I've always found women with Mausers quite arousing.
[KOMONEWS] Shots were fired Wednesday afternoon at a Pierce County Sheriff's Department deputy, prompting a huge police response to the area where a suspect who was believed to have targeted the deputy was found dead at the scene, authorities said. [BANG! BANG! BANGETTY BANG!] "Rosebud!"
There was a heavy police presence at 173rd Street South at A Street South, as detectives investigated the shooting. People were urged to avoid the area while the investigation unfolded. "Nothing to see here! Move along!"
Police say when the deputy responded, the suspect fired shots at the deputy. [BANG! BANG! BANGETTY BANG! KERPOW! KAZING!]
Detectives say the deputy called for backup from SWAT and when the team arrived, police say the man in the minivan, was dead. "Send a SWAT team! I been shot at!"
"You been shot?"
"I been shot at!"
"After shots were fired, the deputy requested SWAT to come because of their training in tactics, they were able to safely approach the vehicle, they were able to determine the subject was deceased," said Officer Shelbie Boyd with the Tacoma Police Department which has taken over the investigation. "No heartbeat. Not breathin'. Stuck a fork in him, no reaction. Stiff as a board."
"Sounds like he's dead!"
"Or really sneaky."
The Pierce County Force Investigation Team is examining if the deputy fired their weapon and how the suspect died. "Lemme smell yer gun barrel, Deputy!"
"Are there any bullet holes in him?"
"The barrel. I gotta sniff it."
"We’re uncertain, we’re trying to figure all of that out," said Officer Boyd. "That’s why we bring in the forensics folks, that’s why we go through everything can, any witnesses, any video, so that we’re able to give you the accurate information."
[ToloNews] On the first day of Eid-al-Fitr, at the beginning of a 3-day ceasefire between the Taliban and Afghan forces, explosions in Kandahar and Kunduz provinces killed nine people and injured 17.
A landmine blast, remote-controlled, in the town of Sardawra in the northern province of Kunduz, killed two people, including a child, and injured 14 others, most of them children.
The blast in the city of Kunduz occurred just hours after the Eid prayers.
A Kunduz resident said: “The security forces arrived in the area 40 minutes after the accident occurred, while the Kunduz police headquarters is only 100 meters away from the incident area.”
Officials in the Kunduz Provincial Hospital said the injured patients are in a critical state.
“Unfortunately, 16 people, who were injured and martyred in the explosion, were taken to the hospital,” said Fahim Hussainzada, a physician in Kundoz’s provincial hospital.
Meanwhile, in Kandahar province, two roadside mines exploded in Panjwai and Maiwand districts, killing seven civilians and wounding three others.
“At 9:30 a.m. today a landmine exploded on a taxi, carrying civilians, in Panjwai district. The mine was placed by the Taliban,” said Jamal Barakzai, spokesman for the Kandahar police chief.
In the past week, and before the government and the Taliban declared a 3-day ceasefire on Eid al-Fitr, more than a dozen provinces were witnessing heavy clashes between the fighters from the two sides. Kabul, Kandahar, Helmand, Herat, and Balkh are the provinces that were least secure in the past week.

Germany on Thursday vowed "unwavering" protection of its synagogues after scattered demonstrations over the escalating military conflict between Israel and Gaza-based terror groups saw protesters shout anti-Israeli slogans and burn Israeli flags.
"There must be no tolerance for attacks against synagogues in our country," German Foreign Minister Heiko Maas told the Funke media group, pledging "unwavering security" for Jewish temples in Germany.
Protesters burned Israeli flags outside synagogues in Muenster and Bonn in western Germany earlier this week, with 16 people arrested.
On Wednesday evening, around 180 people shouted anti-Israeli slogans at a march in Gelsenkirchen also in the west.
Police said they prevented the protesters from marching on the city’s synagogue.
In Hanover police said they broke up a protest of around 550 people and prevented two protesters from burning an Israeli flag.
Maas said German Jews should not be made scapegoats for the events in Israel "either in the street or on social media."
Germany’s Central Council of Jews, which represents about 200,000 Jews living in the country, on Wednesday called for stepped-up protection for Jewish institutions in the country as unrest flares between Israel and Paleostinian terror groups in the Gaza Strip, where the Israeli military has been carrying out strikes in response to major rocket fire at the country.

QUESTION: Where is PETA on this?
Seems to me to get BLOOD and a fresh Pig's Head suggests they slaughtered a PIG and collected the Blood themselves.
It seems the SF DA or the State AG could also bring more serious charges of Animal Cruelty under Penal Code 597 PC. Which makes it a crime for a person maliciously to kill, harm, maim, or torture an animal. Given theses circumstances they could be slapped with a felony and 3 years in prison.
[JPost] - Eight Palestinians died in clashes with Israeli soldiers as the ongoing regional unrest spread to the West Bank.
Palestinian health officials said five were killed in stone-throwing clashes with IDF forces in several locations, and a sixth was killed during an attempt to run over soldiers with his car and attempted stabbing.
The West Bank violence comes as Israel unleashed a heavy barrage of tank fire and airstrikes on the Gaza Strip on Friday to clear a network of terrorist tunnels.
Hamas military wing spokesman Abu Obeida welcomed the attacks on Israeli soldiers and called to "set fire to the ground underneath the occupation's feet."
In the West Bank village of Urif, where one of the demonstrators — a man in his 20s named Nidal Safadi — was killed, residents attacked the Palestinian police station and set fire to police vehicles in protest of the Palestinian Authority's policy which decided to not take part in the current round of violence between Israel and Hamas. Gunshots can also be heard in footage from the scene. Now is Abbas' chance to crack down on Hamas in West Bank
[JPost] - At about 9 pm on Thursday night, the IDF began assembling ground forces along the border with the Gaza Strip. Some armored and infantry battalions joined the artillery batteries that had been deployed days earlier to pound Hamas and Islamic Jihad targets.
Earlier in the day, the IDF said that a ground offensive was on the table as a viable option for the continuation of Operation Guardians of the Wall. The IDF was hitting hard at Hamas and Islamic Jihad targets from the air but on the ground they would be expected to cause even more damage albeit with greater risk to the Israeli forces.
...At midnight, the IDF Spokesperson’s English department tweeted that "IDF air and ground troops are currently attacking in the Gaza Strip." The foreign media jumped at the tweet, interpreting it to mean that Israel was sending ground forces into Gaza, a major escalation in the current operation and a sign that it was far from over.
Websites of media outlets around the world, including the Washington Post and ABC, reported the incursion. "Israeli troops have entered the Gaza Strip as conflict with Palestinians escalates, Israeli military says," was the tweet put out by the Washington Post.
The problem was that there was no ground invasion. Yes, the IDF had deployed troops along the border but they did not cross into Gaza. What did happen was in the air where 160 aircraft had assembled for a massive bombing run over the Gaza Strip. Their target was what the IDF called Hamas’s "Metro", an underground network of tunnels where Hamas stored its weapons and used to move throughout Gaza hidden from Israeli aircraft.
The "Metro" had been built in the years after the 2014 war in the Gaza Strip, also known in Israel as Operation Protective Edge. It was a network of dozens of kilometers of tunnels that crisscrossed Gaza and provided safety from Israeli aerial incursions.
According to reports, due to the deployment along the border and the news coming out in the foreign media of a ground incursion, Hamas and Islamic Jihad sent their first-line of defense into the tunnels to start taking up positions. These were the anti-tank missile teams and mortar squads meant to strike at incoming Israeli ground forces.
What they did not know was that there was no ground offensive. Instead, once they were out of the tunnels, they were exposed to Israeli aircraft. Within minutes, the "Metro" attack went ahead.
How many Hamas and Islamic Jihad terrorists were killed in the operation? That remains to be seen. IDF Spokesperson Brig.-Gen. Hidai Zilberman said on Friday morning that the military was still evaluating the consequences of the operation. Making MSM serve Humanity.

Remember
Berg’s Eighteenth Law of Media Latency: Nothing the media writes/says about any emotionally charged event – a mass shooting, a police shooting, anything – should be taken seriously for 48 hours after the original incident. It will largely be rubbish, as media outlets vie to “scoop” each other even on incorrect facts.

Concerning dead children: 1/3 of Gazan rockets fall in Gaza.

A note. The people presenting all this as some sort of horrible crisis in Israeli society are simply ignorant. This's what happens in any society containing a significant proportion of Muslims.
In Israel's specific case: "Israeli" Arabs (vegetarian cats?) have to be periodically reminded that - just because we don't go around doing the Master Race show - doesn't mean we're their victims*.
*Arabs, and to the lesser extent other Muslims, have a problem grasping this point. That's why I expect that one day Israel will expel all Arabs (and EUropean Muslims will simply disappear).
I'd like to see something similar in India too, at least whittle 'em down to 1-2%. But societies that compulsively try to peacefully coexist with these swine can never understand the Israeli reaction. Or maybe they do, even as they envy your unapologetic hammering of muslims, and spout shit about peace and ceasefires on TV.

^Or, we have plenty of these kind of people, Dron. Wait, in a couple of days you'll read Israeli leftards claiming that Bibi provoked the confrontation to sabotage the establishment of anti-Bibi government (which is history).

Bennett would be a totally good PM too, no? New blood, just the right temperature and far right alliance? As long as Arabs don't get a say and there is consensus on the Gaza issue.
[Arutz-7] - An IDF spokesman said that on Wednesday night, more than 160 IAF fighter jets from 12 different squadrons attacked approximately 150 underground infrastructure targets in northern Gaza.
Simultaneous to the air force attacks, infantry, artillery and armored forces deployed along the border fired hundreds of artillery shells and dozens of tank shells at targets in Gaza.
The strike dealt a heavy blow to Hamas' underground tunnels, destroying many kilometres of tunneling infrastructure.
"Tonight we carried out an integrated air and ground attack, with over 160 planes from six bases," Brigadier-General Hadi Zilberman said. According to him, the massive attack began at midnight and 450 munitions were aimed at 150 targets within a span of 35 minutes. I bet that was exciting. "Hudna!"

I can definitely live with destroying many kilometres of Hamas tunneling infrastructure. Clearly being underground has not hidden any of it from Israel’s ken — one wonders how long ago they had the whole thing mapped out. The entire tunnel effort is looking more like an underground Maginot Line than the evil genius move they and Iran’s Mad Mullahs assumed it to be.
That’s even cuter than nanobot golden retrievers, g(r)omgoru. Mr. Wife, however, points out that they would definitely be overcompensating for being very, very small giants —> angry golemites with attitude.
[Jpost] In a briefing with reporters, IDF Col. Elad Goren accused Hamas of diverting fuel earmarked for Gaza's desalination plant to rocket use.
Gaza's desalination plant provides water for Gaza's citizens.
"Now, 250,000 [residents] in Beit Lahiya [in Gaza] do not have water because of Hamas' decision," Goren explained.
Hamas rockets which were launched towards Israel fell short of their target, taking out three electricity lines instead, which led to 250,000 people losing their electricity. The electricity lines were among ten provided by Israel to help increase Gaza electricity.
Gazan residents have only five hours of electricity a day, Goren added. According to UN data, that is down from 14 hours just last month.
According to Goren, 17 Palestinians were killed in Gaza on Tuesday as a result of the failed Hamas rocket fire, adding that they died prior to the IDF's retaliatory strike.
He clarified that the IDF would halt its Gaza operation when "we [achieve] all our goals."
[WSJ] Israel’s military said it has begun ground operations against Hamas, always the voice of sweet reason, in Gazoo ...Hellhole adjunct to Israel and Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, inhabited by Gazooks. The place was acquired in the wake of the 1967 War and then presented to Paleostinian control in 2006 by Ariel Sharon, who had entered his dotage. It is currently ruled with an iron fist by Hamaswith about the living conditions you'd expect. It periodically attacks the Hated Zionist Entity whenever Iran needs a ruckus created or the hard boyz get bored, getting thumped by the IDF in return. The ruling turbans then wave the bloody shirt and holler loudly about oppression and disproportionate response... , escalating its offensive against the krazed killer group.
Lt. Col. Jonathan Conricus, an Israeli military front man, said ground and air forces are striking targets in Gaza from the Israeli side of the border, including tanks and artillery. He initially said Israeli troops had entered the Gaza Strip but later retracted that statement.
"There are ground forces currently deployed along the border area and they are engaging and attacking the Gaza Strip from there," said Col. Conricus.
Israel’s military didn’t give more details about the operation, but some 3,000 to 4,000 troops have been amassed on the border in recent days, military officials have said. Those figures suggest a more limited operation because a full-scale invasion would require many more troops.
It isn’t immediately clear how big the ground operation is or what its aims are, but if troops actually cross into Gaza it would be the first time since the 2014 war that Israeli troops have entered Gaza to fight.
"I said we’d exact a steep price from Hamas, and that’s what we’re doing...The last word has not been said and this operation will continue for as long as it’s necessary," Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Twitter early Friday.
The military’s move follows days of fighting. Since Monday, Israel has struck more than 600 targets that it described as Hamas and Paleostinian Islamic Jihad ...created after many members of the Egyptian Moslem Brotherhood decided the organization was becoming too moderate. Operations were conducted out of Egypt until 1981 when the group was exiled after the assassination of President Anwar Sadat. They worked out of Gaza until they were exiled to Lebanon in 1987, where they clove tightly to Hezbollah. In 1989 they moved to Damascus, where they remain a subsidiary of Hezbollah... weaponry and infrastructure, and killed more than 30 krazed killers, Col. Conricus said.
The strikes have killed more than 103 people in Gaza, including 27 children, according to Paleostinian officials. Seven Israeli civilians, including one child, have been killed in the rocket fire from Gaza, while one soldier was killed by an antitank missile, according to Israeli authorities.
A front man for Hamas’s military wing played down the implications of Israel’s expanded efforts.
"The enemy carries out show raids aimed at sabotage and destruction," he said. "It will not affect the capabilities of the resistance."
Among the recent targets were weapons-manufacturing sites, several Hamas buildings, including what Israel’s military said was an intelligence office in the upscale Rimal neighborhood, the home of a battalion commander and two branches of Hamas’s main bank. Israel also struck a squad operating antitank missiles, the military said.
Hamas and Paleostinian Islamic Jihad have fired at least 1,750 rockets toward Israel since Monday evening, including 300 that have fallen short and landed in Gaza, he said, adding that Israel’s Iron Dome missile-defense system has had a 90% interception rate.
Israel and Hamas have fought three wars since the krazed killer group seized control of the Gaza Strip in 2007. They also have seen several escalations since spring 2018 that have almost developed into full-blown conflict.
Israel’s latest move came as the Israeli government scrambled to contain escalating violence within its own borders.

In Hebrew the tweet is also unclear, but it is more specific. The IDF was announcing massive strikes on Gaza in which ground forces participated through artillery fire, but not the entrance of troops to the strip.
Following the tweet, websites of media outlets around the world, including the Washington Post and abc, reported the incursion of IDF ground forces into Gaza.

[Rudaw] The Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) dismantled an Islamic State ...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that they were al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're really very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allah around with every other sentence, but to hear western pols talk they're not really Moslems.... (ISIS) cell of nearly 40 Death Eaters on Thursday in northeastern Syria, the force announced.
The SDF said its forces arrested the group, which included 39 members, in the countryside around al-Shuhail, in the eastern province of Deir ez-Zor. The cell was believed to be planning an attack during the holiday of Eid al-Fitr.
The SDF said they also seized a large number of weapons and documents owned by the terror group. Kurdish security forces say they have destroyed several ISIS hideouts and detained a number of the bad boy group’s members in northeastern Syria in recent operations.
The SDF announced they arrested 14 ISIS members in Deir ez-Zor on Tuesday and a media outlet affiliated with the SDF said Kurdish forces arrested a leader of the bad boy group in Hasaka on Sunday.
The arrests follow a series of liquidations, targeting civilians, tribal leaders, and members of the SDF.
Three SDF members were killed in separate attacks on Tuesday and Monday. Both attacks were carried out by unknown button men.
ISIS has been territorially defeated in Iraq and Syria but the Death Eaters continue to carry out bombings, hit-and run attacks and abductions on both sides of the border. The SDF and Syrian regime forces control separate areas of Deir ez-Zor province.
Kurdish-led forces announced in a statement that they concluded on Wednesday a four-day military operation against ISIS on the Syria-Iraq border, which was launched with the support of the global coalition.
[AnNahar] Three rockets were fired Thursday from southern Leb ...an Iranian colony situated on the eastern Mediterranean, conveniently adjacent to Israel. Formerly inhabited by hardy Phoenecian traders, its official language is now Arabic, with the usual unpleasant side effects. The Leb civil war, between 1975 and 1990, lasted a little over 145 years and produced 120,000 fatalities. The average length of a ceasefire was measured in seconds. The Lebs maintain a precarious sectarian balance among Shiites, Sunnis, and about a dozeen flavors of Christians. It is the home of Hezbollah, which periodically starts a war with the Zionist Entity, gets Beirut pounded to rubble, and then declares victory and has a parade. The Lebs have the curious habit of periodically murdering their heads of state or prime ministers... toward Israel, Lebanese security officials said, amid an escalating fighting between Israel and the turban Paleostinian Hamas, a regional Iranian catspaw, group in Gazoo ...Hellhole adjunct to Israel and Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, inhabited by Gazooks. The rockets were launched from the Qlayleh area north of Naqoura, near the border with Israel.
They do that every once in a while.
Israel's army confirmed the attack and said the rockets landed in the sea.
“Take that, O Neptune! And that! And that, too! Whew!“
It was not immediately clear who had fired them, but two sources close to Hizbullah ...Party of God, a Leb militia inspired, founded, funded and directed by Iran. Hizbullah refers to itself as The Resistance and purports to defend Leb against Israel, with whom it has started and lost one disastrous war to date, though it did claim victory... said the Lebanese group had no link to the incident.
“Please don’t hurt us!”
"A short while ago, three rockets were fired from Lebanon into the Mediterranean Sea off the coast of the Galilee," Israel's army said in a statement. "According to protocol no sirens were sounded," it added.
Several media reports said Lebanese security forces arrested those who fired the rockets. al-Jadeed TV however said no arrests have been made but added that the Lebanese Army has deployed in the area and is following the situation closely.
Al-Jadeed later reported that the army was chasing several suspects in a grove in the area.
A Paleostinian official meanwhile told An-Nahar newspaper that the Paleostinian factions were responsible for the incident and that "their message is that the resistance is one in Lebanon and Paleostine."
Pay attention to US!”
Al-Manar TV news hound Ali Shoaib meanwhile tweeted that the rockets did not cross the border and that the atmosphere was very normal in the area after the army’s deployment.
And as MTV said that Israeli warplanes were overflying south Lebanon after the incident, al-Arabiya TV quoted Israeli sources as saying that there will be no Israeli response.
The front man of the United Nations ...an organization which on balance has done more bad than good, with the good not done well and the bad done thoroughly... Interim Force in Lebanon, Andrea Tenenti, meanwhile said that the Force, known as UNIFIL, was in contact with the Lebanese and Israeli sides and was urging them to show utmost restraint after the incident.
