[Tolo News] A CNN cameraman has captured video footage of Daesh members parading at a military training camp south of Kabul -- the first such activity to be shot in Afghanistan.
The footage shows a number of gunnies in military clothes with masked faces.
The gunnies told CNN that they have taken up arms in favor of Daesh. "Our friends in Helmand ...an Afghan province populated mostly by Pashtuns, adjacent to Injun country in Pak Balochistan... province told us to align ourselves with Daesh," said one Lion of Islam on camera.
Meanwhile, ...back at the revival hall, Buford bit the snake and Eloise began speaking in tongues... the Islamic Movement of Uzbekistan (IMU) Lion of Islam group, in northern Afghanistan, also recently declared their allegiance to Daesh and released a video of the beheading of an Afghan National Army (ANA) soldier. This was allegedly in retaliation of the detention of a number of female IMU supporters by the Afghan cops in northern Faryab.
Before being killed, the soldier introduced himself and confirmed he was a resident of the Andarab district in northern Baghlan province.
The IMU in northern Afghanistan warned in the videotape they will behead the other 31 soldiers they have captive.
At the time a number of parliament representatives expressed concern ...meaning the brow was mildly wrinkled, the eyebrows drawn slightly together, and a thoughtful expression assumed, not that anything was actually done or indeed that any thought was actually expended... s over Daesh activities in Afghanistan.
The Death Eaters said in the videotape they receive commands via satellite from Iraq and Syria.
The Afghan Ministry of Interior (MoI) meanwhile sees the alleged presence of Daesh in Afghanistan as mere propaganda.
"The Daesh presence is not so strong and we believe that Daesh will not be able to reach their objectives easily in the country," said Siddiq Siddiqi, front man for the MoI.
One of U.S military officials in Afghanistan said that Daesh's local recruitment capacity was limited and that its numbers in Afghanistan were very few.
However, there's no worse danger than telling a mother her baby is ugly... President Ashraf Ghani ...former chancellor of Kabul University, now president of Afghanistan. Before returning to Afghanistan in 2002 he was a scholar of political science and anthropology. He worked at the World Bank working on international development assistance. As Finance Minister of Afghanistan between July 2002 and December 2004, he led Afghanistan's attempted economic recovery until the Karzais stole all the money. .. said recently, while in the US, that the Daesh threat in Afghanistan was very real.
The National Directorate of Security ...the Afghan national intel agency... (NDS), meanwhile confirmed the beheaded soldier had been in the Afghan National Army (ANA).
However, there's no worse danger than telling a mother her baby is ugly... the NDS strongly rejected rumors as baseless that the decapitated man had been one of 31 bus passengers kidnapped on February 24 from southern Zabul province.

[AnNahar] Four Tunisian soldiers were killed and six maimed Tuesday in an ambush in the Kasserine region where the military is battling jihadists, state television ... and if you can't believe state television who can you believe?
reported.
"Four soldiers have died as deaders and six were maimed in an ambush against a military patrol," the Wataniya 1 channel reported, quoting the defense ministry.
The channel had earlier given a toll of two dead and three maimed.
It gave no further details and officials at the defense ministry could not be immediately reached.
A military source told AFP that the attack took place not far from the city of Sbeitla. Several Tunisian media reported that the soldiers came under fire with a rocket-propelled grenade.
Kasserine lies near the border with Algeria at the foot of Mount Chaambi, where soldiers and police have since 2012 been hunting down jihadists blamed for deadly attacks that have killed some 60 police and soldiers.
Authorities have blamed the main gang active in the area, the al-Qaeda-linked Okba Ibn Nafaa Brigade, for a series of attacks including last month's massacre at the national museum in Tunis that left 21 foreign tourists and a policeman dead.
Tunisian security forces said last month they had killed the alleged criminal mastermind of the attack -- Lokmane Abou Sakhr -- along with at least eight other members of the group.

[RUDAW.NET] A South African teenager was taken off an airline flight because the 15-year-old girl was suspected to be leaving her home in Cape Town to join the Islamic State ...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. The girl was found at the Cape Town International Airport on Sunday, said State Security front man Brian Dube. It is believed that she was planning to travel to Soddy Arabia ...a kingdom taking up the bulk of the Arabian peninsula. Its primary economic activity involves exporting oil and soaking Islamic rubes on the annual hajj pilgrimage. The country supports a large number of princes in whatcha might call princely splendor. When the oil runs out the rest of the world is going to kick sand in the Soddy national face... "There was information we were able to get that showed she might have been in contact with recruiters," said Dube. Security officials found documents in her home that showed she had been planning to join the military group.
The girl was questioned and then returned to her family's care, he said. The girl's family was also debriefed before she was sent home.
The State Security department is investigating how the teenager had paid for the flight and how she may have been recruited. Her parents discovered she was missing on Sunday morning and alerted the authorities, according to local media reports.
The girl was reported missing by her grandparents Sunday morning when she disappeared from her Cape Town home.
She was found on a British Airways flight bound for Johannesburg later that day.
The girl was reportedly heading for The Sick Man of Europe Turkey ...the only place on the face of the earth that misses the Ottoman Empire.... , where she was allegedly planning to cross the border into Syria.

[ALMANAR.LB] Saudi warplanes continued striking the various Yemeni cities, inflicting heavy losses upon the civilians.
The Yemeni air defense systems also kept repelling the hostile air raids, according to Al-Manar news hound.
At least three Yemeni students were martyred on Tuesday when Saudi-led warplanes pounded a school in the southwestern Ibb province.
CNN quoted Yemeni officials as saying that three students had been killed at the Al Sibtain School in Maitam, in southwestern Yemen, as a result of an Arclight airstrike.Saudi strike on Yemen
It added that the strike was targeting Al Hamza military base, noting that the school is about 500 meters from the base, and that the schoolchildren were heading to their lunch break when the attacks took place, the officials said.
Meanwhile, ...back at the palazzo, Count Guido had been cornered by the banditti... Press TV cited media reports as it put the corpse count of the latest strike in Ibb at six students.
Dozens of civilians have been killed in the air raids carried out by the Saudi-led coalition.

Reads like one of those fluffy bunny reports from our air assault on Iraq.
Some of this, I bet is almost verbatim from those old news articles.
[ALMANAR.LB] Yemen's Ansarullah movement announced that two tanks and one armored vehicle were regained after expelling Qaeda's Lions of Islam and Hadi's forces of Evil from the city of Maala in Aden.
Ansarullah added that 15 Qaeda Lions of Islam were tossed in the slammer Drop the heater, Studs, or you're hist'try! and scores were killed after the group's turbans were expelled from Lodr-Zanjabar-Aden highway.

[Ynet] A boom-mobile blew up at a rebel base north of the Syrian city of Aleppo on Tuesday, killing at least seven people, two activist groups said.
Premature explodulation or someone just doesn't like them?
The attack targeted a compound of Islamist armed opposition fighters in the town of Marea, some 30 kilometers (18 miles) north of Aleppo. The town, long a stronghold for Syrian rebels, has been near the front lines since the Islamic State ...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. The Britannia-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights put the corpse count in the bombing at seven people, including two rebel leaders. It said dozens were also maimed.
The Aleppo Media Center activist group said at least 12 people were killed and more than 15 maimed.

They're very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allah around with every other sentence, but to hear the pols talk they're not really Moslems.... group boom-mobileings overnight of rebels in Syria's Aleppo province has risen to at least 32 people, a monitor said on Wednesday.
Three local commanders were killed in one of the attacks, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said, describing the incidents as an apparent IS attempt to expand in the northern province.
One bomb hit a base in the village of Hawar Kilis, near the Turkish border, killing at least 23 rebels, the Britannia-based Observatory said.
The second targeted a joint rebel office in the town of Marea and killed nine, including the three commanders.
The Observatory said the commanders were from the conservative Jabhat Shamiya and Jaish al-Mujahideen groups and al-Nusra ...the current nom de guerre of al-Qaeda in the Levant, which isn't to be confused with al-Qaeda in Iraq and the Levant... Front, al-Qaeda's local affiliate, which confirmed the death of its commander on its official Twitter accounts.
"Abu Maria, al-Nusra ...formally Jabhat an-Nusrah li-Ahli sh-Sham (Support Front for the People of the Levant), also known as al-Qaeda in the Levant. They aim to establish a pan-Arab caliphate. Not the same one as the Islamic State, though .. ... Front's emir (leader) in Marea, northern Aleppo, was martyred after being targeted by the (Islamic) State group," al-Nusra said.
The Observatory said festivities erupted between rebels from local groups and IS fighters in and around Marea after the attack there, though they had subsided by Wednesday morning.
Observatory director Rami Abdel Rahman said the attacks appeared to be a bid by IS to "expand their reach" in Aleppo province, where the group already has considerable power.
Marea and Hawar Kilis are both under the control of groups opposed to IS.
Despite sharing a similar ideology, al-Nusra and IS are at odds in fronts across most of Syria, and while rebel groups have battled IS, they cooperate with al-Nusra in many places.
Marea and Hawar Kilis lie north of the bustling provincial capital, Aleppo city, the country's onetime economic powerhouse, which has been devastated by the civil war.

[AnNahar] Eight Iranian border guards have been killed in a clash with Sunni rebels who had infiltrated from neighboring Pakistain, Iran's official IRNA news agency reported on Tuesday.
"Armed turbans entered Iran from Pakistain and clashed with border guards, killing eight soldiers before fleeing back to Pakistain," Ali Asghar Mirshekari, deputy governor of Sistan-Balochistan ...the Pak province bordering Kandahar and Uruzgun provinces in Afghanistan and Sistan Baluchistan in Iran. Its native Baloch propulation is being displaced by Pashtuns and Punjabis and they aren't happy about it... province, told the news agency.
The southeastern province has a large Sunni Moslem community and has seen repeated attacks by Death Eaters on the security forces of mainly Shiite Iran.
Sunni bully boy group Jaish-ul Adl (Army of Justice) said its fighters carried out the incursion in Negur district on Monday night, Iranian media reported.
The clash was the deadliest since October 2013 when 14 border guards were killed in an attack also claimed by Jaish-ul Adl.
Mirshekari urged Pak officials to "arrest the turbans and hand them over to Iran to prevent Pakistain from becoming a parade ground for terrorists."
There have been repeated deadly festivities in the border area. Three Iranian soldiers were killed in an ambush in December and three more in an attack in the town of Saravan in October.
Earlier on Monday, ground forces of the elite Revolutionary Guards killed three suspected Death Eaters and maimed two in an operation in two towns north of Negur, their commander said.
Iran has spent millions of dollars building a wall along its 1,800-kilometer (1,050-mile) border with Afghanistan and Pakistain in a bid to prevent infiltration.
"On Monday morning, a terrorist group affiliated with foreign intelligence services was disbanded by the Guards ground forces in Qasr Qand and Nikshahr towns," General Mohammad Pakpour said in a statement, adding that multiple arrests were made.
The security forces have also come under attack near Iran's western border with Iraq, another region with a significant Sunni community.
Eight security personnel have been killed in the region since the Persian new year on March 21, the Fars news agency quoted deputy police chief for social affairs Brigadier General Saeid Montazer-al-Mahdi as saying on Tuesday.
"Five border guards in Sumar, Kermanshah province and also three coppers in Hamidieh, Khuzestan province have been killed," Montazer-al-Mahdi said.
Police made several arrests on Monday in connection with the Hamidieh attack, he added.
In Sistan-Balochistan, security forces also clash frequently with narcos. The province lies on a major transit route for opium and heroin being smuggled from Afghanistan and Pakistain to Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Ah. So it might be Sunni terrorists, or it might merely be drug smugglers. No doubt the truth of this will never be revealed to newsies,
Iran has spent millions of dollars building a wall along its 1,800-kilometer (1,050-mile) border with Afghanistan and Pakistain in a bid to prevent infiltration. Work on the barrier began in the 1990s and is expected to be completed before the end of the year, officials have said.
Golly. All the cool kids are building walls aganst troublemakers these days.

The Lebanese soldiers clashed with the bandidosDeath Eaters after they carried a swift operation in Mkheirmeh Mountain in Ras Baalbek barrens, the correspondent added.
The Lebanese killed three bandidosDeath Eaters and maimed four others, security sources confirmed to al-Manar.
Meanwhile, ...back at the revival hall, the pastor had finally been wrestled from the pulpit. Y'got the wrong guy! he yelled just before Sergeant Malone's billy club landed... the Lebanese Army released a statement in which it confirmed the festivities in the Mkheirmeh Mountain.
"In response to information suggesting that terrorist groups have been undergoing logistic and hostile preparations along the 1564-meter-high Mkheirmeh Mountain, an Army force carried out a swift raid against" the terrorists, a communiqué by the army said according to the National News Agency.
"This move comes within the frame of pre-emptive military operations being implemented by army units to terminate terrorist groups and to prevent them from infiltrating army posts and assaulting citizens," the statement added.
The NNA also said that the festivities left 3 killed and four injured "within the enemy ranks."

They fling Allah around with every other sentence, but to hear the pols talk they're not really Moslems.... group (IS/ISIS), the Kurdish forces of the People's Protection Units (YPG) announced Monday their control of the village of Annabiya Sudan near the town of Tel Temir in Hasakah province, northeastern Syria.
The YPG's Media Center issued a statement, saying: "Our units (YPG) carried out Sunday evening a strategic operation against the terrorist groups near the village of al-Manajir in the vicinity of the town of Tel Temir, targeting IS locations in the village of Annabiya Sudan (7 km south-west of al-Manajir)."
"The operation resulted in the liberation of the village (Annabiya Sudan) and heavy losses in the terrorists' ranks," the statement added.
"The number of dead and maimed among the IS terrorist group is unknown because the YPG forces have not been able to collect all the group's dead and injured," the YPG's leadership said.
A YPG fighter told ARA News that the IS group launched Monday an attack on the village of Mashko in the city of Sere Kaniye (Ras al-Ain) but it was repelled by the YPG fighters.
"Then fierce festivities broke out and lasted for hours, resulting in the death of three IS murderous Moslems as well as the seizure of an armored vehicle, two weapons (Kalashnikov), and an RPG with some ammunition," he said.
During the recent festivities in Hasakah province, at least five YPG fighters bit the dust, according to the Kurdish forces' leadership.

[RUDAW.NET] Dozens of Kurdish Yazidis have beat feet from ISIS faceless myrmidons in the Lion of Islam-held Tal Afar in northern djinn-infested Mosul ... the home of a particularly ferocious and hairy djinn... province, a Peshmerga official said.
At least 30 Kurdish Yazidis, including seven women and 20 children, were helped to flee by an Arab family to escape from Tal Afar district on Monday night, Ramazan Nasri, deputy commander of Peshmerga forces, told Rudaw on Tuesday.
The refugees are in good health and have been sheltered by Peshmerga forces, Nasri added.
The Yezidis are reportedly former residents of Kocho village near Mount Shingal who have been held captive by the Islamic State ...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allah around with every other sentence, but to hear the pols talk they're not really Moslems.... since last year.
When ISIS attacked Kurdish Yezidi villages in northern Iraq last July many residents took refuge in the Kurdistan region and neighboring The Sick Man of Europe Turkey ...the only place on the face of the earth that misses the Ottoman Empire.... Those left behind have described horrific scenes of Yezidi Kurds mercilessly lined up and murdered, then buried in the mass graves. The extent of the suffering is still unknown.
