[Fox via Bongino] The Department of Justice (DOJ) will not pursue charges against the U.S. Capitol Police officer who allegedly shot and killed Ashli Babbitt during the Jan. 6 riot in Washington, D.C., officials announced Wednesday.
An investigation conducted by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia determined "that there is insufficient evidence to support a criminal prosecution," the department said in a statement. Good thing for the cop his name wasn't Rittenhouse and that he's a BLM supporter
Several Rantburgers have provided sources that claim the unidentified Capitol Police officer is David Bailey, Brazilian immigrant and yes, BLM supporter.

No one was prosecuted for the botched Waco massacre which lead to the OKC bombing. Then with remarkable speed the perp was convicted and executed. Early demonstration of two sets of justices in America.

The troll might be but the rest of us aren't. I wouldn't even know where to find it if I cared to even bother. We just love the Constitution and the ideals of America.
The only people who talk about this Qanon are lefties, who since they can all find it must be run by them.

...that's what happens when you ignore the party copybook which stipulates its 'white supremacists'. The old 'wreckers and saboteurs' was replaced six updates ago.

/\ Qanon? I doubt it. It's a free platform for the, exchange of news, comments, ideas, perspectives, hypothesis, analysis, and trends. Ideas and perspectives which have frequently discovered to reflect reality.
Little is fed into the shredder or burn bag. Sometimes it's laughed at, but heard out nonetheless.

I find it amusing all these assumptions about what people read etc. Got accused by a leftie that I read der stormer whatever it was and he was stunned I had no clue what it even was. They really do live in an alternate reality in their heads.
#18
They live in an alternate reality. They actually think:
...that Trump is a Russian agent, while Democrat election fraud is a myth;
...that Brett Kavanaugh is a gang rapist, while the Bidens are noble, honest public servants;
...that Soetoro is a deep thinker instead of a mindless tool,
...that BLM is a noble movement for justice instead of a shakedown racket,
...that Michael Brown was "murdered" instead of shot in self-defense after he reached for the officer's gun,
...that killings of blacks by cops outnumber killings of whites by a factor of 100 or 1,000, instead of the reality that killings of whites by cops outnumber killings of blacks by cops
[JUSTTHENEWS] Florida Republican Sen. Marco Rubio ...The diminutive 13-year-old Republican U.S. Senator from Florida... told Just the News that the outcome of the war in Afghanistan is going to be a "terrible thing," predicting that the Taliban ...Arabic for students... will take over the country.Rubio, a member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, was reacting to the Biden administration's reported plans to announce a withdrawal from Afghanistan by Sept. 11, 2021.
"What they've announced is that they're going to stick with President Trump's decision with regards to Afghanistan," Rubio said on Tuesday. "Look, the outcome is going to be a terrible thing. The Taliban, I believe, will eventually take over the country, as they were in charge before, and it's not going to be a good outcome.
"The flip side of it is that I'm not sure what the pathway to a better future in the near term was, and, you know, given all the other needs we're facing around the world, you know, once President Trump made that decision, I think the die was cast in that regard."

Rubio needs to tell us how many decades are necessary. We've tried 20 years without making a deep dent in their mindset, would another 20 satisfy Rubio? 40? or should we make Afghanistan a state so we could threaten to withdraw highway funds if they don't stop fighting?

who cares? if they want to live like that, let them. if they harbor terrorists, strike there. they dont want to live like us. stop forcing it. 20 with nothing to show for it but debt and death.

[Just The News] Congress notified that CIA inspector general has received allegations from fund-raiser Imaad Zuberi, including targeting of U.S. lawmakers and misuse of news organization for spy operation.
Imaad Zuberi, a major Democratic fundraiser facing 12 years in prison, has filed an extraordinary complaint with the CIA's chief watchdog alleging he witnessed "flagrant problems, abuses, violations of law" while working as an asset for U.S. intelligence, according to documents and interviews.
Zuberi, of Los Angeles, recently hired the CIA's retired acting general counsel Robert J. Eatinger Jr. to review his case and help to appeal his conviction on a plea deal with federal prosecutors.

But Zuberi's world came crashing down when prosecutors began investigating whether his money to the Trump inauguration came from foreign sources.
Investigating foreign funding of the evil Trump campaign. Seemed like a good idea at the time. Oh FOK! Oh double FOK !!!!
Lawyers stumbled upon it did they? "Foreign sources" at Langley. Paying for access. Another aspect of the intelligence communities multi-pronged attempt to gain access to the Trump campaign.
Was involved in a clandestine operation that used an American journalism organization to carry out countermeasures and influence operations in a foreign country. The CIA is not supposed to use journalism organizations or journalists for operational cover.
True! Clandestine cover or source recruitment of journalists, clergy, or students is prohibited. But there are "work arounds". Duel-citizen Zuberi was likely such a work around. No need to recruit anyone, if they're already bought and paid for by a third party.

/\ Appears he may have been being investigated for Trump campaign funding and the other activities fell out of the investigation. 'Left hand not knowing what the right hand was doing', ie: unwitting of Zuberi's community connections. Community hoping that the shi* would blow over.
Zuberi resisted pressure to cooperate in the investigation of then-President Donald Trump
...dictatorial for repealing some (but not all) of the diktats of his predecessor, misogynistic because he likes pretty girls, homophobic because he doesn't think gender bending should be mandatory, truly a man for all seasons......

"For two decades, Zuberi was a larger-than-life figure on the political stage, hobnobbing with Republicans and Democrats alike from California to Washington as he raised millions for campaigns and globe-trotted with a successful international business. He rubbed elbows with Obama, Hillary Clinton, Joe Biden, John McCain and Lindsey Graham, all the while keeping his relationship with the CIA mum."

[NYPOST] The federal government awarded a contract worth up to $530 million to a housing nonprofit that recently hired a Biden transition team official, according to a report on Tuesday.
The Administration for Children and Families contracted Family Endeavors in March to help manage the influx of migrant children arriving at the US-Mexico border, Axios reported.
The Texas-based organization snagged the no-bid contract just months after it tapped Andrew Lorenzen-Strait as its senior director for migrant services and federal affairs, the report said.
He was previously an adviser to the Biden-Harris transition team on Department of Homeland Security policy and staffing matters. He’s also a former Immigration and Customs Enforcement official.
ICE, an agency of DHS, recently awarded the group an $87 million no-bid contract to house migrant families in hotels in Texas and Arizona, the Washington Examiner reported last week.
Family Endeavors has no previous history as an ICE contractor. It also never previously won a prime contract from HHS, but did work with another of the agency’s vendors in 2012, 2014, 2016 and 2019, according to Axios.

To Combat Right-Wing 'Assault' on Democracy, New Bill Would Add Four Seats to Supreme Court
You want 'democracy'? That would be making all the seats open for election say 10 years with a single second term for another 10. You think those who vote for things like gay marriage would have been around for the second?

Isn't there a Parliamentary Rule that only allows people who voted *Against* to add "Corrections" to a prior bill? So this would be a "Robert's Rules of Order" tactic.

... or this is a head fake, and they'll do some bullshit 'modifications' to the bill to satisfy the alleged moderates and push something substantially similar for a floor vote in six weeks.

[WASHINGTONTIMES] White House press secretary Jen Psaki ...a valley girl who woke up one morning and found she was spokeswoman for the U.S. Department of State under Obama... said the Biden administration is currently "engaged with NASCAR and Country Music TV," among multiple other venues, in an effort to reach White conservatives who may be hesitant to get vaccinated against COVID-19.
During a press briefing Monday, Ms. Psaki was asked to address a New York Times
...which still proudly displays Walter Duranty's Pulitzer prize... report that said rural states such as Mississippi, Ohio and Oklahoma are seeing a lackluster demand for the vaccine.
Ms. Psaki said the White House was addressing the problem primarily at the local level but that other measures had been taken to "get directly connected to White conservative communities" and meet them "where they are."
"An example is Dr. [Francis] Collins participated in ’The 700 Club,’" she said. "Dr. [Marcella] Nunez-Smith hosted a faith leaders roundtable. We’ve run PSAs on ’The Deadliest Catch.’ We’re engaged with NASCAR and Country Music TV."
Ms. Psaki touted the president’s newly launched Community Corps, which she said now includes more than 4,000 organizations across the country to promote COVID-19 vaccines in at-risk communities.
"We’re also investing $3 billion to states and community-based organizations to strengthen vaccine confidence in the highest-risk and hardest-hit communities," she said. "And often, people think of that as just Black and brown communities, and that is not. As you’ve noted, that is also conservative communities, White evangelicals. It’s a range of communities around the country.
"What we’ve found to be most effective is to work with these local organizations — so, faith-based organizations, community health organizations, civic leaders, and others who can really get this message deeply in communities," she said.
The White House’s apparent generalization of conservative White people sparked ridicule on social media.

Perhaps if they'd given Trump the credit he was due for getting the vaccine out so quickly the Trump fans would have jumped at getting the vaccine.
Instead the Biden folks tried some easily disproved lies to take credit while bashing Trump and called it unifying.

Yet another proof of systemic racism. Last I looked, Covid vaccine resistance was higher among African-Americans than among those of a pale complexion, and yet the Harris-Biden administration is not talking about a special outreach to them — clearly neither VP Harris nor P Biden cares about the higher rate of illness and death among the Black population.
The same argument holds for the higher rate of abortions among Blacks as well, for those who are for it.

Their job would be easier if they had not spent the last year saying it was completely unpossible for Trump to come up with a vaccine in a year's time, and even if he did, there was no way they would take a vaccine Donald Trump developed - as if he was making the stuff with his Gilbert chem lab in the White House basement.
This is nonsense. Indeed, it’s almost self-parodic nonsense. The “science” tells us that, as far as we know, six people out of the seven million who have taken the Johnson & Johnson vaccine have developed blood clots. It does not tell us what to do about this. There is no “scientific” answer to that question. It’s a matter of judgment, of tradeoffs, of consideration. One might as well say that one has come to the correct scientific conclusion as to what the speed limit should be. There is no such thing.

Silly me! And all this time (well up to the time of Hillary's emails) I believed we had Rule of Law.
People are 10 times more likely to develop a CVST blood clot after catching Covid than after getting a vaccine, an Oxford study has found.
CVST, full name cerebral venous sinus thombrosis, is the brain blood clotting condition spooking regulators by appearing in people having the AstraZeneca or Johnson & Johnson Covid vaccines.
But researchers say the risk is significantly higher after coronavirus than it is after any of the Covid jabs.

[BIZPACREVIEW] The mayor of Brooklyn Center, Minn., said Tuesday he believes coppers do not need to be armed for every traffic stop following the shooting death of 20-year-old Daunte Wright.
"I don’t believe that officers necessarily, uh, have weapons, uh, you know, uh...every time they’re making a traffic stop or engaged in situations that don’t necessarily call for weapons," Mayor Mike Elliot told news hounds during a presser.
"We know that there are other, many other jurisdictions, even around the world where that is not necessarily the case, that is not needed," he added.
2019 Police Study ranked Traffic stops at over 1/3rd of all deaths. The study found Police Officers who died after initiating contact with suspects were most likely to be killed during traffic stops.
Ambushing became the 2nd most likely in 2019-2020.
With Domestic calls, Process and Warrant serving pretty closely tied.
HOWEVER,
I did not see Political Armed Bodyguards ANY where on the list.
Maybe this Mayor seeking some kiss up camera time should start by disarming his bodyguards?

I knew a guy who was a police officer in New York state about 30-35 years ago. He had to quit. He couldn't take the pressure of knowing that every time he stopped someone he could get shot. And he WAS armed. Imagine how much more pressure there would be if he didn't have a weapon.

This will eventually lead to cops being able to hack cars and turn them off, possibly lock the doors.

And he WAS armed.
Rambler - and now he would be more fearful of actually employing his weapon than being killed making the stop, because it would have devastating effects on far more than just himself.
