Provincial governor’s front man Mohammad Reza Ghafoori confirmed that a group of Taliban faceless myrmidons on Saturday launched a coordinated attack on ISIS hideouts in Qosh Tapa district.
He said at least ten ISIS bully boyz were killed during the festivities and another holy warrior was locked away I ain't sayin' nuttin' widdout me mout'piece! alive by the Taliban murderous Moslems.
According to Ghafoori, the Talibs launched the attack to avenge the killing of their comrades by ISIS murderous Moslems.
Ghafoori also added that there are fears that the violence between the sides will further intensify as festivities continue since the last three days.

[Khaama (Afghanistan)] Several people were killed in a shootout in northern Balkh province of Afghanistan as the Taliban ...Arabic for students... claim that security personnel were killed in an operation of the Red Unit of the group.
However, the man who has no enemies isn't anybody and has never done anything... the local officials are saying that a member of the Afghan Local Police (ALP) forces and 16 public uprising forces were killed during the festivities in Sholgar district.
On the other hand, a security source in Mazar-e-Sharif city said preliminary reports indicate the attack was carried out by a Lion of Islam who had infiltrated among the uprising and local police forces.
The source further added that the victims were apparently poisoned before the turbans stormed their check post and killed at least 17 people.
The Taliban group front man Zabiullah Mujahid however claims that a group of the Special Forces of their Red Unit stormed the check post and killed at least 18 coppers.
This comes as seven turbans were killed and five others were maimed during the festivities that took place in the vicinity Salbaroon, Khwajah Roshnayi, and Samochak villages during the similar festivities in Chahar Bolak district last week.

[Khaama (Afghanistan)] The Talibs group in Afghanistan grabbed credit behind the coordinated attack on Intercontinental Hotel in Kabul after almost 15 hours of heavy shootout that resulted into the killing of all five murderous Moslems.
Taliban ...Arabic for students... front man Zabiullah Mujahid in a statement claimed that the attack was carried out by a group of at least five Death Eaters who stormed into the hotel and managed to resist the security forces for almost 14 hours.
He said the attack was carried out by the Taliban jacket wallahs identified as Bilal, Ayoubi, Khalil, Bashar, and Obaid who were originally residents of Kandhar, Faryab, and Ghor provinces.
Mujahid also claimed that several people were killed in the attack including the foreigners, accusing all the victims of the attack as invaders.
This comes as reports earlier this afternoon suggesting that the last assailant still continue to resist the security forces from his position inside the hotel.
The Ministry of Interior of Afghanistan had earlier confirmed that the gunnies siege of the hotel ended with the elimination of all four attackers.
A statement by the ministry said at least 160 people including 41 foreign nationals were rescued during the operation by the Afghan forces.
The statement further added that five people including a foreigner were killed and six others were maimed during the festivities.
According to the ministry of interior, at least four coppers were also among those maimed during the clearance operation.

[RADIOSHABELLE] Somalia’s president fired the mayor of the capital Mogadishu on Sunday, in an apparent bid to defuse moves toward greater autonomy for the city.
President Mohammed Abdullahi Mohammed named current Information Minister Abdirahman Omar Osman to the post of Mogadishu mayor and governor of the Banadir administration, the region that includes the city, according to a statement from his office.
Osman replaces Thabit Abdi Mohammed who has served just nine months in office.
Immediately after the mayor’s firing, government security forces were deployed across Mogadishu to forestall any potential protest against the move.
Earlier, Mohammed’s supporters in the city council had nominated him to head an autonomous Banadir administration, hoping to secure for the city and surrounding area equal status to Somalia’s six regional states, which have their own presidents and enjoy a greater degree of autonomy.
The central government is opposed to any such efforts.
The row started earlier this month when the mayor called for a conference to discuss the future status of Banadir region, against the will of the president, who is better known by his nickname Farmajo.

[AlAhram] Egyptian police forces killed Sunday a "dangerous arms smuggler" during a shootout at a checkpoint in Upper Egypt's Qena governorate, an interior ministry statement said.
Upon security intel, police forces deployed at several checkpoints to arrest Sharaf F, 58, notorious for arms and ammunition smuggling operations through the country's Eastern Desert routes.
"While approaching a security checkpoint deployed at Qeft-Quasair in the vicinity of Qena governorate, the criminal element opened fire from his semi-truck, prompting security forces to fire back, leading to the truck hitting the checkpoint barriers and the death of the smuggler," the statement said.
"The criminal element was wanted for arrest in two cases for possession of illegal arms and ammunition."
Searching the smuggler's truck, police forces found 32 automatic rifles and 33 hidden sacks of ammunition.
The Libyan National Army (LNA) has carried out airstrikes on Sudanese and Chadian rebels in the south east of Libya, near to Rabiana.
Spokesman Ahmed Mismari said it was part of the new Operation Desert Fury that seeks to curb the influence of militias and criminals operating in the region. Reports say a convoy of 15 vehicles was hit with the LNA saying it caused “heavy losses”. One Benghazi source said Egyptian planes were involved too.
While the target yesterday was fighters that form part of the Sudanese and Chadian opposition, the LNA said they were seeking to end widespread robbery and human trafficking too.

[Asharq Al-Awsat] Tribal gunmen clashed with Houthi militants on Friday in Anas district south of Dhamar province.
The militants tried to break into al-Hussein village to abduct one of Al-Omran tribe’s sheikhs, who has family ties with the late Yemeni president.
Tribal sources said that "tribesmen clashed with the Houthi militants for several hours and forced them to withdraw after both sides suffered deaths and injuries.”
They stressed that they will not allow their tribal leaders to be handed over to the militias.
In Sana’a, the security apparatus of the Houthi militias arrested Yahya al-Hindwana in al-Hasba district north of the capital because he rejected the group's orders to mobilize the neighborhood's people to join the group's recruitment camps.
As for the repressive actions carried out by the coup group against its opponents, its elements have kidnapped a staff member of the United Nations International Organization for Migration (IOM) and took him to an unknown location.
Yemeni journalist Abdurrahman Bajash, a veteran journalist and former chief editor of Al-Thawra Newspaper, said in a post on Facebook that armed masked gunmen intercepted his son, Hisham, after leaving his workplace at the IOM and took him to an unknown location.
Bajash did not accuse any specific party but confirmed that he "does not know where his son is until now."
While activists and media figures blamed the Houthi militias in the context of the group's oppressing actions against its opponents.

[Hurriyet Daily News] Three rockets fired from across the border landed in Reyhanli district in southern Hatay province.
"37 people were maimed by rockets launched from Syria. 31 out of them are discharged after outpatient treatment, while four are critically maimed," Hatay Governor Erdal Ata told news hounds after visiting the maimed people.

[ABC] LAKE WALES, Fla. -- Two improvised explosive devices (IEDs) go off at Eagle Ridge Mall. Lake Wales fire crews responded to an alarm call at 451 Eagle Ridge Drive around 5:30 p.m. Sunday.
When fire crews arrived at the location, they saw smoke coming from a corridor located next to the mall entrance of JCPenney. The fire department located two pipe bomb type devices that ignited in the corridor of the building.
No one was injured in the explosions, but the celling and corridor wall did sustain damage. The mall was evacuated.
Police are looking for a person of interest that is describe as a middle aged white male, heavy build, wearing a grey shirt and grey hat. Anyone with information on this incident is urged to contact Lake Wales Police Detective Whitney Dukes at (863)678-4223 or Heartland Crime Stoppers at (800) 226-8477.
Update at 7:30 p.m. ET:
Initial reports claimed two improvised explosive devices (IEDs) went off at Eagle Ridge Mall on Sunday night, however, Lake Wales Police Department now says the devices were not IEDs or pipe bombs but rather flares disguised with electrical tape. Police have determined there were only two devices ignited in the service corridor where the incident occurred. Police believe the damage to the ceiling of the corridor was caused by the suspect, not an explosion.
Police have not determined the motive of the suspect(s) involved in the incident. They have released information on two persons of interest. The first person of interest is described as a white male, middle aged, heavy/stocky build, wearing a grey shirt and grey hat. The second person of interest is described as a male, believed to be white, 20 to 40 years of age, wearing a dark colored hat with a jacket and light colored shirt.

"The Central Criminal Court looked into the case of a terror suspect who holds German citizenship and sentenced her to death based on article four of Iraq’s anti-terrorism laws," read a statement by Abdul Sattar al- Bayraktar, front man for Iraq’s Supreme Judicial Council on their official website.
The German citizen, who is of Moroccan origin, "confessed during the investigations that she travelled from Germany to Syria and then to Iraq because she had faith in the Islamic State ...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allah around with every other sentence, but to hear the pols talk they're not really Moslems.... ," he stated, adding that she also brought two of her daughters with her and wedded them to other ISIS members.
"The suspect provided logistical support and help to the terror group in their crimes and was convicted in being complicit in attacking Iraqi security and military forces," Bayraktar said.
The front man refused to release the woman’s name.
Although she is the first woman to be convicted of ISIS-related crimes and sentenced to death, she is actually the second foreign national to be sentenced to death in Iraq for affiliation with ISIS.
Iraq’s Supreme Judicial Council announced in September of last year that a criminal court in Baghdad sentenced a Russian man to death for being a member of ISIS.
The ISIS member from Russia confessed "to carrying out several terrorist operations against the security services since 2015," Bayraktar said in a statement on September 12.
In accordance to Article four of Iraq’s anti-terrorism law, he was sentenced to death by hanging, Bayraktar added.
The US intelligence community estimates that some 40,000 imported muscle have joined ISIS in Iraq and Syria since the holy warrior organization first declared its caliphate in 2014 in djinn-infested Mosul ... the home of a particularly ferocious and hairy djinn... .

Kirkuk (Iraqinews.com) – Three Islamic State terrorists were arrested Sunday in a security campaign in Kirkuk, a police spokesman was quoted as saying.
Speaking to Mawazin News, Spokesman for the Iraqi Interior Ministry Brigadier General Saad Maan said, “Federal police arrested three terrorists of the so-called Martyrs Battalion of Islamic State in Kirkuk.”
“One of them guided the police to the hiding place of two explosive belts,” Maan added.
“The military operation was launched upon intelligence reports,” he pointed out.
Kirkuk officials previously urged reinforcing the military presence in the south and west of the province, as the region still has Islamic State members who escaped during the liberation of Hawija to remote areas.

A Paleostinian family said it had killed one of its members Friday after Gazoo’s Hamas, a contraction of the Arabic words for "frothing at the mouth", rulers said he aided Israel in killing three of the terrorist group’s commanders.
The family said in a statement that a relative shot Ahmed Barhoum dead, but did not say which family member pulled the trigger. It said they followed developments in the Hamas investigation and believed their son was guilty.

Military spokesperson Rene Medina said the two Indonesians were boat captains of fishing vessels and they were kidnapped in November 2016.

Ottoman Turkish troops and tanks entered Syria on Sunday in the second day of an offensive against Kurdish militia, as rockets hit border towns in apparent retaliation.
[ENGLISH.ALARABIYA.NET] Following the Syrian regime condemning Ottoman Turkish military operations and "Operation Olive Branch" in Afrin on Saturday, the Assad regime opened up roads for the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) and the Democratic Union Party (PYD) in order to transport weapons and reinforcements, the Anadolu Agency reported.
According to the news agency, the Syrian regime opened the PYD-PKK-held Sheikh Maqsoud neighborhood, and allowed the two groups to use Nubl and al-Zahra roads connecting the center of Aleppo to Afrin.
An unknown number of PYD/PKK vehicles loaded with ammunition have been moving towards Afrin, the Anadolu Agency added.
US involvement in Afrin The commander of the US Central Command, General Joseph Votel, said that The Sick Man of Europe Turkey ...the only place on the face of the earth that misses the Ottoman Empire.... informed the US about its military operation in Afrin, pointing out that Afrin does not fall within the scope of the US military.
However, corruption finds a dozen alibis for its evil deeds... Votel added that a possible operation in Manbij was not disclosed to them.
"We are not paying particular attention to that area with our military resources," General Joseph L. Votel told news hounds during his flight in the Middle East, according to the Anadolu Agency.
Votel’s statement came following Turkey’s "Operation Olive Branch" in Afrin, aiming to establish security along its borders and eliminate the PYD and PKK groups.
He added that the fight against ISIS still continues in Syria, and that Turkey's operation on Afrin would distract the efforts in this manner, the Anadolu Agency reported.
On Sunday, La Belle France urged Turkey to stop its attacks on the Kurdish YPG in Syria, and called for a Security Council meeting to discuss Ottoman Turkish incursions in Syria.
