out to colleagues as “IMPORTANT” to defend their actions with funding gain of function research.
And then five months after that Dr. Kristian Andersen received $1.88 million in CREID funding from the NIH.
Now internet sleuths have discovered Dr. Kristian Anderson is deleting his tweets — 5,000 of them! Unless he sends his computer to the FBI very soon, his data is still in danger of full disclosure.

[WASHINGTONEXAMINER] On Monday, national media reported an explosive story in Colorado. A prominent Black Lives Matter activist, socialist, and Denver Public Schools board member, Tay Anderson, stepped back "from everyday board functions" while an independent investigation looks into startling allegations that he sexually abused 62 current and former students.
The alleged assaults range from unwanted touching to "violent mostly peaceful rape" of students as young as 14 years old. Sixty-one of these students are purportedly illegal immigrants colonists or recipients of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program. The new allegations come two months after the group BLM5280, and past associates of Anderson’s at the (now-defunct) youth-led gun-control group Never Again Colorado accused him of past sexual assault and harassment.
Media reports about the accusations against Anderson, 22, have barely scratched the surface. Moreover, this saga reveals a broader story.

[FOXNEWS] West Virginia Sen. Joe Manchin ...Dem senator-for-life from West Virginia. Manchin is one of the approximately one Dem senators who exhibits more integrity than Jello, often even representing his constituents... said Sunday he'll vote against his fellow wardheelers' far-reaching election bill, the For the People Act, because it's too partisan.
"It's the wrong piece of legislation to bring our country together and unite our country, and I'm not supporting that because I think it would divide us more. I don't want to be in a country that's divided any further," Manchin said on "Fox News Sunday."
"I think there's a lot of great things in that piece of legislation, but there's an awful lot of things that basically don't pertain directly to voting," the senator said.
The bill, also known as S1, is the largest overhaul of U.S. election law in at least a generation and covers many aspects of the voting process, including requiring states to automatically register eligible voters and offer same-day voter registration.
The measure also requires states to offer 15 days of early voting and allows no-excuse absentee balloting, which 14 states would have to implement. The states that already allow it would have to conform to S.1’s standards.
[NEWSBUSTERS.ORG] On Friday night, MSNBC host Brian Williams ...former NBC News anchor, since demoted to hosting a show on MSNBC. Williams was tossed for his easily disprovable war stories: He claimed he was at the Brandenburg Gate when the Berlin Wall came down, but he actually got there the next day; Being embedded with Seal Team 6 when they don't take embeds; Watching a guy commit suicide after Hurricane Katrina, after saying previously that he'd heard the story seecond hand, that sort of thing. They had to dump him before he told how he had captured Himmler and killed Osama bin Laden with his bare hands... collaborated with the Lincoln Project in giving free publicity to the far-left Antifa ...the armed wing of the Democratic Party... terrorist group by shamelessly exploiting the Normandy invasion that was pivotal to defeating the Nazis in Europe.

I was hoping he'd retired to his family hamster breeding business.
[NYPOST] Miami’s mayor said Sunday that he welcomes New Yorkers to the city — boasting of the city’s comparatively low taxes and “best quality of life.”
“Our arms are open in Miami. It’s a two-hour flight. You’re going to save a tremendous amount on cost of living. You’re going to save a tremendous amount on taxes,” said Mayor Francis Suarez on WABC 770’s “The Cats Roundtable.”
“You’re going to have the best quality of life, and be able to buy a property at a fraction of the price,” he added. “You don’t have to sacrifice or suffer, because all the financial companies are now moving to Miami, and all the venture-capital companies that are in Silicon Valley are also moving [to Miami].”
The comments came when the Cuban-American pol, whose city hosts many ex-New Yorkers and wealthy Empire State residents with second homes, was asked by radio show host John Catsimatidis about his message to the Big Apple.
[NYPOST] New Mexico Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham ...Dem governor of New Mexico. People who don't support her are QAnon Lizard People, so shut up, damn you... dismissed the protesters who showed up at her reelection campaign announcement as "QAnon lizard people."
"I know it’s going to be loud, and I just have to say I’m sorry that we picked the same location that the QAnon lizard people meeting was at," the Democrat said, laughing, according to the Santa Fe New Mexican.
"Raucous" protesters gathered outside the Albuquerque Museum to disrupt her presser, the paper reported.
Signs carried at the protest read: "Governor, we are not your subjects," "Open all Businesses now," and "Stop obeying."
"She’s being praised by [President] Biden for being one of the best people for locking down this country, and she’s being applauded for that, but we actually see that as tyranny because she actually forced people to not be able to work," said John Ramacciotti, a gun-carrying protester and intensive-care nurse, said, according to the paper. "I feel like she really has hurt our people, our kids."
Lujan Grisham’s campaign spokeswoman, Kendall Witmer, said the governor "certainly made the shortest speech she’s ever going to" — having cut it short on account of the protest.

My wife listens to the Q stuff and the thing is, there is a lot of stuff mixed in worth listening too. It's sad that they weave a fantasy of wishful thinking around a lot of it but I'd bet the Canon Lizard people are better informed in general than the average even if they do have some fantasy bits mixed in that makes them easy to discount.

It's an old CIA trick. You take the truth, mix it in with stupid, easily debunkable nonsense, and present the whole thing at once. Thus it all gets dismissed. An easy way to dispose of inconvenient truths.
