Maine school official raises Muslim religious objections to classroom dogs as district weighs policy changes
[FoxNews] Assistant superintendent consults local imams who oppose keeping dogs as classroom pets

A Maine public school administrator raised concerns about allowing dogs in classrooms because of Islamic religious beliefs about the animals, as the district considers changes to its classroom pet policy following a teacher's request to foster puppies.

Dr. Abdullahi Ahmed, Portland Public Schools' assistant superintendent for student, family and community partnerships, discussed the concerns during an Oct. 14 policy committee meeting, explaining that some Islamic traditions consider dog saliva impure. Ahmed said he had consulted local Muslim religious leaders who opposed keeping dogs as classroom pets, according to a report by The National News Desk.

The debate began after a teacher at Ocean Avenue Elementary School sought permission to foster puppies in her classroom, giving students an opportunity to interact with the animals during reading and playtime. Ahmed suggested that accommodations could include keeping dogs in a separate room to respect students and families with religious objections.

Ahmed said that Muslim community members are not opposed to animals, saying, "in Islamic tradition, there is always the love for animals and living things and compassion for animals."

He went on to say that some Islamic traditions consider dogs unclean.

"So, with that being said, there are some ritual kind of a purity or in that Islamic traditions ... So, for example, the dog saliva is considered impure," Ahmed said. "And also some people had some experiences with dogs, which were negative actually in the past."

Ahmed, who was born and raised in Somalia, speaks Somali, Arabic, English and Urdu, according to his district biography. He also said the imams he spoke with did not want dogs kept as pets in classrooms.

Committee members discussed whether any revised policy should apply only to dogs or extend to other classroom animals, along with potential opt-in and opt-out accommodations. The committee did not vote on policy changes during the Oct. 14 meeting.

In a statement to Fox News Digital, Moms for Liberty co-founder Tina Descovich said, "Dogs have been enriching the lives of school children across America since its founding." She called objections to dogs in the classroom "silly."

WHO has warned of the risk of spread of the new PJ.2.1 coronavirus strain
Direct Translation via Google Translate. Edited
[Regnum] The risk of the new PJ.2.1 coronavirus strain spreading globally is growing. The World Health Organization (WHO) reported this on October 31.

"Since its first detection in May 2026, this variant has spread across several continents," representatives of the Russian WHO office said in a comment to RIA Novosti.

The organization's experts note that there is a high probability of this strain spreading to new countries. The main risk factor, according to WHO experts, is the increase in international travel and the movement of people across borders.

However, current clinical studies do not prove that infection with the PJ.2.1 variant causes more severe disease compared to other recently identified strains.

In September, Rospotrebnadzor head Anna Popova stated that a new coronavirus pandemic was entirely possible if a different strain emerged. Agency staff are closely monitoring the situation and are prepared for any scenario, she added.

On May 11, Thailand's Ministry of Digital Economy and Society reported that a new strain of coronavirus had been detected in bats in the kingdom. The threat of a human outbreak of the new COVID-19 variant was assessed as low.

Gennady Onishchenko, Deputy President of the Russian Academy of Education and Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, clarified that it is necessary to monitor the new coronavirus strain discovered in bats in Thailand. He stated that the virus was isolated not by medical professionals, but presumably by Thai biologists. The discovery of a new strain is not a surprise. Onishchenko noted that science knows of 40 strains, but the actual number is significantly higher. Now, another one has been added.

US places Somalia on list of ports failing anti-terrorism security standards
[GaroweOnline] The United States Coast Guard has added Somalia to a list of countries whose ports are considered not to meet international anti-terrorism security requirements, triggering additional security measures for vessels travelling from Somali ports to the United States.

The decision was announced in an official notice published in the US Federal Register on October 27, 2026, following an assessment of Somalia's port security procedures.

The Coast Guard said Somalia was not currently maintaining effective anti-terrorism measures at its ports, prompting Washington to impose special security requirements on ships departing from the country and heading to US ports.

The measures are intended to strengthen maritime security and prevent potential terrorist threats from reaching American ports.

The decision was made under powers granted by the Maritime Transportation Security Act and other legislation governing port security and maritime safety.

Somalia is among 24 countries identified by the US Coast Guard as failing to maintain effective anti-terrorism security measures at their ports.

The list also includes Iran, Iraq, Libya, Sudan
...a Moslem country located in the Horn of Africa. It is noted for its affinity for rule by ex- or current generals, its holy men, and for the oppression of the native Afro population by its Arab conquerors. South Sudan, populated mostly by the natives, split off from Sudan proper, which left North and South Darfur to be oppressed by the guys with turbans...
, Syria, Yemen
...an area of the Arabian Peninsula sometimes mistaken for a country. It is populated by more antagonistic tribes and factions than you can keep track of...
, Venezuela

...a country in Central America that sits on an enormous pool of oil. Formerly the most prospereous country in the region, it became infested with Commies sniffing almost unlimited wealth. It turned out the wealth wasn't unlimited, the economy collapsed under the clownish Hugo Chavez, the murder rate exceeded places like Honduras and El Salvador. A significant proportion of the populace refugeed to Colombia and points south...

and North Korea
...hereditary Communist monarchy distinguished by its truculence and periodic acts of violence. Distinguishing features include Songun (Army First) policy, which involves feeding the army before anyone but the Dear Leadership, and Juche, which is Kim Jong Il's personal interpretation of Marxism-Leninism, which he told everybody was brilliant. In 1950 the industrialized North invaded agrarian South Korea. Twenty-one countries of the United Nations eventually contributed to the UN force opposing the invasion, with the United States providing around 90% of the military personnel. Seventy years later the economic results are in and it doesn't look good for Juche...
, among other countries.

The notice states that the decision took effect on October 27, the day it was published. It was signed by Admiral Nathan A. Moore, the Coast Guard's Deputy Commandant for Operations.

The additional requirements mean vessels arriving in the United States from Somali ports will be subject to enhanced security procedures. However,
there's more than one way to skin a cat...
the notice does not detail all the specific measures that affected ships will be required to follow.

The designation could have implications for maritime operators using Somali ports, potentially increasing security checks and compliance requirements for vessels bound for the United States.

Somalia has been working to strengthen its maritime institutions and port security as part of broader efforts to improve trade, protect its coastline and attract international investment.

The Coast Guard's assessment, however, indicates that Washington considers existing anti-terrorism safeguards at Somali ports insufficient under its maritime security standards.

Saudi Arabia Threatens Al-Mahrami

Translated Text:

Saudi Arabia Threatens Al-Mahrami.

The advance of Sanaa forces into new areas in Lahij Governorate has ignited Riyadh's anger toward a member of the Presidential Leadership Council and commander of the Giants Forces, Abdulrahman Al-Mahrami.

The Saudi side has placed the blame on Al-Mahrami due to his forces' inability to retake the Bab al-Mandab area and the advance of Sanaa forces in key areas of Lahij Governorate, holding him responsible for that, according to informed political sources.

Those same sources stated that Saudi officers berated Al-Mahrami during a meeting in Asaf that included threats of accountability, and they accused him of misleading them and providing false information regarding the military situation assessment for the fronts.

The sources added that the Saudi officers accused Al-Mahrami of relying on leaderships that plunder financial and military aid, and they attributed the defeat of the Giants Forces in Kahبوب and the Mudharaba and Ras Al-Ara directorates and Al-Muqatrrah to corruption and the plundering of aid.

Britain
Hind Rajab Foundation accuses Israeli visiting London of 'using starvation as a method of warfare'
[Jpost] In its complaint, the organization attributes alleged involvement in war crimes, crimes against humanity, and genocide to the Israeli man during his service in the IDF in the Gaza Strip.

Pro-Paleostinian organization the Hind Rajab Foundation (HRF)
…another Hezbollah front project, launched in 2024 in Belgium by one Dyab Abou Jahjah. It’s a lawfare boiler room generating endless lawsuits and demands for arrests against Israelis daring to travel outside their country on the pretext that as Israeli soldiers they must have committed war crimes. This is why one mustn’t post travel information on social media until back home…
announced on Monday that it had filed another criminal complaint with British authorities against an Israeli man in London.

HRF operates out of Belgium and regularly launches legal campaigns against IDF soldiers abroad.

This time, the complaint targets an Israeli man whom the organization claims served as a reserve soldier and D9 bulldozer operator in the 603rd Combat Engineering Battalion of the 7th Brigade, and who is currently staying in London.

In its complaint, the organization attributes alleged involvement in war crimes, crimes against humanity, and genocide to the man during his service in the Gazoo
...Hellhole adjunct to Israel and Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, inhabited by Gazooks. The place was acquired in the wake of the 1967 War and then presented to Paleostinian control in 2006 by Ariel Sharon, who had entered his dotage. It is currently ruled with a rusty iron fist by Hamas with about the living conditions you'd expect. It periodically attacks the Hated Zionist Entity whenever Iran needs a ruckus created or the hard boyz get bored, getting thumped by the IDF in return. The ruling turbans then wave the bloody shirt and holler loudly about oppression and disproportionate response...
Strip.

HRF ACCUSES ISRAELI OF 'USING STARVATION AS A METHOD OF WARFARE,' DESTROYING BUILDINGS
At the center of the allegations is the demolition of an industrial flour production facility called Great Ocean Mills, located in the Morag Corridor between Khan Yunis and Rafah, on May 25, 2025.

According to HRF, the man documented a bulldozer demolishing the grain silos at the complex on social media. The foundation claims that the demolition of the facility, at a time when the Gaza Strip was experiencing a severe food shortage, constitutes part of what it describes as "using starvation as a method of warfare."

It further alleges that the 603rd Battalion was involved in more than 60 controlled demolition operations targeting buildings and the leveling of extensive areas across the Strip.

HRF also points to a photograph from November 2023 at a school in Gaza City, in which the soldier is allegedly seen holding a humorous sign, as well as additional footage of demolition operations in Khan Yunis and Rafah.

Later, according to the organization, the man also participated in military operations in Leb
...home of the original Hezbollah, which periodically starts a war with the Zionist Entity, gets Beirut pounded to rubble, and then declares victory and has a parade....
In its appeal to British authorities, the foundation is demanding that the young man be arrested and investigated immediately.

HRF DEMANDS UK QUESTION ALL ISRAELIS ABOUT IDF SERVICE
Natasha Brack, the organization's head of legal affairs, argued that he should not be allowed to leave Britannia, as he may return to reserve duty.

The foundation also broadened its demand, calling for every adult Israeli entering Britannia to be questioned about their service in the IDF, particularly regarding activities in Gaza and Lebanon.

At this stage, it is unknown whether or not British authorities have initiated an investigation into the complaint.

The filing of the complaint itself does not indicate that criminal proceedings have been opened against the man or that HRF’s allegations have been accepted.

Not all of HRF’s complaints have led to action by local authorities. Last September, a complaint filed by the foundation against an Israeli reservist was rejected in Greece after it was determined that there was no legal basis for the country to hear allegations concerning acts that took place outside its territory. The foundation announced at the time that it had appealed the decision.

HRF FOUNDER ALLEGEDLY TRAINED WITH HEZBOLLAH
The Hind Rajab Foundation, named after the six-year-old Paleostinian girl who was killed in the Gaza Strip, is headed by Diab Abu Jahjah, a native of southern Lebanon who lives in Belgium. Abu Jahjah is known for his anti-Israel political activities and his past ties to Hezbollah.

Abu Jahjah himself is barred from entering Britannia following a decision made by the country's authorities in the 2000s. His name has also been linked to the American no-fly list. In a past interview with the New York Times

...which still proudly claims Walter Duranty's Pulitzer prize...

, he said that he had undergone military training in Hezbollah's ranks and expressed pride in doing so.

In recent years, he has led the foundation's activities from Brussels, seeking to locate Israeli soldiers while they are abroad and file complaints against them over actions attributed to them during their military service.

The current case in London joins the organization's efforts to initiate criminal proceedings against Israelis outside the country's borders, even when no enforcement measures have yet been taken following the complaints.

Caribbean-Latin America
Mexico Rejects Texas Claim to 9 Cartel-Controlled Islands in Rio Grande Border Dispute
[Breitbart] Mexico’s government issued a statement condemning the claim by the State of Texas of nine islands in the waters of the Rio Grande with a long history of use by drug cartels to get drugs and migrants into the country.

In a statement from Mexico’s Foreign Relations Ministry, the country’s government said Texas lacks the authority to set borders with Mexico.
I’m sure that’s true. But possibly making the claim will move the Overton Window.
According to the document, a binational treaty from 1970 sets the border between the two nations. Only the federal governments of both countries can set the borders. In its statement, Mexico’s government said it would pursue the matter and ensure the treaties are respected.

Mexico’s response came soon after Texas General Land Office (GLO) Commissioner Dawn Buckingham announced Texas is claiming nine islands along the Rio Grande so U.S. and Texas law enforcement authorities could patrol and guard them to stop cartel activity in the region.

“Texas land will never become a safe haven for cartels, human traffickers, smugglers, or other criminal organizations,” Buckingham said in a prepared statement announcing the move.

The GLO’s determination encompasses nine islands, primarily in the Starr County area, totaling about 66 acres. As Breitbart Texas reported, those islands have been used by the Gulf Cartel and the Cartel Del Noreste faction to move shipments of drugs north.

In 2025, Los Zetas gunmen used one of those islands near Fronton, Texas, to hide while they fired at U.S. law enforcement, Breitbart Texas reported. Due to a poor response from Mexican authorities, the gunmen were able to escape south. The following day, authorities stormed the island and found a narco-camp that had been used by the gunmen to hide while they provided security for their smuggling operations.

#1  Send in the US Army and/or The US Marines to take the islands back!

Maybe saturate the islands with a few AFBs beforehand to sterilize the islands first.

#2  Texas has a habit of "re-negotiating" the US/Mexico border dating back to 1835. If I were Mexico, I'd be very, very careful.

FSB received information from the US about preparations for a terrorist attack in Moscow
Direct Translation via Google Translate. Edited
[Regnum] The Federal Security Service (FSB) received information from the United States through partner channels about a terrorist attack being planned in Moscow. This was reported by the FSB press service on October 31.

“The relevant work is being carried out,” the press service noted.

Earlier that day, the US Embassy in Moscow issued a threat of an event that could result in casualties at the Tsaritsyno Museum-Reserve. The US government is coordinating response measures with the relevant Russian authorities, the diplomatic mission added.

In early March 2024, the US Embassy in Moscow also warned of the threat of terrorist attacks. The diplomatic mission reported that extremists had plans to attack large gatherings in Moscow, including concerts.
Happy hunting, guys! JosephMendiola would talked about the Spetsnaz here, but it’s been quite some time since he disappeared from these pages.
Courtesy of Skidmark, the NY Post gives us the embassy’s tweet and adds detail:

The Tsaritsyno Museum Reserve is a popular tourist destination that was founded in 1775 as Empress Catherine II’s summer home.

The sprawling Palace grounds cover roughly 1,000 acres south of Moscow and attracted over two million visitors in 2022, deputy mayor Natalya Sergunina reported the following year.

The hotspot has been temporarily closed and access to the park is also restricted, the RIA news agency reported, citing Russian law enforcement agencies.

The US previously warned Moscow of the March 22, 2024 Crocus City Hall terror attack that left over 140 people dead and hundreds more wounded.

On March 7, 2024, two weeks before the massacre, the US Embassy warned that “extremists have imminent plans to target large gatherings in Moscow, to include concerts.”
It looks like nothing dreadful happened. Hopefully they caught the bad guys in addition to preventing the attack.

Europe
The annual insult: France reimposes restrictions on Israeli defense firms at Euronaval 2026
[Jpost] France is again imposing restrictions on Israeli defense firms ahead of Euronaval 2026, continuing a policy of limiting Israel's presence at major defense exhibitions.

La Belle France has imposed new restrictions on Israeli defense companies ahead of the Euronaval maritime defense exhibition, scheduled to open near Gay Paree on Tuesday, November 3, Defense & Tech learned on Friday.

As preparations continue for Euronaval, the world's largest naval defense exhibition, the French government has informed organizers that it is once again imposing a "clearly defined and highly restrictive framework" on nongovernmental Israeli exhibitors participating in the event, which will be held in Villepinte, near Gay Paree.

The Israeli companies will be restricted from fully displaying "offensive weapons."

Officials at the Defense Ministry described the measures as part of a systematic policy aimed at excluding Israeli defense technology from the international stage under the guise of political considerations.

ELBIT TO PRESENT UNDERWATER DRONES AT EURONAVAL
Elbit announced on Thursday that it will present its Unmanned Underwater Vehicle (UUV) capabilities at Euronaval for the first time, marking the expansion of the company’s autonomous maritime offering into the underwater domain.

These new capabilities were added to Elbit Systems’ portfolio following the acquisition last week of International Submarine Engineering Ltd. (ISE), a provider of autonomous underwater systems that has delivered more than 250 underwater vehicles to customers in over 20 countries worldwide.

The new UUV solutions will be showcased alongside the company’s Seagull family of Unmanned Surface Vessels (USVs) and additional maritime solutions from Elbit Systems’ naval portfolio.

FRANCE'S HISTORY OF RESTRICTIONS ON ISRAELI DEFENSE EXHIBITORS
The move marks a continuation of a policy La Belle France has pursued for two consecutive years. In October 2024, Israeli companies were initially barred from participating in Euronaval, a decision that was ultimately overturned by a commercial court in Gay Paree.

The same pattern has emerged at other defense exhibitions. At the Eurosatory exhibition in June, La Belle France prohibited official Israeli government representation and the establishment of an Israeli national pavilion. Israeli companies were allowed to display only products intended for air defense or protection against ballistic missiles, while displays of offensive weapons were entirely prohibited.

In practice, exhibition organizers went even further, erecting wooden panels to block access to the booths of several Israeli companies, including Smart Shooter, Controp, Aeronautics, and Marom. Some of the booths remained blocked throughout the exhibition.

The policy was most visible at the Gay Paree Air Show in Le Bourget in June 2025, when organizers erected black walls overnight around the booths of Israel Aerospace Industries, Rafael, and Elbit Systems shortly before the exhibition opened.

Ahead of the next Gay Paree Air Show in 2027, Israeli companies have been told they will not receive significant exhibition space, with organizers citing limited availability.

U.S. Readies Flight Sending 150 Afghans Toward Taliban Rule, NYT Reports
[KhaamaPress] The Trump administration is preparing to deport more than 150 Afghans, including relatives of people who served alongside U.S. troops, on a flight to Pakistain that could leave as early as Monday, November 2, with the deportees expected to be sent on to Taliban
...Arabic for students...
-ruled Afghanistan, The New York Times

...which still proudly claims Walter Duranty's Pulitzer prize...

reported on Friday.

The Times cited three U.S. officials, one of whom put the number of Afghans expected on the flight at more than 150. The date remains provisional. AfghanEvac, an advocacy group for Afghans who helped U.S. forces, had earlier pointed only to the first week of November.

The flight would depart a day before the U.S. midterm elections on November 3. The government has not publicly announced the operation, and nothing in the reporting indicates the timing was chosen because of the vote.

Among those facing removal is at least one gay man, the newspaper reported. Same-sex relations are treated as a crime under the Taliban, which has carried out public floggings of people accused of homosexuality since returning to power in August 2021.

Lawyers for some detainees are challenging the deportations, according to the Times. A Department of Homeland Security spokesperson told the newspaper that U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement does not comment on prospective removal operations, including schedules, destinations or individual cases.

Warnings had been building for days. In an October 26 update, AfghanEvac said it had received information that a special charter flight would leave Louisiana in the first week of November. Some detainees were told they were going to Pakistain, others to Afghanistan, and none of the people whose cases the group was tracking had been shown travel documents.

The organization said its removal tracker had logged at least 30 reports from 15 detention facilities in 11 states since October 14. It urged authorities to disclose the destination and give detainees a chance to raise fears of persecution or torture before removal.

Bloomberg Law first reported on October 26 that detained Afghans were being notified of plans to deport them to Pakistain, citing a federal official, lawyers and advocacy groups. It remains unclear whether Pak authorities have formally agreed to receive them.

AfghanEvac has said the flight would be the first time detained Afghans have been deported to Pakistain. The administration has already sent Afghans to third countries, including two flights to the Central African Republic since August, according to the group.

The plan comes as Pakistain pursues its own mass expulsion campaign, which has driven millions of Afghans out of the country since late 2023. Many of those now held in U.S. detention fled Afghanistan after the Taliban takeover, and rights groups warn that relatives of former U.S. partners face a heightened risk of reprisal if returned.

Iran to remain on financial blacklist over terrorism financing concerns: Watchdog
[Rudaw] The Financial Action Task Force (FATF), a Gay Paree-based intergovernmental watchdog that sets global standards for combating financial crime, said on Friday that Iran
...a theocratic Shiite state divided among the Medes, the Persians, and the (Arab) Elamites. Formerly a fairly civilized nation ruled by a Shah, it became a victim of Islamic revolution in 1979. The nation is today noted for spontaneously taking over other countries' embassies, maintaining whorehouses run by clergymen, involvement in international drug trafficking, and financing sock puppet militias to extend the regime's influence. The word Iran is a cognate form of Aryan. The abbreviation IRGC is the same idea as Stürmabteilung (or SA). The term Supreme Guide is a the modern version form of either Duce or Führer or maybe both. They hate Jews Zionists Jews. Their economy is based on the production of oil and vitriol...
would remain on its blacklist over persistent shortcomings in tackling money laundering and terrorist financing, urging countries to maintain countermeasures against Tehran amid mounting economic pressure.

FATF said in a report that Iran had failed to address most of the deficiencies identified in an action plan agreed in 2016.

Iran has been subject to FATF countermeasures since February 2020, restricting its access to international financial services and complicating transactions with foreign banks.

In its latest assessment, the watchdog called on countries to maintain measures against Iran, including restricting financial transactions, limiting business relationships and preventing the establishment of new correspondent banking relationships.

The FATF also urged countries to restrict the establishment of branches and subsidiaries of Iranian financial institutions, while ensuring that legitimate humanitarian assistance, food and medical supplies, and personal remittances are appropriately handled.

Despite the continued restrictions, the watchdog acknowledged some progress by Tehran.

"Iran has made limited progress on technical compliance by developing a framework to receive international asset freezing requests," the FATF said.

However,
a good lie finds more believers than a bad truth...
it warned that Iran's financial regulatory framework continued to have "fundamental deficiencies," particularly in criminalizing terrorist financing and establishing mechanisms to freeze assets linked to terrorism.

The watchdog also raised concerns over Iran's implementation of international conventions against transnational organized crime and terrorist financing, saying several reservations adopted by Tehran were inconsistent with FATF standards.

It further highlighted financial risks associated with Iran's nuclear activities, citing United Nations
...an organization originally established to war on dictatorships which was promptly infiltrated by dictatorships and is now held in thrall to dictatorships...
Security Council resolutions concerning Tehran's compliance with its nuclear non-proliferation obligations.

Nevertheless, the organization acknowledged Tehran's renewed engagement with the international body.

"The FATF acknowledges Iran’s re-engagement with the FATF as Iran aims to address deficiencies in its AML/CFT regime and calls on Iran to make more progress to address these deficiencies," it said.

The watchdog warned that Iran would remain on its list of high-risk jurisdictions until it completed its action plan, adding that further steps could be considered if Tehran failed to demonstrate additional progress.

The announcement comes as Iran faces mounting economic pressure from its ongoing conflict with the United States and a US naval blockade affecting its oil exports.

A Rooters investigation published on Thursday reported that Iranian military agencies had used complex procurement networks to acquire equipment despite US restrictions.

According to the investigation, at least $2 billion worth of military equipment had entered Iran since January 2025, with 97 percent of the transactions reviewed by Rooters settled "without currency transfer."

The findings highlighted Tehran's use of alternative payment arrangements and overseas financial networks to obtain military supplies despite restrictions on conventional banking channels.

Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian has repeatedly advocated greater cooperation with the FATF, arguing that unresolved financial restrictions are damaging the country's economy.

His position has faced opposition from hardline political figures who have resisted concessions over Iran's financial policies and international commitments.

Pezeshkian has also called for an end to the country's prolonged uncertainty over its relations with the international community.

He was recently quoted by Iranian media as saying that Iran must escape its indefinite "neither war nor peace" condition because "in uncertainty, you cannot plan."

The president has also emphasized the need for economic reforms and changes to the distribution of government assistance based on households' financial circumstances.

Iran's economic difficulties have deepened amid rising inflation, international sanctions and disruptions to oil exports.

Earlier this month, Iranian authorities planned to remove around 15 million people from the country's food subsidy program as part of efforts to redirect government assistance.

Greater compliance with FATF standards could help Iran improve access to international financial services, although it would not automatically remove US sanctions or other restrictions imposed on Tehran.

Israeli intelligence warns of Hamas 'Starvation Campaign 2.0' building on bogus UN claim of Gaza genocide

Text:

🚨 ISRAELI INTELLIGENCE WARNS OF HAMAS “STARVATION CAMPAIGN 2.0”

Israeli intelligence reportedly believes Hamas is preparing to use Gaza’s winter conditions as the centerpiece of a renewed international pressure campaign against Israel.

According to Israel Hayom, the assessment is that Hamas plans to amplify images of flooded tents, damaged shelters and worsening humanitarian conditions — blaming Israel while using the resulting pressure to restrict future Israeli military action and buy time to rebuild its capabilities.

Israeli officials say Hamas is seeking to replicate the international impact of the 2025 “starvation” campaign.

The report says roughly 1.3 million Gazans are currently living in tents, while Israel says more than 85,000 tents and thousands of trucks carrying tarpaulins, blankets, winter clothing and other supplies have entered Gaza.

A security official told Israel Hayom:

“Hamas is counting on these images to generate international pressure against Israel and buy time to rebuild its capabilities.”

The warning comes as Israeli assessments continue to say Hamas is attempting to preserve fighters, weapons and infrastructure for a future confrontation.

‘Misinformation campaign’: Israel rejects UN-sponsored probe accuses it of ongoing Gaza genocide

[IsraelTimes] Commission also alleges crimes against humanity, including torture and rape, by Israeli forces in West Bank; Israel blasts report as effort to demonize and delegitimize it

A ceasefire agreement in Gazoo
...Hellhole adjunct to Israel and Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, inhabited by Gazooks. The ruling turbans then wave the bloody shirt and holler loudly about oppression and disproportionate response...
has not stopped what a group of independent experts commissioned by the UN say is genocide carried out by Israel in the territory, the team said, in a new report Monday that also accused Israeli forces of crimes against humanity, including torture and rape, in the West Bank.
In response, Israel’s mission in Geneva called for the commission’s dissolution and said on X that the report marked an example of the body’s "misinformation campaign to demonize the state of Israel and portray its very existence as criminal."

Israel’s ambassador to the UN in Geneva, Daniel Meron, said the commission was seeking "to undermine Israel’s legitimacy and deny its fundamental right to exist and defend itself."

The three-member commission was established by the UN Human Rights Council in 2021 as an open-ended inquiry into alleged Israeli and Paleostinian rights violations and the "root causes" of the conflict. It does not speak for the UN itself.

The commission first accused Israel of committing genocide in Gaza in September 2025, saying it had found evidence of four of the five genocidal acts defined under the 1948 Genocide Convention. Israel rejected the finding as "distorted and false."

Israel has long criticized the commission’s output and strenuously denies accusations of genocide in Gaza and sexual assault by its forces. It has also long accused the Human Rights Council of system bias.

The News Agency that Dare Not be Named could not independently corroborate multiple graphic accounts described in the report of sexual assaults by prison guards and soldiers on Paleostinian detainees since October 2023. In one, female guards allegedly strip-searched a pregnant Paleostinian, touching inside her anus and vagina. In another, guards were accused of beating a detainee and hurling sexist slurs, while denying her access to the toilet and sanitary pads. She bled onto her clothes and the interrogation chair.

The findings by the Commission of Inquiry on the Occupied Paleostinian Territory, which seeks to document in minute detail the allegations and evidence of crimes to bolster accountability for perpetrators, could be used by prosecutors at the International Criminal Court or in other jurisdictions to try to bring justice to alleged victims and their relatives.

Monday’s report said Israel was "continuing to commit genocidal acts with the genocidal intent to destroy, in whole or in part, the Paleostinians in Gaza."

Much of the harm has come from Israel’s expansion deeper into Gaza during the ceasefire period, the report said. Since October 2025, when the ceasefire was signed, Israeli forces have gone from controlling 53 percent of Gaza to at least 60%, the commission said.

In that time, Israeli fire across the advancing front has killed at least 196 Paleostinians — including 18 women, 32 boys, and 11 girls, the commission said.

Under the ceasefire deal, the IDF initially withdrew to the so-called Yellow Line, leaving it in control of around 53% of the Strip, mostly outside urban areas.

The IDF has said it opens fire on Paleostinians who cross or approach the Yellow Line and are deemed to pose a threat to troops. It has also reported repeated attempts by terror operatives to cross the line or attack soldiers.

The report also accused Israeli soldiers and prison guards of war crimes and crimes against humanity in the West Bank, including extermination, torture, rape, and other forms of sexual violence and persecution against civilians.

According to the commission, the number of Paleostinians killed in Israeli Arclight airstrike
...KABOOM!...
s in the West Bank rose from six between 2008 and October 6, 2023, to 254 between October 7, 2023, and September 30, 2026.

It said Israeli military operations since January 2025 had also caused the largest displacement of Paleostinians in the West Bank since 1967, with 34,176 people remaining displaced as of August.

Israel launched Operation Iron Wall in the northern West Bank in January 2025, saying it was targeting terror groups operating from areas including Jenin and Tulkarem. The operation displaced tens of thousands of Paleostinians; the IDF has denied issuing broad evacuation orders to residents.

The commission also said that it had recently documented six cases where Israeli guards were sexually violent mostly peaceful toward male detainees from Gaza in the Sde Teiman military prison.

In one case, it said guards raped a Paleostinian detainee with a stick, then forced him to put the stick in his mouth until he vomited. It also recalled another episode in which guards allegedly instructed a Paleostinian man to urinate as they tied a plastic cord around his genitals.

The Sde Teiman facility came under intense scrutiny in 2024 after a Paleostinian security detainee was hospitalized with broken ribs and a tear in the wall of his rectum following an alleged assault by IDF reservists.

Nine soldiers were initially arrested, and five were later indicted in February 2025, on charges of causing severe injury and assault under aggravated circumstances.

The commission also faulted the Paleostinian Authority, saying it had targeted Paleostinians who voice dissenting views and that journalists and human rights

defenders had been killed and injured.

-led attacks on Israel on October 7, 2023, when turbans killed 1,200 people and took 251 hostages. Israel responded with a campaign that has killed over 74,000 Paleostinians, according to Gaza’s Health Ministry. The ministry does not distinguish between civilians and combatants in its figures.

Jordanian army withdrew a statement about 'attempted infiltration' after their border guards opened intense fire on Syria

Translated Text:

🇸🇾🇯🇴 The Jordanian army issued and then withdrew a statement about a “attempted infiltration” after their border guards opened intense fire toward children on Syrian territory, near Deraa.

According to local sources, the youths (most under 15 years old) were in family farms along the southern border. Jordanian forces reportedly mistook them for an armed group.

Syrian security forces intervened urgently to halt the shooting, escorted the children to a safe area, and returned them unharmed to their families.

These shots come just days after Jordanian airstrikes on southern Deraa, presented as targeting “terrorist hideouts”
fueling the Israeli narrative of an ongoing threat in this area (near the Israeli border).

Iran supreme leader orders military response without 'geographical limits' if attacked
[Rudaw] Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Mojtaba Khamenei
…a curious thing, since we were assured he’s been dead or nearly so from shortly after the beginning of this war…
on Saturday instructed senior military commanders to prepare for an immediate response without geographical restrictions to any renewed attacks on the country and to expand the range of potential US and Israeli targets, according to Iranian state media.

“Any level and type of enemy threat must receive an immediate, effective response without geographical limitation,” Khamenei said, according to state broadcaster Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB).

Khamenei also ordered a comprehensive update of Iran’s military target database to bring all material and non-material assets of US and Israel within reach of the country's armed forces.

The directives come amid growing concerns over renewed hostilities between Iran and the United States, as Washington maintains its military buildup in the Middle East while diplomatic efforts to prevent another escalation continue.

Khamenei warned that if Iran were to be attacked again, the country's armed forces and people would determine "when and under what conditions the fighting would end."

During the meeting, senior commanders briefed Khamenei on military readiness along the Persian Gulf coast, the Strait of Hormuz, the Sea of Oman and Iran's northwestern and southeastern borders, according to state media.

Khamenei also stressed the importance of strengthening military intelligence, developing modern defense capabilities and supporting the livelihoods of military personnel.

His directives come as regional powers continue efforts to revive stalled negotiations between Tehran and Washington.

Qatari diplomatic success in reaching a preliminary draft agreement between America and Iran following intensive talks.

Translated Text:

Qatari diplomatic success in reaching a preliminary draft agreement between America and Iran following intensive talks.

The draft includes the following key points:

Preliminary Draft:

*- Tehran’s agreement to deliver Iran’s stockpile of highly enriched uranium, approximately 440 kg, to a mutually agreed third country.

*- Reopening of the Strait of Hormuz to international navigation within 7 days of the agreement.

*- China represents a potential guarantor for the implementation and sustainability of the agreement and ensures no targeting of the Iranian leadership.

*- Iran refrains from targeting navigation in the Gulf and Hormuz

*- Release of frozen Iranian funds.

*- An independent verification mechanism is established before each stage.

*- A dispute resolution mechanism is in place with the participation of mediators and guarantors to prevent military escalation.

*- Iran still conditions [its participation] on lifting the naval blockade on its ports, releasing frozen assets, and allowing oil exports.

Great efforts exerted by the sisterly State of Qatar, and it will be complete with success and approval..
