[PJMEDIA] On Thursday, CNN's John Blake published a story blaming "ordinary people" for making Charlottesville possible, and quoting a history professor who called such people "white supremacists by default."
"We are a country with a few million passionate white supremacists -- and tens of millions of white supremacists by default," Mark Naison, a political activist and history professor at Fordham University in New York City, told CNN. "You have to have millions of people who are willing to be bystanders, who push aside evidence of racism, Islamophobia ...the irrational fear that Moslems will act the way they usually do... , or sexism. You can't have one without the other."
Blake, the CNN news hound, paraphrased activists like Naison saying "the tragedy that took place in Charlottesville this month could not have occurred without the tacit acceptance of millions of ordinary, law-abiding Americans who helped create such a radically explosive climate."
He argued that "it's the ordinary people -- the voters who elected a reality TV star with a record of making racially insensitive comments, the people who move out of the neighborhood when people of color move in, the family members who ignore a relative's anti-Semitism -- who give these type of men room to operate, they say."
Throughout the article, Blake remained careful to acknowledge that these were the words of activists like Naison, rather than himself.
But at the end, he slipped up. "If you want to know why those white racists now feel so emboldened, it may help to look at all the ordinary people around you, your neighbors, your family members, your leaders. But first, start by looking at yourself."

Neo-Marxism is a religion
and being white is the original sin, blacks cannot be racists are whites are born racist.
Of course, this is a terribly racist idea, but they actually believe it and the MSM fake-news provider won't call them out for it.
But when you hear racism from an establishment puppet they mean white original sin.

So called "white supremacy" conveniently confused with somebody being in charge. The amazing success story of modern-day Africa quickly comes to mind.

This crap is what will bring back open actual hate, for good reason. You sit there and tell a normal average person constantly that he's racist, evil and the cause of all evil in the world and eventually.....like the quote at Ace of Spaces HQ:
"Every normal man must be tempted at times to spit upon his hands, hoist the black flag, and begin slitting throats." H.L. Mencken
Protesters are planning a march starting from Charlottesville, Virginia to Washington, D.C. to fight white supremacy and demand that President Trump be removed from office.
"The March to Confront White Supremacy" will spend ten days starting on Monday, August 28 travelling to the nation's capitol and then occupy it with non-violent demonstrations.
"For years, white supremacist violence, rhetoric, and policies have escalated and intensified – exploding during Donald Trump's run for president and reaching a boiling point in Charlottesville," the website for the event reads.
White nationalist rallies in Charlottesville, Virginia turned violent earlier this month, leaving one dead and the nation reeling. Although President Trump repeatedly condemned the white supremaci
st and Nazi ideologies of the rioters, some on the left are still convinced he is racist.

Any bets on the chances of this peaceful march encountering white supremacist/neo-nazi violence?
[Zerohedge] By Rachel Blevins of The Free Thought Project
A bill that will allow homes to be searched without a warrant was passed with overwhelming support by the United States Congress, and signed into law by President Trump‐and it happened with no media coverage and very little fanfare.
On the surface, House Joint Resolution 76 looks harmless. The title of the bill claims that its purpose is "Granting the consent and approval of Congress for the Commonwealth of Virginia, the State of Maryland, and the District of Columbia to enter into a compact relating to the establishment of the Washington Metrorail Safety Commission."
"Whereas the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority, an interstate compact agency of the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Virginia, and the State of Maryland, provides transportation services to millions of people each year, the safety of whom is paramount; Whereas an effective and safe Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority system is essential to the commerce and prosperity of the National Capital region; Whereas the Tri-State Oversight Committee, created by a memorandum of understanding amongst these 3 jurisdictions, has provided safety oversight of the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority."
The proposal for a safety commission to act as a wing of the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority may sound logical, when its power includes thing such as the ability to "Adopt, revise, and distribute a written State Safety Oversight Program" and to "Review, approve, oversee, and enforce the adoption and implementation of WMATA's Public Transportation Agency Safety Plan."
However, there is one major red flag buried within the text of the bill that stems from the list of "powers" given to the Washington Metrorail Safety Commission, and it violates one of the basic tenets of the U.S. Constitution.
"In performing its duties, the Commission, through its Board or designated employees or agents, may:Enter upon the WMATA Rail System and, upon reasonable notice and a finding by the chief executive officer that a need exists, upon any lands, waters, and premises adjacent to the WMATA Rail System, including, without limitation, property owned or occupied by the federal government, for the purpose of making inspections, investigations, examinations, and testing as the Commission may deem necessary to carry out the purposes of this MSC Compact, and such entry shall not be deemed a trespass"
The text gives the Commission the authority to enter property near the Metro Rail System "without limitation" and without a warrant, for the purpose of "making inspections, investigations, examinations, and testing."
This clearly goes against the Fourth Amendment, which states that Americans' rights "to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause."
When the bill was brought to a vote in the House of Representatives, there were only five Congressmen who voted against it: Representatives Justin Amash, a Republican from Michigan; Walter Jones, a Republican from North Carolina; Thomas Massie, a Republican from Kentucky; Alex Mooney, a Republican from West Virginia; and Mark Sanford, a Republican from South Carolina.
Amash called out the hypocrisy surrounding the fact that even though this legislation is in clear violation of the Constitution, it was passed by Congress with overwhelming support. "Only 5 of us voted against bill allowing govt to enter/search private property in parts of VA, MD & DC w/o warrant," He wrote on Twitter.

This is not the first time Congress has quietly passed a bill that will take away some of the most basic rights from law-abiding citizens in the U.S., and it won't be the last. One of the most important things to remember about this legislation is that it was ignored by the media, and while it may only affect the Washington D.C. metro area now, it could be laying the blueprint for future legislation across the country.

For 233 years the U.S. follows the Constitution. Then the people elect Barack Obama for 8 years. That's all the time that was needed for Obama to separate the federal government from the U.S. Constitution.
#2
It wasn't just Obama who abused the Constitution. Under Bush, the Patriot Act was passed which went against the Bill of Rights. All these assaults on our Constitution need to be declared unconstitutional. Trading safety for liberty is never a good deal.

If it's clearly unconstitutional somebody needs to go shopping for a judge who will overturn it.

The problem being that judge shopping and the filing of lawsuits costs money. So Congress should be liable for compensatory and punitive damages whenever these harebrained schemes of theirs and found to be unconstitutional.

I read the subsection in question (Article IV A 31 b) as passing the inspection responsibility from the feds to the state/commonwealth/DC involved, but allowing the company railroad inspectors as free access to adjacent federal properties as they already have to adjacent state, local government, and private properties subject to the laws and constitutions that hold within their state/commonwealth/DC boundaries. A few lines above, in Section IV A 30, it does point out that
30. In carrying out its purposes, the Commission, through its Board or des- ignated employees or agents, shall, consistent with federal law:
which includes the Constitution of the United States, going on to say
(d) Implement and enforce relevant federal and State laws and regulations relat- ing to safety of the WMATA Rail System;
The text of the signed bill is here, if anyone wants to read it.
[Breitbart] Peter Wehner the "Never Trumper" and former George W. Bush adviser, is so distraught that President Donald Trump’s supporters are sticking by Trump that he is calling for Republican officials to form a "shadow government" to undermine Trump and his agenda.
Writing in the New York Times, of course, Wehner declares "what’s required now is a comprehensive, consistent case by Republican leaders at the state and national levels that signals their opposition to the moral ugliness and intellectual incoherence of Mr. Trump."
"Rather than standing by the president, they should consider themselves liberated and offer a constructive, humane and appealing alternative to him," Wehner writes in his "Sunday Review" column. "They need to think in terms of a shadow government during the Trump era, with the elevation of alternative leaders on a range of matters."
He says "this approach involves risk and may not work" and predicts it will provoke "an angry response" from the "Breitbart-alt-right-talk-radio part of the party."
"So be it," Wehner continues, adding that "Republicans who don’t share Mr. Trump’s approach have to hope that his imploding presidency has created an opening to offer a profoundly different vision of America, one that is based on opportunity, openness, mobility and inclusion."
He calls for a "new intellectual infrastructure to address what may prove to be one of the largest economic disruptions in history" and implores "people in positions of influence" to "appeal to moral idealism."

'a "new intellectual infrastructure to address what may prove to be one of the largest economic disruptions in history"'
Yup, Globalists' fleecing of USA wealth is being wound down and the fleecers are distraught. At least Wehner names the real "issue:" money for the fleecers. They want it, know DJT is moving to deny them it.
[PJMEDIA] A free speech protest planned for today by the group Patriot Prayer was cancelled by the organizer, Joey Gibson.
An anti-Communist protest planned for tomorrow in Berkeley has also been scrubbed.
The reason for the cancellation of both rallies is the threat of radical leftist violence. And in both cases, the police could not be trusted to ensure the safety of rally participants.
Described as a "far right protest" in the Los Angeles Times, the free speech demonstration came under withering attack from politicians like Nancy San Fran Nan Pelosi Congresswoman-for-Life from the San Francisco Bay Area, born into a family of professional politicians. Formerly Speaker of the House, but it's not her fault they lost. Really. Noted for her heavily botoxed grimace... , who referred to the peaceful Patriot Prayer group as "white supremacists." Antifa ...purveyors of mindless lefty revolution... also made it clear that they were ready to engage in violence.

War on Terror is specific to the jihadis and their little friends, CrazyFool. Antifa, though decidedly vicious, is the hard boy wing of the Democratic Party -- politics by very direct action, not Muslim world conquest.
All the violence of North Korea ends up on P.3: Non-WoT for the same reason.

These things seem more and more like they are orchestrated and staged. Look for Soros and one of his many organizations in there somewhere.
