Andrew Brown Jr's family on Tuesday slammed the decision not to charge the cops who shot the black man
'To say this shooting was justified, despite the known facts, is both an insult and a slap in the face,' they said
The family's attorneys said they plan to file a federal lawsuit against the Pasquotank County Sheriff's Office
They will petition the Justice Department to file federal charges against the three deputies who shot Brown
Brown, 42, was shot five times outside his home in Elizabeth City, North Carolina, on April 21 by deputies attempting to serve drug-related search and arrest warrants
At a Tuesday press conference District Attorney Andrew Womble said a state investigation found that the deputies' use of force against Brown was reasonable
The DA also played previously unseen body-camera video of the shooting
It shows the deputies confronting Brown with their guns drawn as he sat behind the wheel of his car
Womble said Brown began to drive his car directly at one of the officers before he was shot - giving the cops reason to fear for their lives
However Brown's family argued: 'Not only was the car moving away from officers, but four of them did not fire their weapons - clearly they did not feel that their lives were endangered'

if the dude used his car as a weapon by trying to run over the cops, who cares if he was driving away.
if the cops had a clean shot they were absolutely justified in taking out the trash, regardless of which direction he was driving. once he used that car as a deadly weapon, he forfeited everything

[IsraelTimes] Worker unions at ports in Livorno and Naples in Italia are holding up weapons shipments slated for Israel in protest of the IDF’s counterattacks in the Gazoo ...Hellhole adjunct to Israel and Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, inhabited by Gazooks. The place was acquired in the wake of the 1967 War and then presented to Paleostinian control in 2006 by Ariel Sharon, who had entered his dotage. It is currently ruled with an iron fist by Hamaswith about the living conditions you'd expect. It periodically attacks the Hated Zionist Entity whenever Iran needs a ruckus created or the hard boyz get bored, getting thumped by the IDF in return. The ruling turbans then wave the bloody shirt and holler loudly about oppression and disproportionate response... Strip, Channel 12 reports.
Israel is currently working to get the shipments released as soon as possible, the network says, referring to the move by Italia as a form of "economic warfare."
Armed standoff
A standoff occurred when 20 Carabinieri and 30 VAM (Vigilanza Areonautica Militare) contested for control of the plane with the 80 armed operatives of the U.S. Delta Force and SEAL Team Six. These contesting groups were soon surrounded by 300 additional armed Carabinieri (the Italian military police) who had also blocked off the runway with their trucks.[18][19][15] The Italian Air Force (VAM) personnel and Carabinieri had already been lining up facing the US special forces soon after the American's main contingent had arrived by C-141s. Other Carabinieri had been sent from Catania and Syracuse as reinforcement. These events became known as the Sigonella Crisis.[20]

IDF continue to not get it and how to fight in media social landscape. It is amazing they have tech, but still fight like in 1990's.They learn nothing and blindly think that image of building destruction win them war. There are good relation between Israel and Italian. Are IDF under contract for media news channels because it certainly appear so...

IDF have excellent social media presence. Their operatives are all over the internet posting as we speak. They coordinate with an app, this video explains it:

I agree with Senior Platypus. Israel should employ friendly media companies to wage a hearts & mind campaign to win over the world at large. Admittedly, there may be issues with running this play.
Interior - Daytime. A modern office
"Ari, bring me the folder labeled Friendly Media Contacts."
"Sir, it's empty."
"Well, then bring me the one labeled Those Media Arseholes"
"Hang on, sir. I'm gonna need a cart..."

Mister Platypus has shown me the light! Israel needs to awaken to the thunderous roar of 10 Billion Twitter 'Likes' and their power to crush everything under heaven! (/sarc, if you didn't catch it)
[BIZPACREVIEW] CNN ...formerly the Cable News Network, now who knows what it might stand for... has cut ties with long-time contributor Adeel Raja out of Pakistain who has tweeted numerous times that he believes the world needs another "Hitler" and has expressed deep hatred of Jews.
Raja has worked for the network since 2013, writing approximately 50 articles. Social media users found the anti-Semitic tweets and furiously demanded a response from CNN concerning the writer who has written for the media outlet.
It was not just one off-hand tweet from Raja who is a verified Twitter user. He apparently wrote a number of them. "The world today needs a Hitler," was the first to be noticed as he posted it at around 12:45 p.m. on Sunday. That tweet has since been deleted, as the Washington Examiner noted.
"The only reason I am supporting Germany in the finals — Hitler was a German and he did good with those Jews!" Raja also wrote during the airing of the 2014 FIFA World Cup. The next day, he tweeted "Hail Hitler!"
In another now-deleted tweet, Raja also took issue with former Vice President Mike Pence’s tweet stating: "America stands with Israel." The Islamabad writer tweeted, "A history of creating Death Eaters and standing with them!"
Raja last touted a CNN byline on Sept. 16, 2020. Until the tweets came to light, he stated he was still working for CNN on LinkedIn.

Didn't get the memo. The offical CNN stance is that the world needs another Stalin. The Nazi's only killed what? 20M? Stalin and Communism has killed 5x that (and still counting).
[EN.ALGHADEERTV.NET] The Governor of Nineveh, Najm al-Jubouri, announced that 50 displaced families are coming from al-Jada fifth camp to their areas in the city of djinn-infested Mosul ... the home of a particularly ferocious and hairy djinn... , as part of the voluntary plan to return the displaced from the affected areas. In a press statement, al-Jubouri said, "50 displaced families have returned to their areas in the right of Mosul and the old Mosul against the background of restoring security, restoring services and rebuilding destroyed homes in their areas."
He added, "All the families who returned to their areas in Mosul were subject to a security check of their personal papers and entered the city of Mosul under strict protection."

"Hamas, always the voice of sweet reason, made a mistake when it conducted that launch eight days ago toward Jerusalem. They didn’t think what happened would happen," Kohavi says.
"Hamas was surprised by our power and techniques and our achievements. They are being struck very hard. The operation will continue as long as it must," the army chief says.

[Times of Israel] The Hezbollah terror group has dug a network of tunnels hundreds of kilometers long from Beirut to southern Lebanon, the Kan public broadcaster reports.
The network was dug in parallel to Hezbollah’s six attack tunnels into Israel, which the IDF exposed and destroyed in 2018, Kan says.
The purpose of the additional network was to enable the swift and covert movement of forces during a war against Israel, according to the report.
Command and control headquarters were built inside the tunnel network, it says. The tunnels reach a distance of about three kilometers from the Israeli border.
