THE US LAW:
USC 14 & 18 regarding Falsification Federal logbooks, reports, or records. Depending on the nature of the crime ->1 year probation to 20 years. This would fall under interfering with a Federal Investigation. A Felony with 3years
QUESTIONS I HAVE:
Why did Tova Noel and Michael Thomas who falsified Federal Official Documents, only get sentenced 100 hours of community service?
Will there be a quiet "Nest Egg" waiting for them or a "Accident" in the future?
Were they Sleeping together? Because depending on which MSM you read they were playing video games or sleeping.
Why is it a having a Fake C-19 Vax card is a 3 years Felony, but Faking Federal Prison records and interfering with a High Profile Pedophile case with ties to UBER RICH & POLITICAL Elites, is a 100 hr. community service sentence?
What about the Security Camera footage?
Names to spot check in the future:
Tova Noel,
Michael Thomas,
and US NY Federal Prosecutors promotions or accidents.

The Cabal: Off this embarrassment and in addition to certain unspecified remuneration, you'll only be charged with bad record-keeping and you'll skate on that.

So now we discover that far from being the secure facility needed for such a high profile case:
"...a major embarrassment for the Bureau of Prisons and cast a spotlight on the agency, which has also been besieged by serious misconduct in recent years.
Staffing shortages at the agency are so severe that guards often work overtime day after day or are forced to work mandatory double shifts. … The falsification of records has been a problem throughout the federal prison system. Union officials have long argued that the reduction of staff is putting both guards and inmates in danger, but they’ve faced an uphill battle getting attention."
So that if you wanted to erase a problem and signal to knowing insiders that you can do so with impunity, this is how you do it. Somehow, the press seems to have not noticed the obvious doubts raised here, oh wait, they are a part of the system now that the Marxists are in charge again.
[NYDAILYNEWS] A Chinese immigrant who was beaten on a Manhattan street and told to go home has a message for the hate crime perpetrator who punched him in the eye and bit off part of his finger: "America is my country now."
Youya Hua, 48, declared his allegiance Thursday after suspect Lloyd Revell was picked up early Thursday at the Skyline Hotel on 10th Ave. where homeless people have been staying during the pandemic.
Hua, 48, said he was on W. 43rd St. Tuesday morning, talking on the phone with his mother, when the suspect "walked to my back and punched my eye."
"I don’t know what’s happening. I just feel somebody punch me," Hua said. "And I turn and he punched me again and he said, ’Go back to your country,’ or something."
At that point, Hua grabbed the suspect so he could hand him over to police but "that guy bit off my finger."
The suspect actually bit two of the victim’s fingers, said one his sons, William, 13, but tore off a small chunk from the middle digit. He was treated at Mount. Sinai West Hospital.
The encounter left Hua shaken.
"I’m so sad," he said. "I’m so scared...because if something happens to my family who protects them?"
Hua said hate-filled attacks have no place in his adopted home. He said he’s not going anywhere.
"OK, I’m from China," Hua said. "Back to my country is back to China. My kids were born here and my family is here. My job is here. Everything is here. Go where?
"America is my country now."
Revell, charged with assault as a hate crime, served prison time for an attempted assault conviction in the Bronx and was conditionally released by parole in April 2019. He has numerous other arrests, a police source said.

[NYPOST] Former MLB pitcher Felipe Vazquez was found guilty of sexual assault charges from having sex with a 13-year-old girl in 2017, reports said Thursday.
A Westmoreland County, Penn. jury found the two-time Pittsburgh Pirates all-star guilty on 10 counts, including statutory sexual assault, sexual abuse of children and indecent assault of a minor under 16, according to Wink News.
But the jury found him not guilty on 10 charges of unlawful contact or communication with the girl, the outlet reported.
The jury asked the judge to see pictures and video of the girl during deliberations, according to Wink.
The victim, now 17 and a Florida resident, was in the courtroom at the time of the verdict, WPXI 11 said. She had testified that she and Vasquez had sex in his car outside her home hours before an afternoon Pirates game, The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reported.
Vazquez, arrested in September 2019, had maintained that at the time they had sex he thought the girl was 17, which is the age of consent.

Since it’s a federal case, it can be appealed all the way to the Supreme Court.
[The Blaze] A federal judge this week rejected a Christian college's request to bypass new rules under the Biden administration that force religious schools to open their dormitories — including shared bedrooms and shower spaces — to members of the opposite sex.
Judge Roseann Ketchmark
...nominated by President Obama, the former nurse, then prosecutor was sworn in to office in 2015....
issued the ruling Wednesday denying the College of the Ozarks a temporary restraining order and a preliminary injunction, which would have provided temporary protection for the school while its federal court case is pending.
The school filed a lawsuit in April arguing that the Biden administration was forcing religious schools to violate their beliefs by opening up female dormitories to biological males, and vice-versa, under subject of punitive damages, six-figure fines, and attorneys' fees.
After President Joe Biden issued an executive order titled, "Preventing and Combating Discrimination on the Basis of Gender Identity or Sexual Orientation" in January, the Department of Housing and Urban Development put forward a directive in line with the administration's new interpretation of "sex."
The directive holds that entities covered by the Fair Housing Act cannot discriminate against someone based on their sexual orientation or gender identity. Meaning that a transgender person who is biologically male but identifies as a female must be permitted to share dormitory spaces such as bedrooms, bathrooms, and showers with female students.
"The government cannot and should not force schools to open girls' dorms to males based on its politically motivated and inappropriate redefinition of 'sex,'" Alliance Defending Freedom Senior Counsel Julie Marie Blake said in a statement. The religious liberty law firm is representing the school in its legal fight.
"Women shouldn't be forced to share private spaces — including showers and dorm rooms — with males, and religious schools shouldn't be punished simply because of their beliefs about marriage and biological sex," she added. "Government overreach by the Biden administration continues to victimize women, girls, and people of faith by gutting their legal protections, and it must be stopped."
The College of the Ozarks is a private, Christian, liberal arts college in Point Lookout, Missouri, that since its founding more than a century ago has held to a belief that biological sex is assigned by God and is unchangeable.
In response to the ruling, the school's president, Jerry Davis, acknowledged he and staff were "disappointed" in the ruling, but announced that they would be appealing "so that schools are not forced to open women's dorm rooms to males and violate their religious beliefs."
"For more than 100 years, College of the Ozarks has provided a distinctly Christian education to students with financial need. We will not abandon our mission. The fight to protect our religious freedom has just begun," he said.

You know, if all this transgender crap had happened 50 years ago when I was a horny teenager, I would have just said "I identify as a girl today", and marched into the girls locker/shower room.
But nooooo - it had to happen when I am older and more moral.

Harry — who said in the series’ Thursday premiere that he suffered panic attacks and would binge-drink following the death of his mother, Princess Diana — relied on tactics learned in therapy to help get him through Philip’s memorial service.
"Going through the motions and being able to lean on the toolbox, and lean on the learnings that I’ve grown from over the past, it definitely made it a lot easier, but the heart still pounds," he said. that's a word salad of drivel

[NYPOST] First there were murder hornets — now get ready for sex-crazed zombie cicadas dubbed "flying salt shakers of death."
A psychedelic fungus that eats away the genitals of cicadas turns them sex-mad to help spread it further — and the zombie insects are reportedly expected among Brood X that is emerging in New York.
The fungus, Massospora cicadina — which has chemicals similar to hallucinogenic mushrooms — infect the insects during the 13 to 17 years they spend underground, scientists at West Virginia University have said.
Once they emerge above ground as adults, the cicadas lose the back part of their bodies, including their butts and genitals — but appear completely oblivious, the researchers previously told Science Daily.
Not only do the winged insects behave as if nothing is wrong, the fungus makes them try to mate with everything they encounter to help spread it further.
They "engage in hypersexual behaviors," the university’s assistant professor of forest pathology, Matt Kasson, told Science Daily in 2019.
It sounds like a 2019 kind of problem...
"They are zombies in the sense that the fungus is in control of their bodies," he said.
The cicadas — unable to reproduce — instead spread the fungus with air spores looking like salt falling as they beat their wings, leading to the "flying salt shakers of death" nickname.
Scientists have studied the Massospora’s effects on cicadas since the mid-19th century, but are looking with renewed interest because of the emergence of Brood X, the university’s Brian Lovett told The Washington Post this week.
While fewer than 10 percent are likely to be infected, that will still be a lot given that trillions are expected to emerge across New York and 14 other states.
Lovett told The Washington Post that people should not expect to get a buzz from eating the infected insects.
"The amount of these behavior-modifying chemicals are enough to affect a cicada," Lovett said. "But if you were to eat them, it would be such a tiny dose that you wouldn’t be able to feel anything."
Ick.
However, if you can't say something nice about a person some juicy gossip will go well... Kasson previously told Science Daily that it was a "maybe" if you were "motivated enough" — while warning, "There are other compounds that might be harmful to humans. I wouldn’t take that risk."
He said that his research into the sex-crazed creatures made him "love them."
"They still scare me when they fall down my shirt or walk up my neck but I can appreciate something that spends almost two decades underground for six weeks of bliss, with or without the fungus," he told the outlet.

[NYPOST] Mexican police discovered bones and women’s clothing under the floor of a murder suspect, raising suspicions that he might be a serial killer. Might?
The 72-year-old suspect — identified only as "Andrés" under the country’s privacy laws — is accused of killing a 34-year-old woman and hacking up her body.
DNA testing will be needed to determine how many other possible victims were discovered, prosecutors said Wednesday.
In addition to human remains, police found shoes, ID cards, women’s handbags and clothing in the slum dwelling outside Mexico City.
Officials used jackhammers to tear up a concrete floor, and found a bloody table with the 34-year-old’s hacked-up body in a shallow basement.
Authorities in Mexico have come under fire in recent years for not doing enough to prevent, investigate and prosecute violent mostly peaceful crimes against women.

[CNN Business] — China's population grew at its slowest rate in decades in the 10 years prior to 2020, according to census data released on Tuesday — a trend that could pose serious issues for the world's second-largest economy.
According to China's National Bureau of Statistics, the population rose by 5.38% over the past decade — or 72 million people — to 1.41 billion people.
The latest data represents an average annual population growth rate of 0.53%, which was 0.04% lower than the annual growth rate reported between 2000 and 2010. It's the slowest growth rate for China since at least the 1960s.
The figures also raise the prospect of a demographic crisis for the world's most populous nation, with a falling birth rate and rapidly aging work force threatening to curtail its rapid economic growth.
National Bureau of Statistics head Ning Jizhe said the falling growth rate was a result of couples putting off having children longer and the rising costs of raising a family. Ning said the number of women at child-bearing age was also declining.
[HOTAIR] The University of North Carolina denied tenure to Nikole Hannah-Jones, the Pulitzer Prize-winning writer of an introductory essay of the Times Magazine’s 1619 Project. Hannah-Jones developed the journalism project for the New York Times
...which still proudly displays Walter Duranty's Pulitzer prize... and the New York Times Magazine. Conservatives are being blamed for the denial of tenure.
Since its publication in 2019, the 1619 Project has been highly controversial. It is seen as a re-writing of history by its critics. The work has been discredited by many historians and experts, with some calling for factual corrections. It should not be a surprise that her controversy followed Hannah-Jones to UNC. Nor should it be a surprise that conservatives are being blamed.
The 1619 Project ignited a continuing debate about the legacy of slavery, but has faced criticism from some historians over certain claims, and from conservatives who have labeled it "propaganda." The Republican-controlled North Carolina Legislature appoints the university system’s Board of Governors, which has significant control over the university’s board of trustees.
Liberals like to describe the project as a "reframing" of American history. Conservatives see it as a grievance-based rewriting of American history.
Hannah-Jones’s 1619 Project — which includes audio, essays, poems, graphics and visual art pieces — reframes the history of the U.S. through the legacy of slavery and its ultimate influence on the country’s democracy. She has maintained extensive ties to the university, delivering the Hussman School’s commencement speech in 2017. The Ida B. Wells Society for Investigative Reporting, a national organization that she helped found to develop and retain journalists of color, is based at Hussman as well.
The premise of most reporting on this decision is that she’s entitled to tenure because the last two professors who held the current position of Hannah-Jones at UNC were granted tenure. Hannah-Jones still has a teaching job at UNC and she was offered a five-year contract instead of tenure. She has support for tenure from facility and approval from the tenure committee. The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is her alma mater. In April the university announced she would be the newest Knight Chair, traditionally a tenured position. At the time, she issued a statement that set the tone.
[EN.ALGHADEERTV.NET] Facebook, Alphabet unit Google, and other tech giants will have to pledge to do more to curb the monetisation of false information through advertisement placements, according to a European Commission document seen by Rooters.
The EU executive also wants smaller social media or search services, private messaging services, ad exchanges, ad-tech providers, communication agencies and e-payment services, e-commerce platforms, and crowdfunding/donation systems to commit to doing the same, the document said.
The proposal is one of several which aims to address shortcomings in the voluntary code of practice on disinformation introduced in 2018 and to which Google, Facebook, Twitter, Microsoft, Mozilla, and TikTok have signed up.
"One area, in particular, where the Code has failed to achieve sufficient progress is in the demonetisation of disinformation, where online advertisements still continue to incentivise the dissemination of disinformation," the document said.
The Commission wants platforms to tighten eligibility requirements and content review processes for content monetisation and ad revenue share programmes on their services to bar participation by actors that systematically post content debunked as disinformation.
Ad-tech companies in turn should identify the criteria used to place ads and adopt measures to verify where the ads are placed.
The document also wants the companies to clearly and effectively label political and issue-based ads, distinguishing them as paid-for content.
The updated code of conduct also sets out key performance indicators for the first time to allow authorities to verify that the companies are living up to their pledges.
Companies will be given until the end of September to come up with a draft of their commitments. The Commission will present the updated code on May 26.
