[PRESSTV] American broadcaster CNN has taken legal action against US President Donald Trump, and several of his aides, for barring the network’s senior correspondent from the White House.
The White House revoked CNN chief White House correspondent Jim Acosta's press pass, known as a Secret Service "hard pass," after an exchange of words between Trump and Acosta and the president's harsh remarks during a press conference last week.

Violence by the left is to be acceptable part of politics. Fighting back is not to be tolerated by the cartel.

I want to know the name of any judge that doesn't immediately throw this out simply based upon the Constitutional separation of powers. It would be no less than the Executive sticking its fingers into any federal judge's action to have the bailiff remove someone from his court.

FoxNews just announced an Amicus Brief of FoxNews supporting the CNN lawsuit against the White House. FoxNews has been swinging left recently. Breitbart and Drudge are the only ones left that are not a part of the MSM ship of fools.

CNN's access isn't being denied. Just Acosta's. 58 other reporters from CNN still have access.
Personally, I would just throw all the bums out and just hand out printed press statements. Fuck them all.
[PRESSTV] Former US President George W. Bush and former Vice President Dick Cheney should be exposed and jailed for their crimes, not awarded medals, says an American analyst.
Bush and former First Lady Laura Bush were awarded the Liberty Medal this week at the National Constitution Center.
The medal was awarded amid protests from veterans who blocked the entrance to the National Constitution Center.
Organizers from Veterans Against The War, a group of post-9/11 service members and veterans, said the protesters aimed to end “a foreign policy of permanent war and the use of military weapons, tactics and values in communities across the country."
He added that the only thing that was more ironic would be if Cheney received the award.
Jones said people like Bush and Cheney, who is a senior neoconservative politician and served under four Republican presidents, were responsible for the planning and implementation of American military operations in the Middle East that continued to go on to this day.
If we look back on the Middle East in the past two decades, what we see is continual fighting and chaos and it all began with the Iraq war under George W Bush,” he said.

[DailyWire] Newly elected Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) made her first appearance in Washington, D.C., Tuesday, but the first item on her agenda has fellow Democrats seeing red.
Ocasio-Cortez joined a group of young activists called the "Sunrise Movement" in staging a sit-in protest outside the Capitol Hill office of Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), the House Minority Leader and, come January, the likely Speaker of the House ‐ and Ocasio-Cortez's new boss.
Ocasio-Cortez addressed the protesters, who were holding signs asking for a "Green New Deal" from Democrats in charge, and demanding "Green Jobs for All," shook hands, and gave high-fives to the 50 or so protesters who blocked the entrance to Pelosi's office.
The event marked Ocasio-Cortez's first visit to the soon-to-be Speaker's office, and leftists were pretty miffed that she introduced herself to her Democratic colleagues not by embracing inter-party collegiality, but by openly disagreeing with her party's long-time leadership. Come for the story, stay for the tweets!
If this goof doesn't learn from things like this, I may move to NY just to do my best to keep her in office!

Anonymous Sources. The move is not necessary. You will soon see a lot of extremely radical young people like Ocasio popping up all over the country if we do not nip this in the bud.

No need. Just loan the offspring of ACORN your name for voter registration. You'll be there in spirit and deed without moving a foot.

# Neville Dark Lord of the Wee Folk, I don't know how big the idiot socialist safe space snowflake generation is but the one after them is conservative.
[Law.com Daily Report] U.S. District Judge Amy Totenberg ordered Georgia's new secretary of state to direct all Georgia counties with more than 100 provisional ballots, including 92 counties that have already certified their results, to "engage in a good faith review" of the eligibility of the voters who cast them. The order could expand the pool of valid ballots that remain to be counted by thousands. She also postponed certification of the midterm election results until as late as Nov. 20 and no earlier than Friday.
Wiki: Born in New York, New York, she is the daughter of Melanie (Shroder) and Polish-born violinist Roman Totenberg. Totenberg earned an Artium Baccalaureus, magna cum laude, in 1974 from Harvard-Radcliffe College and a Juris Doctor in 1977 from Harvard Law School.

Every state that flipped ought to be reviewed for election fraud. I do not trust the Dems not to try to steal an election. It must be a part of their Party platform.

Whatever happened to separation of powers? Or is that a hopelessly naive question these days?
