[Breitbart] Five Democrats flip-flopped Thursday to allow illegal immigrant gang members to obtain amnesty through the American Dream and Promise Act.
Rep. Pete Stauber (R-MN), a former Duluth, Minnesota, police officer, offered a motion to recommit on H.R. 6, the American Dream and Promise, a bill that would grant amnesty to millions of illegal immigrants. The motion to recommit, if passed, would mandate that the bill go back to the committees of origin, and they would have to add Stauber’s amendment before it could come up for a floor vote again.
Stauber’s amendment would ensure that gang members could not receive amnesty under H.R. 6. Specifically, it would ensure that federal authorities could use state or federal data on their criminal history to deny an illegal immigrant’s amnesty petition. H.R. 6 does not allow federal authorities to do this.
Stauber’s amendment would also allow the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to deport illegal immigrant gang members.
One hopes she also has a Parler account, among other free speech outlets.

Marjorie Taylor Greene has been temporarily restricted from using her Twitter account on Friday — as Democrats move to boot her from Congress.The GOP congresswoman’s 12-hour suspension came at 1 a.m. Friday for allegedly violating Twitter rules, her office confirmed hours later, amid a motion signed by 73 House Democrats to expel Greene from Congress.
A screenshot from Greene’s Twitter account says "we’ve temporarily limited some of your account features" and notes that she could still browse Twitter but was barred from tweeting, retweeting or liking posts.
Greene’s office blasted Twitter over the temporary suspension, saying the account was censored "without any information from Twitter on the alleged ’violation.'"

Twitter, obviously, does not embrace free speech and they have some kind of post hoc, spur of the moment, airy-fairy rules for anything that goes against their looney left-wing ideology--In other words, censorship.

[NewsMax] The Democratic-controlled House on Thursday beat back an effort to remove Rep. Eric Swalwell, D-Calif., from the House Intelligence Committee because of his close association with a woman accused by federal intelligence agencies of being a Chinese spy.
The measure put forth by Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., was defeated virtually along party lines 218-200.
McCarthy filed a two-page House resolution demanding Swalwell's removal from the committee — which is privy to some of the most secretive information in the U.S. — over his ties to alleged Chinese spy Fang Fang, also known as Christine Fang, who had helped raise money for Swalwell's campaigns and helped place an intern in his office.
Fang is alleged to have had multiple sexual relationships with elected officials, including at least two Midwestern mayors, according to Axios. She left the U.S. in 2015 amid the FBI investigation into her activities, and Swalwell immediately cut all ties with her after the FBI informed him about the probe.
Adam Schiff, D-Calif., the intelligence committee chairman, defended Swalwell in a letter to colleagues on Thursday.

[FOXBALTIMORE] Baltimore City State's Attorney Marilyn Mosby and Baltimore City Council President Nick Mosby are the targets of the investigation multiple sources confirmed for FOX45 News. This is a wide-ranging investigation and sources confirm multiple subpoenas have been served.
An attorney for Union Baptist Church in Baltimore confirmed the church was served with a subpoena and the Mosby’s were the target of the investigation. Robert Fulton Dashiell said the federal Sherlocks were interested in if any or how much the Mosby’s have donated to the church during a specified time period.
Dashiell confirmed the Mosbys are not members at the church, but said they did make a small contribution. Dashiell said: "I spend more monthly at Starbucks than the Mosby’s gave during the time period."
Dashiell declined to give the actual amount but did confirm it was much less than $200.
An Attorney for the Mosbys fired back shortly after the investigation, first reported by Justin Fenton at the Baltimore Sun, was revealed.
In what is quickly becoming a page in the politicians-under-fire playbook, he called the investigation a "witch hunt."
“On behalf of Nick and Marilyn Mosby, my clients are progressive change agents, making them unfair targets of unnecessary scrutiny by federal Sherlocks. Nevertheless, I can assure you and the people of Baltimore, they have done nothing illegal, inappropriate or unlawful. This is a political witch hunt in its purest form, and both of them will vigorously, and fully defend themselves. In the interim, I’ve advised them to refrain from making any further comments, on these matters. As they’ve done with every other baseless charge and investigation lodged against them, they have every intent to fully cooperate with the investigation, to fight for the truth to come out, while continuing to fight for the citizens of a city that they both love, and are blessed to serve.”
A trail of questions have followed the Mosbys throughout their time in Baltimore politics.
Gifts given to Marilyn Mosby were allegedly auctioned off for charity at her Winter Solstice Gala.
However, we can't all be heroes. Somebody has to sit on the curb and applaud when they go by... in a recent report from the office of the inspector general, there is no evidence that some of the gifts had actually been donated or auctioned.
At the time, SAO spokesperson Zy Richardson told FOX45 News in a statement: "Any insinuation suggesting the OIG found ’no evidence’ that gifts were donated by the State’s Attorney is outright false and purposely mischaracterizes the truth.

Andrew Sonny Cuomo of sexual harassment claimed he once boorishly joked that he would "mount" her if he were a dog, a new report said.Lindsey Boylan, a former aide to the governor, revealed Cuomo’s creepy remark in a lengthy interview with The New Yorker’s Ronan Farrow, telling him that Cuomo made the gross joke in 2018 after a meeting at the Governor’s mansion.
Boylan, 36, who is one of seven women to lodge accusations of sexual misconduct against the governor, said he made the comment after Cuomo’s dog — a German Shepherd mix named Captain — jumped up and down near her.
She said she tried to calm the dog, then backed off.
Then, Boylan said, Cuomo joked he would try to "mount" her as well if he were a dog.
"I remember being grossed out but also, like, what a dumb third-grade thing to say," Boylan told the magazine.
"I just shrugged it off," she said.
A spokesperson for the governor did not immediately return request for comment.

[NYPOST] The House of Representatives on Thursday voted to approve a path to citizenship for millions of illegal immigrants colonists, including farmworkers and "Dreamers" brought to the country illegally as minors.The American Dream and Promise Act passed 228-197 with nine Republicans joining all Democrats voting in favor. The bill would benefit young migrants colonists and refugees with Temporary Protected Status.
The Farm Workforce Modernization Act passed 247-174 with 30 Republicans joining most Democrats in favor and one Democrat voting in opposition.
Many Republicans argued that the bills were poorly timed due to the surge of illegal immigration at the US-Mexico border.

There is no Rule of Law anymore. There are instead two classes of people -- those who are above the law, and those who are below the law.
Illegal immigrants are above the law. BLM, Antifa, Democrats like Hillary and Cuomo, and their various protestors storming government buildings around the country: these people are above the law.
Those who oppose what used to be deemed criminal behavior are below the law. Proud Boys defending themselves from marauding gangs are deemed the attackers and get four years in prison for self-defense.

[THEFEDERALIST] MSNBC host Joy Reid claimed that Fox News reporter Kristin Fisher is “afraid of these brown people” because Fisher asked Press Secretary Jen Psaki whether the Biden administration plans to limit the number of abandoned foreign children accepted illegally into the United States at the border.
U.S. border officials are currently taking in approximately 565 such children per day, and border facilities are up to 700 percent beyond capacity with children used by drug cartels as a lucrative ticket to U.S. entry. The majority of girls drug cartels traffic over the border are raped on the journey, and untold numbers of these trafficked minors die.
“It’s back to kind of the same thing,” Reid opined. “There is a lack of compassion on the other side. It’s just a fear that more brown people will come …The other side isn’t providing a political solution or offering to get onboard immigration reform. They’re just saying ‘be afraid of these brown people.'”
Former Secretary of Housing and Urban Development Julián Castro, who was on the program with Reid, accepted Reid’s premises that Fisher and other Republicans who care about trafficked children are racist.
“Well, you’re right Joy,” Castro said, “this is part of their playbook. It’s something we’ve seen so many times before. It is fearmongering, and this time they’re doing it because they can’t argue with the Biden administration in terms of serving the needs of everyday Americans.”
