[DAILYCALLER] Emilio Carrasco-Hernandez was arrested in Montgomery County, Maryland, for allegedly raping a minor, making him at least the seventh illegal alien to be recently arrested for sex crimes.
Carrasco-Hernandez, a 37-year-old Honduran national, was arrested by local authorities for allegedly raping a 15-year-old girl, according to a police report first obtained by ABC 7 News. He was previously deported from the U.S. in April 2017, but was able to re-enter the country sometime afterward.
Montgomery County Police Special Victims Investigations began looking into sexual abuse allegations against Carrasco-Hernandez on Aug. 25, the date when the attack allegedly took place. The 15-year-old girl was in her grandmother’s bedroom when Carrasco-Hernandez allegedly pulled down her pants and underwear, and began to bite down on her breasts, according to the police report.
He then allegedly began to rape the maiden of tender years, holding her down so she could not move. The victim reported a "stinging" feeling afterward, and had "trouble using the bathroom." The victim at the time was under the care and custody of her mother and Carrasco-Hernandez, where they all were living together in a home in Silver Spring, Maryland, according to the police report.

Apply the 'attractive nuisance' principle to self declared sanctuary jurisdictions. Make them accountable to victims in establishing the environment.

I'm proud of my legislators (all Right wingers) who passed the POCSO Act, 2012 in India. Making the rape of a child (anyone under 16) a non-bailable, grave crime with only the death sentence at the end of it.
So far close to 40 sentences have been announced, and 14 men hanged. But it's a step in the right direction.
A society that turns a blind eye to it's young - leaves them to the mercy of it's 'humanitarian adoptee' charges, can only expect anti-establishment hatred and mental illness from them.
[KhaamaPress] The U.S. envoy for Afghan peace Ambassador Zalmay Khalilzad has said that he has concluded the 9th round of peace talks with Taliban ...the Pashtun equivalent of men... in Qatar ...an emirate on the east coast of the Arabian Peninsula. Ambassador Khalilzad said in a Twitter post "We’ve concluded this round of talks with the Taliban in #Doha. I’ll be traveling to #Kabul later today for consultations."
Furthermore, Ambassador Khalilzad said "We are at the threshold of an agreement that will reduce violence and open the door for Afghans to sit together to negotiate an honorable & sustainable peace and a unified, sovereign Afghanistan that does not threaten the United States, its allies, or any other country."
The 9th round of peace talks between the U.S. and Taliban representatives kicked off nearly 10 days ago in the Qatari capital of Doha.
Earlier, reports had emerged that the U.S. and Taliban representatives have reached to an agreement on final draft of a peace agreement.
Counter-terrorism assurances, intra-Afghan dialogue, ceasefire and troops withdrawal are among the key issues the two sides have held extensive talks so far.

[NYPOST] An Afghan man was in a "psychotic state" and on drugs during a stabbing in La Belle France that killed one person and injured eight others, but Sherlocks haven’t found any terrorist ties, a regional prosecutor said Sunday.
A psychiatric evaluation of the man in jug for Saturday’s attack revealed he was experiencing "paranoid delirium," prosecutor Nicolas Jacquet said.
The suspect reported he "heard voices" telling him to kill, according to Jacquet. A 19-year-old man died after being stabbed with a knife in the attack outside a subway station in the Lyon suburb of Villeurbanne.
Passers-by surrounded and apprehended the assailant before police arrived, according to the prosecutor. He thanked them.
"Their courageous, responsible intervention was decisive," Jacquet told news hounds.
A witness broadcaster BFMTV identified as Sofiane described trying to help people who were stabbed and rounding up others to go after the attacker.
The man from Afghanistan in jug has been living in a French center for asylum-seekers, and held a temporary French residency card, Jacquet said. The suspect was first recorded in La Belle France in 2009, and subsequently traveled to Britannia, Italia, Germany and Norway before returning to La Belle France in 2017.
[DAWN] Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah on Sunday approved a ban on pillion riding in Karachi from the night of the 8th of Muharram until Ashura in order to maintain law and order and avoid any untoward incident.
In a meeting with officials of government and law enforcement agencies, the chief minister said that while he is not in favour of pillion riding, the recent murder of a doctor by motorcyclists has "forced him to take the decision". In the rest of the province, the ban will be imposed on the 9th and 10th of the Islamic month.
Shah said that while there had been no major untoward incident in Sindh in the past three years, the killing of the doctor shows that the government "still has a lot to do".
"We have done our best in the restoration of law and order situation in the city (Karachi) but we still have to do a lot," he told the attendees.

He's not a RAW 'operative'. He's an idiot. Not that there aren't any idiots in the RAS.
Firstly, Kulbhushan is a hindu from Maharashtra, an unlikely deep cover asset. We don't use such a distinctly diverse ethnicity in the bloody 'Stain. It's like asking an Australian to infiltrate into Cameroon as a Sheik.
Secondly, these boys don't cross borders illegally. They generally travel executive-class into Pakistain and out. There are no 'wet-suit' incursions and late night LALO drops, just a fat, beady eyed, Paki traitor waiting to receive us at Jinnah International.
Lastly, if we want information from Pakistain, it's easier to buy it from the brass itself. Give 'em enough money and they'll sell their own citizens' organs.
Kulbhushan was ex-navy. He had a business with Iranian partners. Also, it's rather difficult for Indians with hindu names to do business there so he may have have faked some ID to get permits. He may have faced some difficulties with local mafias, approached some INT guy through his old navy contacts hoping to get RAW's protection. Whether he got it or not is immaterial. The Pakis may have misconstrued such a conversation for 'spying'. It's a stretch, the case.
[IsraelTimes] Surprise statement comes as Israel said to restore supply to coastal enclave, after week-long cut in response to spike in rocket attacks.

Strip said Sunday his government would cut its funding for fuel shipments to Gaza, needed to power the enclave’s lone power station, by half, Army Radio reported Sunday.
The statement comes within hours of Israel reportedly restoring shipments of fuel it cut last week over a spate of rocket fire and other violence from the enclave.
Qatar is signed on a contract, together with the UN, to supply three million liters of fuel weekly for electricity production in Gaza through the end of 2019. If the reports are correct, the envoy, Mohammed al-Emadi, appears to have unilaterally withdrawn from the agreement, telling Hamas, a contraction of the Arabic words for "frothing at the mouth", officials on Sunday that Doha would only pay for 1.5 million liters each week.
The decision could reduce electricity supply in the territory to just six hours a day, Army Radio calculated on Sunday morning.
The reports appear to have caught both Israel and Hamas by surprise. Israel’s COGAT, the Defense Ministry agency that manages contact with Paleostinian society and civilian agencies, said it was looking into the reports and had reached out to officials in the Qatari government for clarification.
On Saturday, the Paleostinian news site Sawa reported that on Sunday Israel would end its own cutback of fuel supplies to Gaza, which it imposed on August 26 after a three-week spike in rocket fire and attempted infiltrations into Israel by button men from the Strip.
The regular supply to Gaza’s power station was resumed Sunday morning.
Egyptian mediators told Hamas officials at a meeting in Cairo on Friday that Israel would resume the supply if the weekend passed without violence. That afternoon, some 6,000 Gazook protesters gathered at the border fence, with several throwing grenades and improvised bombs at IDF soldiers, and four were arrested by Israeli troops after attempting to jump the border fence carrying knives and a grenade, according to the IDF. One soldier was lightly hurt in the violence.

Dubbed the "Kian," the unmanned aerial vehicle was designed, produced and tested by experts of the air defense force within about a year, said the head of the force, Brigadier General Alireza Sabahifard. "KIiiiiaaann!"
The drone comes in two models capable of "surveillance and reconnaissance missions and continuous flight for precision missions," state news agency IRNA quoted him as saying.
"This drone can undertake any drone missions we entrust it with... it can fly more than 1,000 kilometers (620 miles) and find its target with precision," he said.
The newly launched UAV can carry different munitions and can climb to an altitude of 5,000 meters (15,000 feet), according to state television ... and if you can't believe state television who can you believe?
"This unmanned aircraft is capable of hitting targets far from the country’s borders and undertaking air defense from the enemy’s territory," said Sabahifard.
