Cassidy's spoke with NBC Bay Area, claiming he suffered from mental health issues.
A person "claiming" to be his ex GF - told NBC Bay Area that she and Cassidy dated for six months back in 2009 after meeting on Match.com. ".
Some basic math 2021 - 2009 = 12 years ago
With Official court documents of attempted RAPE, Restraining orders due to violent behavior and etc... All dating back to <2008 or 13+ years ago.
QUESTIONS:
YET, He was still hired?
PLUS, in California a Gun BAN state, he purchased and owned a firearm?
I guess in California a violent Mentally Ill person has a right to work in Public Service positions and areas. Especially in positions that could lead to the deaths and seriously injuries of the public?
Why does it seem states that have strong ANTI-GUN laws seem have more mass shootings than right to carry states?
Is it because the shooter(s) feel safer knowing he/she/it might be the only one in the room violating the law?
[NYPOST] Cops are investigating claims that a 19-year-old man was sexually assaulted in Central Park early Wednesday, police said.
The alleged victim told cops he was walking inside the park just before 1 a.m., at West 77th Street and West Drive, when he saw five men sitting on a park bench, police sources said.
The men then got up and followed the alleged victim, he told cops. He said he fell and was sexually assaulted by two of the men. "They wore MAGA hats, carried bleach and a tiny noose, ya know? For my Jussie"
The alleged victim said the five male suspects, all about 30 years old, ran off after the incident.
The victim crossed paths with police as he left the park and did not report what had happened, according to police sources.
But he soon came across transit cops and first said that he was robbed — before later claiming that he was raped, the sources said.

By any prudent cost/benefit analysis, given the Minneapolis conundrum, any foot pursuit that might result in any hazardous outcome for the perp unless involving imminent violence to others would be considered foolhardy. When in doubt, don't, and use the obvious uncertainty of outcome as an excuse. Voila. the SFPD outcome, armed report writers in a mobile office. Welcome to the 3rd world citizen!
[FoxNews] The Senate approved the confirmation of Christine Wormuth as Army secretary by unanimous consent Thursday – after a strange reversal of an earlier confirmation Wednesday.
The first unanimous consent approval came Wednesday, but then Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., asked to reverse that decision. He didn't immediately elaborate on the move.
"As in executive session, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate vitiate the previous action on Executive Calendar 135," Schumer said on the Senate floor.
The Democrat deleted a tweet he had posted, hailing Wormuth's confirmation, Defense News reported.
After the Senate convened at 10 a.m. ET Thursday, Wormuth was again confirmed by unanimous consent, meaning she was approved without a senator objecting, avoiding a formal roll call vote.

A new study looked at suicide rates in the U.S. from 2014 to 2019 among different racial and ethnic groups
Rates spiked by 30% for black Americans and 16% for Asians/Pacific Islanders over the five-year period compared to 10% for white people
Among males between ages 15 and 24, rates soared by 47% for African-Americans and 40% for Asians in comparison with 20% for Caucasians
Overall rates among white Americans are still higher than among blacks at 17.6 per 100,000 compared to 7.4 per 100,000 ...a point the headline ignores completely...
Experts say they don't know why rates are rising, but attribute it to factors including economic burdens and lack of mental health services for minorities
[Summit] Outspoken host Tucker Carlson outlined Monday how the possibility of a lab leak causing the coronavirus outbreak was dismissed and lied about for over a year by those directing the pandemic response, and is only now emerging as a serious prospect because of the persistence of those who refused to be silenced.
"Pretty much every sane person acknowledges at this point that the government of China likely caused the single worst man-made disaster in human history," Carlson noted, citing the release of a US intelligence document acknowledging that workers at the Wuhan Institute of Virology were hospitalised in November 2019.
The host noted that Anthony Fauci has admitted that he had no idea about the revelations, even though they were first brought to light in January, and rumours about the workers getting sick have been known for over a year.
"Fauci’s own employers, the U.S. government, publicly released compelling evidence that the virus that he has devoted his life to fighting, did not come from food, but instead escaped from the very bio lab that Tony Fauci has sent American tax dollars to fund," Carlson announced.

Please leave the doddering old fool alone! Do we no longer like doddering old fools? He's being paid to 'move out and draw fire, create and perpetuate distraction. Fauci has been quite successful for over a year.
The Deep State memory hole managers are hard at work here. Good feather merchant Fauci is simply sustaining the false narrative. Would anyone rather have dangerous research such as this conducted at a DOE lab here in the States? Of course not. Ethics and legality of BIO weapon aside, outsourcing was the logical choice.

[BREITBART] Amazon is officially acquiring the legendary Hollywood studio MGM in a blockbuster billion deal that will boost the Silicon Valley giant’s already sizable presence in Hollywood and give a competitive edge to its Prime Video streaming service. Brilliant move in a time when people don't go to the movies anymore.
In an announcement Wednesday morning, Amazon and MGM said they have entered into a definitive merger agreement under which Amazon will acquire MGM for a purchase price of $8.45 billion. The deal is still subject to regulatory approval.
MGM had reportedly been valued at $5.5 billion late last year.
"Amazon will help preserve MGM’s heritage and catalog of films, and provide customers with greater access to these existing works," the companies said. "Through this acquisition, Amazon would empower MGM to continue to do what they do best: great storytelling."
The MGM library contains such popular titles as the James Bond movies, the Rocky and Creed movies, The Silence of the Lambs, Raging Bull, Basic Instinct, and the Legally Blonde movies. MGM also owns numerous movies from the golden age of Hollywood.
The MGM library also contains 17,000 TV shows. The surfeit of content will help Prime Video compete in the increasingly crowded streaming entertainment field, where Netflix, Disney+, and HBO Max are battling for dominance.
"The real financial value behind this deal is the treasure trove of [intellectual property] in the deep catalog that we plan to reimagine and develop together with MGM’s talented team," said Mike Hopkins, senior vice president of Prime Video and Amazon Studios, in a statement.
"It’s very exciting and provides so many opportunities for high-quality storytelling."
Amazon’s acquisition will help the Jeff Bezos company cement its status as a major Hollywood player. Amazon Studios is currently in production for a TV series inspired by The Lord of the Rings that is reportedly costing a whopping $465 million to make.
The MGM deal is Amazon’s second largest acquisition, following its purchase of Whole Foods in 2017 for $13.7 billion.

[AugustaChronicle] Gov. Brian Kemp says public agencies in Georgia can't require people to prove they have been vaccinated against COVID-19, a step his administration says ultimately means no agency can require anyone to receive the vaccination.
The Republican governor issued an executive order May 25 banning vaccine passports and saying state immunization records can't be shared with any private company aiming to create such a record.
“While I continue to urge all Georgians to get vaccinated so we continue our momentum in putting the COVID-19 pandemic in the rearview, vaccination is a personal decision between each citizen and a medical professional — not state government,” Kemp said in a statement.
Kemp is running for reelection in 2022 and has been taking steps to shore up support among Republican voters still restive over claims that Kemp didn’t do enough to overturn Biden’s victory in Georgia. A number of Republican-led states have moved to ban vaccine passports, even though they are not in widespread use in the U.S.
Kemp earlier sent a letter to the state Board of Education urging members to ban public schools from certain teachings about race.
The order on May 25 also says no vaccine passport can be required for entry into Georgia, a move that could block any airline or bus line from using them.
It's unclear how far the rules go. Hall said he wasn't sure if the move would ban prisons, mental hospitals or juvenile justice facilities from asking whether inmates or patients had been vaccinated. The state must provide medical care for residents of such facilities.
It also wasn't immediately clear if the order bans the state Department of Public Health from including an entry for COVID-19 vaccines on the standard immunization record that pediatricians provide to parents enrolling children in child care or school.
Kemp did say that public employers could make different rules for vaccinated and unvaccinated employees, but must take the worker's word for whether they have received shots protecting against COVID-19, and couldn't require any proof.
Unlike many of Kemp's other orders related to COVID-19, it's permanent and doesn't expire when the health care state of emergency that provides sweeping powers to Kemp runs out.

[REGNUM] Vaccination against coronavirus infection should remain voluntary, Russian President Vladimir Putin said at a meeting on economic issues on May 26 .
Follow the developments in the broadcast: " Coronavirus in Russia is a difficult situation, get vaccinated sooner "
"In my opinion, it is impractical and impossible to introduce compulsory vaccination, " the head of state said.
He noted that citizens themselves need to realize the need for vaccination and understand the danger they may face.
“This is especially true for older people,” Putin said.
At the same time, the president pointed out that in Russia the necessary conditions have been created for the vaccination to be safe.
According to the president, the coronavirus epidemic has revealed the main task of the authorities - to protect people.

[Foreign Affairs - Aug 2020] Fear of Authoritarian Regimes Is Pushing the Film Industry to Self-Censor
Twitter comment on same today:
Hollywood’s self-censorship is no passing fad, writes Kal Raustiala. U.S. film studios hesitate to criticize authoritarian regimes for fear of losing market access or drawing cyberattacks—and American soft power suffers as a result
What sets the United States apart from the rest of the world is and has always been its soft power. The Soviets may have equaled the Americans in nuclear capability, but they could never rival the appeal of the “American way of life.” And even as China tries to spread its culture across the globe, its rise tends to inspire more trepidation than admiration.
Many ingredients combine to give U.S. soft power its strength and reach, but entertainment and culture have always been central to the mix. Film and television have shaped how the world sees the United States—and how it perceives the country’s adversaries. Yet that unique advantage seems to be slipping away. When it comes to some of the great questions of global power politics today, Hollywood has become remarkably timid. On some issues, it has gone silent altogether.
The most glaring example is the growing wariness of U.S. studios to do anything that might imperil their standing with the Chinese government. China’s box office is as large as the American one, so Hollywood sanitizes or censors what China doesn't like...

I suspect an international cabal of white folk (some with vaguely German/Jewish names) fighting against globalism (and socialism) would make the ideal Hollywood villains. Give such a group a name like Spectre or Trumpster and you're ready to go.
#9
If America asked them to censor there would be angry denunciations and outraged speeches at the Oscars.
China didn't even ask them. They did it themselves. The word for this is finlandization. The only way they get outraged is if you point it out to them.

Hollywood isn't interested in telling stories, because good stories require risk. Risk is what makes a story compelling. Hollywood is going to perceived market share; trying to appeal to everyone makes a generic story. Its why there is so much re-treading, or as it is called in Jean Claude Van Johnson, re-imagining, such as the last 3 Star Wars movies being re-imaginings of the original trilogy.
Compounding Hollywood's appeal is actors/actresses/(actrex? wtfc) chosen by Woke Boxes before talent, appeal, or even typecast.
There are still good storytellers out there. I laughed my ass off all the way through Psycho Goreman. I asked the guy next to me to pinch me in case I was dreaming.

I think you are on to something here.
Retread Stories make money, creativity is risk, why bother with new ideas, it makes your headache.
Despite Democrat and President Joe Biden’s administration’s efforts, Republicans are letting the American economy return to normal — in Republican states, at least.
[EpochNews] Florida officials announced an end to the $300 weekly federal pandemic unemployment compensation supplement on May 24, making the Sunshine State the 23rd state to opt out of the jobless boost in a bid to encourage people to get back to work amid a labor shortage and a booming economy.
The Florida Department of Economic Opportunity (DEO), the state’s employment agency, made the announcement in a release, with people no longer eligible to receive the $300 weekly supplemental Federal Pandemic Unemployment Compensation payment starting June 27.
While Florida is ending the $300 supplement, it is maintaining its participation in other federal unemployment programs—such as the Pandemic Unemployment Assistance, Pandemic Emergency Unemployment Compensation, and Mixed Earners Unemployment Compensation—which expire in September. An early end may be in store for Florida’s participation in these programs, too, the employment agency suggested, as officials "carefully" monitor job posting and industry hiring trends.
The decision to withdraw from the jobless boost was in part prompted by April labor market data, which showed that total private-sector employment in Florida increased by 18,800 jobs, with nearly half a million job postings available in the state for job seekers.
"Florida’s economy has bounced back tremendously with over 460,000 jobs available throughout our state and the strongest economic conditions in the nation," Dane Eagle, DEO secretary, said in a statement. "Florida’s employers are also seeing employment growth, as more Floridians, including some who completely left the workforce, are now eagerly reentering the workforce.
With the move, Florida joins 22 other Republican-led states in dropping the $300 weekly federal jobless benefit boost sometime this summer—all in a bid to encourage employment amid sky-high levels of job openings and business hiring woes.
Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, and Wyoming all plan to end the $300 boost, while 19 of the states also plan to opt out of the other federal unemployment benefit programs.

[DW] Pakistain's government is all set to implement a uniform education system across the country, which critics fear could increase Islamization of schools and universities.
Goody. No doubt that’ll work out well.
The first phase of the implementation involves primary school students in the first through fifth grades. The plan mandates the students to read the entire Koran with translation, learn Islamic prayers and memorize a number of hadith (words, actions and approval of the Prophet Muhammad).
It also stipulates that every school and college must employ a pair of certified Hafiz (a person who has memorized the Koran) and Qari (a Koran reciter) to teach these subjects.

I fully support this. People in pakistan are forgetting their great cultural legacy. They are the torch bearers of Islam in the world. What face will they show to Allan if they fail to keep alive the wisdom and knowledge of Islamic science, islamic geography, islamic civics? These are all great things. Think of the increased potential of their human resource when they focus on these essential truths and minimize the syllabi borrowed from kaffir western societies.
