Cop Kimberly Potter is said to have confused her gun for a taser when she shot at Daunte Wright Sunday
Her home was barricaded up Tuesday after a police source said that they anticipate protests there
Curfews are in place for Brooklyn Center, Minneapolis, St. Paul and surrounding areas from 10pm local time
About 90 minutes before the curfew deadline, state police announced over a loudspeaker that the gathering outside the Brooklyn Center police station had been declared unlawful and ordered the crowds to disperse
Cops used pepper spray and flash bombs to try to disperse the crowd; protesters used umbrellas as shields
Wright's killing, just 10 miles from the scene of George Floyd's death last May in Minneapolis, has led to unrest in Minnesota and nationwide; the trial of Derek Chauvin, charged in Floyd's death, is ongoing in the city
Protests also broke out overnight Tuesday in New York, Los Angeles, Washington DC, Portland and Seattle
Daunte Wright was shot dead by Brooklyn Center Police Officer Kimberly Potter Sunday after he was pulled over for 'expired license plate tags'
DailyMail.com can reveal that Wright, 20, had a warrant out for his arrest for attempted aggravated robbery charges at the time
Charging papers allege Wright and a second man, Emajay Driver, attended a party in December 2019 at the home of two women in Osseo, Minnesota
The women allowed the pair to crash after they said they didn't have a ride home
The next morning, after one of the women went to withdraw $820 in rent money, Wright allegedly held her at gunpoint and demanded she give him the cash
His bail was originally set at $100k with orders that he should not contact the victim or any witnesses, refrain from drugs and alcohol and not have any weapon
It was revoked in July last year due to his 'failure to not possess a firearm or ammunition' and not keeping in touch with his probation officer
DailyMail.com has also learned that online speculation that Wright did not know there was a warrant out for his arrest is false

“Get the white people to the front!” #BLM protesters demand that whites be used as human shields as they gather outside the Brooklyn Center police station. They’ve been trying to break down the fence & are throwing projectiles. #antifa pic.twitter.com/2gW7bGK6lq
Who released the cops address to the protestors?
Usually that's close hold info for this type reason.
A neighbor would have to be a idiot to do so because of the collateral damage likely to occur to surrounding properties. So is it City Hall and HR?
BTW: Whats the "Just 10 miles away" have to do with this?
OTHER than MEDIA trying to tie the 2 incidents together for additional INCITEMENT & Violence.

The beloved mayor of their fair city wants Keith "Sharia" Ellison to run the prosecution of Potter. Becaue only Ellison will guarantee the correct outcome?

Well, I think the penalty for "driving away" should be arrest later by a SWAT outfit and piled on charges. I think people who refuse to obey cops need shot, but that's not the society we live in, nor should we want to.
Think about "high speed chases" and how often innocent people are killed during same. Negative ROI, should never happen. The cops do have radios, helicopters, etc.
All that instant, chaotic pushback against police resistance is getting us is George Floyd trials and riots. What's that line about "Same thing over and over, hoping for a different outcome next time?"

From what I can gather, this mob didn't do much in the way of damage other than denting a few vehicles
I can't find any details on this mob from any of the local news outfits including the Examiner or the Times who would have reported if there was much damage.
None of the newspapers

So tired of this shit...

[Rudaw] The Kurdistan Region’s security council on Monday announced the arrest of five suspected Islamic State ...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that they were al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're really very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allah around with every other sentence, but to hear western pols talk they're not really Moslems.... (ISIS) faceless myrmidons in Erbil for reportedly planning to carry out terrorist attacks inside the Region.
"During the investigations, the Lions of Islam admitted that they were planning attacks by planting (improvised bombs) and using (pistols equipped with silencers)," the security council published on Monday along with what appears to be a video confession of one of the men arrested.
"Investigations concluded that two members of the cell were not able to enter Kurdistan directly in early February 2021, so they were smuggled into Syria illegally. Then they headed to The Sick Man of Europe Turkey ...the only place on the face of the earth that misses the Ottoman Empire... and from there to Iran, and from there they entered the town of Ranya and then Erbil," the statement added.
In the released video "confession", Yasser Ali Ahmed al-Faraji says he joined ISIS in 2014 at the age of sixteen in Anbar. After the fall of ISIS in Iraq, he claims to have fled to Syria and lived at al-Hol camp "nearly a year", where he was enlisted to conduct operations in the Kurdistan Region under the leadership of the area’s head, Abu Walid.
The detainee said he, alongside other members of the cell, were smuggled back into Iraq, where he rented a house on the Makhmour road in southwest Erbil’s Mamzawa, eight kilometers away from the Kurdistan Region capital’s city center.
"He [Abu Walid] asked me to dig a hole by my house. I dug a hole in my garden and put a barrel in there so that when equipment arrived, I hid it there," said Faraji, who said the group was supposed to be sent guns and bombs.
The cell was asked to "investigate" the Makhmour road and plant bombs targeting military vehicles, but were arrested prior to receiving the equipment.
Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Region Masrour Barzani said the arrests came after a "months-long operation," urging allies and the global coalition to "recognize the seriousness of this threat, both here and abroad."
"I am deeply concerned that our intelligence points to ISIS operating from the Al Hol camp, indicating the group is still capable of crossing borders illegally," he added.
Although ISIS was territorially defeated in Iraq in 2017, remnants of the terror group remain active across the country, particularly in areas disputed between Baghdad and Erbil.
In February, Kurdish forces arrested a member of ISIS in Erbil and handed him over to Baghdad, the Kurdistan Region’s counter-terrorism directorate said.
The Iraqi Counter Terrorism Service (ICTS) in March announced that it had arrested six ISIS faceless myrmidons in two Iraqi provinces and Sulaimani province in the Kurdistan Region.
On Thursday, ISIS claimed in its weekly propaganda newspaper al-Naba that it had killed and injured at least 7 people in 4 attacks in Iraq from April 1 to 7.

[SHAFAQ] Security officials in Diyala revealed that the terrorist organization of ISIS revived "Aicha Camp" located at the border areas of Diyala with Saladin, calling for intensifying security operations at this loose area between the adjacent governorates.
The Director of Qara Tapa sub-districts, 113 kilometers to the northeast of Baquba, Hasan al-Tamimi, said in a statement to Shafaq News Agency, "Security operations are effective, but it is not sustainable. It allows ISIS operatives and leaders to flee to other remote areas and villages ahead of the operation then come back afterward."
"Preemptive security operations are thinly disguised. As if they know a priori, so they relocate to another area leaving empty headquarters, except for some equipment," he continued, "ISIS is deploying the empty headquarters tactic."
Al-Tamimi accentuated the importance of the security operations sustainability in the loose area extending between Hamrin and the borders with Saladin and Kirkuk to pursue ISIS bandidosDeath Eaters posing as civilians or farmers in the villages.
The Commander of Nidaa Diyala, Ziham Ismail al-Jubouri, endorsed al-Tamimi remarks, "the 21 kilometers square area extending from Hamrin mountains in Diyala to Saladin requires comprehensive operations and heavy security presence to prevent ISIS operatives from stationing and organizing their ranks."
"Preemptive and security operations limited their efforts to return to nurturing environment," he added.
The camp is located between the borders of the two sub-districts of al-Azim and Qarah Tapa, north of Diyala. It was the largest outpost of the organization’s bandidosDeath Eaters over the past years. al-Qaeda bandidosDeath Eaters used to use it before that.
Although it is called a camp, it is, in fact, composed of only small caches, tunnels, and depots of weapons and explosives. It served as a major launching pad for ISIS attacks in Diyala, Kirkuk, ... a thick stew of Arabs, Turkmen, Kurds, and probably Antarcticans, all of them mutually hostile most of the time... and Saladin before it was destroyed in 2014.
It’s been a while...
It seems that ISIS bandidosDeath Eaters have taken refuge in their old sanctuary whenever possible during recent months and then disappear again.
[SHAFAQ] An informed source in Kirkuk said that the current governor along other local officials had been summoned over charges of misappropriation of public funds.
The source told Shafaq News agency that the judiciary had summoned the governor of Kirkuk, ... a thick stew of Arabs, Turkmen, Kurds, and probably Antarcticans, all of them mutually hostile most of the time... Rakan al-Jubouri, the director of the government contracts department, Ahmad Matar Abd, the director of the general planning department, Saddam Hussein Habib, the director of the engineering department, Fatima Haider Muhammad, and the former director of the accounts department, Othman Muhammad Qarman.
The summoning comes against the background of irregularities in contravention regarding the new governorate building, waiting lounges, and electricity.

[ENGLISH.AAWSAT] The Iraqi judiciary sentenced five ISIS turbans to death for carrying out terrorist operations in al-Anbar and Saladin in recent years.
The Supreme Judicial Council media unit issued a statement indicating that al-Karkh Criminal Court sentenced terrorist Ammar Mahdi al-Jubouri to death by hanging in accordance with the Counter-Terrorism Law.
The statement said Jubouri was an ISIS leader in Fallujah and participated in the Albu Nimr massacre, which killed 17 civilians. He also confessed to participating in many terrorist operations.
In November 2014, ISIS carried out a massacre against the Albu Nimr tribe in the Heet district of Anbar, western Iraq, accusing them of collaborating with the authorities.
Jubouri had escaped Abu Ghraib prison in July 2013, after turbans stormed the facility and released about 500 prisoners, most of whom were prominent leaders in the al-Qaeda organization. They killed around 20 security guards.
The Judicial Council explained that Jubouri was assigned a leadership position after the terrorist organizations invaded a number of Iraqi regions in 2014 and that he fled after the liberation using a fake passport until he was arrested by Egyptian authorities and turned over to Iraq.
Meanwhile, ...back at the argument, Livia grabbed for Jane's hair to make her point. The Judiciary Council said the earth-shattering kaboom targeted the commander of Saladin regiments, which led to the death of a citizen and the injury of the commander, and 33 of his security guards.
Human Rights Watch (HRW) and other human rights ...which are usually entirely different from personal liberty... organizations have condemned the Iraqi government for issuing death penalties.
Last January, President Barham Salih approved 340 death sentences, sparking widespread political and human rights controversy.
International human rights organizations often question the Iraqi judicial system and the political motives behind most of the verdicts issued on terrorism charges.
United Nations ...boodling on the grand scale... High Commissioner for Human Rights, Michelle Bachelet said earlier this year that Iraq is witnessing repeated violations of the right to a fair trial and effective legal representation, with accusations of torture and ill-treatment.
