Saudis Accuse Iran-Backed Houthi Terrorists of Attacking Islam's Holy City of Medina
[BB] The military coalition led by Saudi Arabia said on Thursday it intercepted a cruise missile over the province of Medina, which contains the second holiest city in the Muslim religion.

The coalition also released more footage of Houthi missile strikes against civilian airports in Saudi Arabia, a practice the Houthis said they had no intention of discontinuing despite mounting condemnations from across the Middle East.

The Saudi coalition did not directly accuse the Houthis of launching the cruise missile over Medina, but Houthi military spokesman Yahya Saree made a point of denying responsibility for the attack in a press conference.

“What the Saudi enemy claims regarding targeting toward the city of Medina is a great and immense falsehood,” Saree said.

The Saudis did accuse the Houthis by name of attacking an electric power distribution station in Medina earlier this month. The Houthis said that accusation was a “lie.”

The Houthis also denied launching a drone at the holiest city in Islam, Mecca, on September 15 – an attack that was furiously condemned by almost every Muslim nation except Iran.

The Houthis did take responsibility for attacking civilian targets in other Saudi cities, including more missile strikes against civilian airports and oil facilities. Saree said one of those missiles scored a “precise and direct hit” on the airport in Riyadh.

The Yemeni insurgents on Thursday repeated their warning that Saudi airspace is now unsafe for all airlines, and Saree promised more attacks against oil facilities and airports “deep inside Saudi Arabia.”

The Houthis also attacked territory controlled by the internationally recognized government of Yemen, including the presidential palace in Aden, the port city in southern Yemen that has been used as a headquarters by the government for much of the time since the Houthis captured the capital of Sanaa in 2014.

The Yemeni government acknowledged the Houthi attack and said several security personnel at the palace were killed and wounded. “Aden will remain the hub for the operations of state institutions as they carry out their duties towards citizens,” the statement added.

“We reassure the sons of our Yemeni people that the Prime Minister and all members of the government are safe and well,” said Yemen’s Information Minister Moammar al-Eryani.

Eryani said the Houthis launched a “terrorist” attack on the palace with at least five ballistic missiles, while the Houthis claimed they were targeting a military base and ammunitions depot used by Saudi Arabian troops in the palace compound.

The Saudi coalition released more footage on Thursday of some 20 drone and missile attacks launched by the Houthis at King Khalid Airport in Riyadh between October 1 and 11:

’s Iran's Houthi sock puppets
...a Zaidi Shia insurgent group operating in Yemen. They have also been referred to as the Believing Youth. Hussein Badreddin al-Houthi is said to be the spiritual leader of the group and most of the military leaders are his relatives. The legitimate Yemeni government has accused the them of having ties to the Iranian government. Honest they did. The group has managed to gain control over all of Saada Governorate and parts of Amran, Al Jawf and Hajjah Governorates. Its slogan is God is Great, Death to America™, Death to Israel, a curse on the Jews They like shooting off... ummm... missiles that they would have us believe they make at home in their basements. On the plus side, they did murder Ali Abdullah Saleh, which was the only way the country was ever going to be rid of him...

...a kingdom taking up the bulk of the Arabian peninsula, largely made up of sand and oil rigs. Its primary economic activity involves exporting oil and soaking Islamic rubes on the annual haj pilgrimage. The country supports a large number of princes in whatcha might call princely splendor. Formerly dictatorial and steeped in Olde Tyme Religion, deferring to Salafist holy men on all issues, it has now done a 180 and is making a serious effort to modernize, so as not to be left in the sand by its Gulf Arab neighbors. The holy men have been shoved to the background and the nation is now still dictatorial but somewhat rational. That doesn't make them trustworthy, but it's a start...
continued to escalate.

The pro-Iranian fighters targeted "the headquarters of military operations, led by Saudi officers, at the al-Maashiq Palace in Aden, as well as weapons depots belonging to them," according to the rebel group’s news agency.

At least four people were killed and 10 more maimed in the Houthi missile attack, three government military sources told AFP.

At least six explosions struck near the palace, witnesses said.

The explosions caused panic among residents who fled the area. A security official said at least two of the earth-shattering kabooms were on top of the hill near the Maashiq palace, and two others were heard near the security gate.

Many of the government leadership are living in exile, and those in Aden were safe, a government official said, speaking on condition of anonymity
... for fear of being murdered...
because they were not authorized to speak to the media.

Separately, the forces of Yemen’s internationally recognized government said that the Houthis had fired ballistic missiles at the central city of Marib, which sits in a strategic oil-rich region.

"Houthi terrorist militias fired several ballistic missiles at the densely populated city of Marib," the government forces said on X.

Separately, the Saudi -led coalition fighting the Iranian-backed rebels said Thursday it thwarted a missile attack on Saudi Arabia’s holy city of Medina as well as another attack in the eastern part of the kingdom.

The Saudi-led coalition said in a statement that it intercepted and destroyed a cruise missile over the province of Medina, but notably did not assign blame for the attack.

Shortly after the coalition’s statement, the Houthi military spokesperson said Saudi airspace and airports were unsafe, renewing a warning to airlines while excluding airspace over the holy cities of Mecca and Medina.

The international airport in the capital, Riyadh, has suspended service because of Houthi attacks.

Earlier Thursday, Saudi Arabia also said it destroyed a drone over the country’s Eastern province, a major oil-producing region.

The latest conflict between the Saudis and the Houthis began last month after the rebels seized key areas along the Bab el-Mandeb Strait, a critical waterway for Gulf oil shipments. The Saudi-led coalition, backing forces aligned with Yemen’s internationally recognized government, has been trying to retake those areas.

The Houthis have been firing ballistic missiles and drones at key Saudi sites for a week, in response to the kingdom’s backing of government forces in Yemen’s renewed civil war.

Saudi coalition spokesperson Turki al-Maliki said at a presser on Thursday that the Houthis had launched 20 attacks on King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh this month, killing 17 people and wounding 333 others. The airport, one of Saudi Arabia’s main international aviation hubs, was among the civilian infrastructure targeted in what the coalition described as a series of attacks.

The coalition also said Houthi attacks on Abha airport, in southwestern Saudi Arabia near the Yemeni border, had killed three people and maimed 28.

Maliki said the Houthis had acquired advanced military technology with the help of "regional actors," including ballistic missiles, drones and explosive-laden fast boats.

The spokesperson also said the coalition had destroyed 127 weapons storage facilities and launch platforms in Yemen’s mountainous areas.

He called on the Houthis to immediately halt operations targeting civilians and civilian infrastructure, and said the group should read the coalition’s statement carefully and "between the lines."

Yemen has been mired in conflict since the Houthis seized the capital Sanaa in 2014, prompting a Saudi-led military intervention the following year. The UN-brokered truce in 2022 largely halted major fighting, and a de facto truce held even after it expired six months later. But efforts to turn it into a lasting political settlement have stalled as regional tensions have intensified.

Britain
Moment teenage Norwegian hitman, arrested in his boxer shorts for plotting to assassinate UK target for Iran-backed gang, jailed for 20 years
[Daily Mail, where America gets its news] Footage shows the moment a teenage Norwegian hitman was arrested in his boxer shorts – as he was today jailed for 20 years after plotting to assassinate a target in the UK on behalf of an Iran-backed gang.

Johannes Natland, 18 at the time, flew from Stavanger, south-west Norway, to Britain to kill a target in return for £21,000, a trial heard.

He was arrested in a hotel room in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, on March 19 last year, hours before he was due to carry out the hit – and footage of the raid has now been shown.

Police found a semi-automatic pistol, a revolver and 12 rounds of ammunition in his possession, as well as £2,000 in cash.

He was convicted of conspiracy to murder following a two-week trial at the Old Bailey.

Sentencing today, judge Mrs Justice Cheema-Grubb said Natland was 'thrilled' by his involvement in the plot.

The court heard how the murder plot was hatched by a Swedish gang called the Foxtrot Network, a ruthless organised crime group used by the Iranian regime.

The UK sanctioned Foxtrot in April last year for their involvement in violence against Jewish and Israeli targets in Europe.

Natland became involved in the Huddersfield plot when he received a message on Signal about a 'murder in England' from a user called 'Unknown Hustler', the Old Bailey was told.

Natland – who is now 19 – was then added to a group chat with a Norwegian recruiter and a senior Foxtrot recruiter, Swedish-Iraqi gangster Ali Shehab, 22, known as 'Agent 47' – a name taken from the video game Hitman.

The jury was not told that Shehab is a close ally of Foxtrot boss Rawa Majid, who allegedly struck a deal with Iran to target the state's enemies abroad.

Under Shehab's instructions, Natland flew from Stavanger to Manchester on March 17, the court heard.

He was questioned by suspicious Border Force officials and ultimately refused entry to the UK but was told to return to the airport for a flight home four days later.

This meant Natland was free to enter the country and he took a taxi to a hotel in Manchester.

The following day, he was directed by his recruiters to a wood in Huddersfield to collect the guns and ammunition.

After checking in at a nearby hotel, he messaged his girlfriend to say: 'In the bag is bang'. At 10.39pm that evening a friend asked Natland: 'U dun it?' and he replied: 'No. tomorrow.'

But at 5.15am on March 19, firearms officers arrested him in his room at the Briar Court Hotel in Huddersfield. He came to the door with his hands up, imitating holding a firearm, and pretended to shoot one of the officers.

Natland admitted possession of the firearms but denied conspiracy to murder.

Giving evidence, he said he was 'terrified' and planned to sabotage the plot at the last minute by shooting himself in the foot.

But the prosecution suggested Natland's plan was a 'lie', arguing that he had boasted to his friends about the mission.

The court heard the teenager also told his then-girlfriend Sara Solbi that 'it will be a bit cool to really kill someone'.

The intended target remains unknown but Natland 'neither knew, nor cared' who he was to murder, the prosecution said.

Mrs Justice Cheema-Grubb said the teenager 'had been a good student from a financially secure and supportive professional home, with every prospect of a successful life'.

Addressing Natland, she said: 'To the horror of your parents and those who knew you well, the trajectory of your adolescence was seriously disrupted by cannabis and then class A drugs.'

Jurors heard how the defendant – while not quite 'a hitman from a Hollywood movie' – was precisely the type of vulnerable teenager preyed upon by the Foxtrot Network.

Natland's mother, journalist Ellen Kongsnes, has previously told the Mail that she did not believe her son would have gone through with the killing. She said: 'He could never harm anyone, he wouldn't have been able to do it.'
She takes comfort in the thought that he was stupid enough to steal from an international Moslem crime syndicate instead? Modern journalists are clearly cut from a different bolt of cloth than the cynical, tough-minded reporters of yesteryear.
Commander Helen Flanagan, head of Counter Terrorism Policing London, said: 'Natland was clearly being tasked by someone in the Foxtrot Network, an organised criminal group sanctioned by the UK and the US due to its involvement in orchestrating violence against Jewish and Israeli targets in Europe on behalf of the Iranian regime.

'The intended target of this specific assassination has never been identified, and we found no evidence of any direct link to Iran in this case.

'One of the tactics increasingly used by foreign states seeking to cause harm to the UK is the use of criminal proxies. They often recruit people online with promises of significant financial reward.

'But the reality is that those carrying out these tasks are viewed as disposable assets by those directing them. They are used when convenient and abandoned when circumstances change.'

Mexico Released Captured Cartel Boss After Gunmen Take Cops Hostage
[BB] The incident began this week in the Mexican state of Morelos, when state authorities captured Jose David “El Guero Jim” Vergara, the leader of a regional cartel known as Pueblos Unidos – an ally of the Sinaloa Cartel.

According to Mexican authorities, shortly after the arrest, Vergara’s gunmen took to the streets, setting up blockades. They kidnapped three police officers and threatened to kill them if the crime boss was not released. The criminal group also rallied locals to protest the arrest.

The move forced state authorities to establish communications with the criminal organization and negotiate a prisoner exchange.

When asked about the release of the crime boss and the precedent it sets, Sheinbaum defended the move, saying it was done to save lives.

“It can be difficult,” she said. “But above everything, you have to save lives.”

The move has sparked harsh criticism from political opponents who claimed that the government did not even push for a rescue operation or a harder crackdown on the cartel. The cartel tactic has been compared to the infamous Culiacanazo or Battle for Culiacan incident in 2019, where Mexican federal authorities arrested Sinaloa Cartel Kingpin Ovidio Guzman. Following his arrest, the cartel invaded the city. In response, then Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador ordered the release of Guzman to prevent any more bloodshed.

Mexico’s top security official Omar Garcia Harfuch claimed that the arrest in Morelos was not part of an operation to capture the drug lord but was a chance encounter while state authorities were carrying out routine tasks. He claimed that state authorities were outmatched by the cartel and did not have the backup of federal authorities since it was a chance encounter and not a planned operation.

German court sentences two for plotting to kill leader of German Jewish community for Iran
A Hamburg court ruled that Iranian intelligence recruited a man to carry out state-sponsored terrorism in Germany, sentencing him to eight and a half years in prison.

A German court on Thursday handed two men prison sentences of up to 8-1/2 years for planning to kill the leader of a Jewish organization in Germany, saying one man had been steered by Iran's intelligence service.

One man, previously identified as Danish national Ali S., was sentenced to eight years and six months for preparing an liquidation and aggravated arson, judges ruled.

"The court is convinced that the defendant, S., was recruited by the Iranian secret service and integrated into it to carry out state-sponsored terrorist activities in Germany under Iran’s direction," the court in the northern city of Hamburg said in a statement.

Canadian authorities arrest two suspects of anti-Israel incidents, assaults in Edmonton, Toronto
[Jpost] The Edmonton incident included a knife attack during a festival, while the Toronto case involved an assault during a pro-Palestinian demonstration.

Police forces in Edmonton and Toronto announced charges this week following separate criminal incidents tied to anti-Israel hostility, including a knife attack at a festival pavilion and a violent mostly peaceful assault during a demonstration.

In Edmonton, police charged Abdimalik Jama, 29, on Wednesday in connection with an incident at the Edmonton Heritage Festival on August 3.

Jama breached a protective perimeter around the festival's Israel pavilion, lunged with a knife, and struck the back of the kitchen tent before security guards detained him and on-site officers arrested him.

EDMONTON POLICE INVESTIGATING INCIDENT
The Edmonton Police Service Hate Crimes Unit investigated the matter, though authorities noted insufficient evidence existed to conclude the crime was legally motivated by hate.

Jama has been charged with mischief under $5,000 and possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, and was released on an undertaking with conditions restricting him from possessing knives or edged weapons.

POLICE IN TORONTO ARREST MEN FOR ASSAULTING PASSERBY DURING MARCH FOR PALESTINE
Meanwhile,
...back at the precinct house, Fat Tony demanded his rosco back. He didn't say please...
in Toronto, police announced an arrest on Wednesday in an assault causing bodily harm investigation stemming from a March for Paleostine protest on Saturday.

Authorities stated that a victim walking near Yonge Street and Grosvenor Street was approached from behind and punched multiple times in the head without provocation, sustaining facial and leg injuries.

The incident was caught on film by independent journalist Mitch Hancock, who covers protests across Toronto.

Hancock told The Jerusalem Post, "I was filming the march on Yonge Street when I captured Kyle [the victim] being attacked on the sidewalk. I kept filming, and my footage was part of the police appeal to identify the suspect."

The still images from the video were subsequently featured in local news reports to help police identify the suspect.

Martin Salgatar, 20, of Mississauga, surrendered to police at 52 Division on Monday and was charged with aggravated assault. He was scheduled to appear in court at the Toronto Regional Bail Center, 2201 Finch Avenue West, on Tuesday.

Hancock said to the Post, "My job is to show what's really happening on the ground that mainstream media doesn’t show."

Toronto lawyer and independent legal observer Caryma Sa'd, who is running for city councillor in Ward 14 (Toronto—Danforth), who documents street protests in Toronto, also shared video footage of the attack on X.

According to Sa'd, the victim, Kyle, was a familiar presence in the local protest landscape who participates across various causes as a protester, counterprotester, and independent creator

Sa'd wrote that following the assault, others swarmed the victim, pointing, laughing, and seemingly trying to prevent bystanders from helping, before Salgatar escaped into the crowd after being urged to leave.

Kyle was subsequently transported to the hospital with a serious knee injury that left him unable to walk.

"This is what happens when repeated warnings about unlawful behavior at protests go unanswered, and police refuse to meaningfully address concerns about enforcement," Sa'd wrote online. "It is as though protesters have been led to believe they can assault people with impunity, particularly those documenting their public activities."

Iraq
Iraq says it dismantled two human trafficking networks
[Rudaw] Iraqi security forces dismantled two human trafficking networks and prevented the sale of two newborn babies in separate operations in Baghdad and Dhi Qar provinces, the Iraqi National Security Service (INSS) announced on Thursday, amid intensified efforts to combat child trafficking in the country.

"In Dhi Qar province, the units set an ambush for a group engaged in selling a one-day-old infant, and arrested four suspects caught in the act after they had handed over the infant and received payment for them," the INSS stated.

"In the capital, Baghdad, the Service carried out a targeted operation that led to the arrest of a network of five suspects, including licensed midwives, caught in the act while attempting to sell a one-day-old infant," the INSS added, noting that all suspects had been referred to the relevant authorities for legal proceedings.

The operations come amid increased efforts by Iraqi authorities to crack down on child trafficking networks.

In late June, the interior ministry announced that authorities had rescued 94 trafficking victims, dismantled 48 trafficking networks, and arrested 1,012 suspects.

During the first nine months of this year, the ministry documented 1,344 human trafficking cases and uncovered domestic and transnational networks operating through digital platforms.

The Iraqi Observatory for Human Rights (IOHR), an independent Baghdad-based monitor, warned in mid-June that shortcomings in victim identification and legal protections continued to hamper efforts to combat human trafficking.

The observatory reported that 385 trafficking victims were identified across Iraq in 2025, including 26 children who were sold, while 5,107 people were detained on trafficking-related charges. The monitor described the disparity as pointing to "a structural failure" in victim protection.

Strip four years ago was sentenced on Wednesday to 24.5 years in prison, authorities said.

Shehadeh Abu Alqian, 29, from a Bedouin village near Hura in the northern Negev region, had been charged with enlisting in the Israel Defense Forces in 2022 to spy for the Mujahideen Brigades, as well as transferring stolen military equipment to the terror group.

The Mujahideen Brigades is a relatively small armed faction in the Gaza Strip and is somewhat allied with the coastal enclave’s rulers, Hamas
..always the voice of sweet reason...
. The terror group participated in the Hamas-led October 7, 2023, onslaught, abducting several hostages, including Shiri Bibas and her two young sons, Ariel and Kfir, who were all then murdered in captivity.

The Beersheba District Court handed him a 24.5-year sentence on Wednesday for his actions. Prosecutors said the case of Abu Alqian had been referred to Interior Minister Yariv Levin to assess whether to revoke his Israeli citizenship.

Abu Alqian was arrested by the Shin Bet on May 30, 2022, eight days after he joined the army.

According to an indictment filed in June 2022, Abu Alqian sought to "act against the State of Israel and against its security" after his father’s illegally built home in the unrecognized village of Atir was given a demolition order by authorities in mid-2019.

On September 9, 2019, Abu Alqian stole an M4 assault rifle and magazine from a soldier waiting at a bus station in the Yatir Forest area of southern Israel, and buried the equipment underground near his home, according to the charges.

In 2021, Alqian joined the Mujahideen Brigades after making contact online with an agent of the group who called himself Abu Saliman, according to court papers.

The indictment said Abu Alqian provided the terror group with information on military helicopter movements, IDF training in the area of his town, and photos of a military base and of Beersheba’s train station.

In March 2022, prosecutors said, Abu Saliman asked Abu Alqian for military equipment, and Alqian offered to sell what he had stolen more than two years before, as well as five grenades and thousands of bullets that he obtained by unspecified means.

After digging up the materiel, Abu Alqian, with the help of a cousin, in May 2022 transferred it to a hiding spot used by the Mujahideen Brigades in the West Bank, according to prosecutors.

He enlisted in the IDF that same month and, during the recruitment process, provided the Mujahideen Brigades operative with names, telephone numbers and photos of Bedouin soldiers serving in the military, the indictment read.

He was convicted in December 2022 of aggravated theft, firearms offenses, membership in a terror organization, and assisting an enemy during wartime. Alqian admitted to the charges as part of a plea deal.

Shiri, 32, Ariel, four, and Kfir, less than a year old, were kidnapped from their home in Kibbutz Nir Oz during the Hamas-led invasion of southern Israel on October 7, 2023.

Harrowing footage of their abduction was caught on video and widely shared on social media.

Their bodies were returned to Israel in February 2025. Israeli authorities confirmed that the three had been murdered by their captors, with the IDF saying that they had been "murdered in cold blood." The murderous Moslems killed them "with their bare hands," then tried to make it look like they were slain in an Israeli Arclight airstrike
...KABOOM!...
, the IDF added at the time.

#BREAKING | IDF and Shin Bet Eliminate Two Terrorists Working to Smuggle Combat Means and Military Equipment into Gaza Strip

⭕️The IDF and Shin Bet struck yesterday (Wednesday) in the Khan Yunis area in southern Gaza Strip, eliminating the terrorists Asil Nabil Abdul Rahman Qashta and Ahmed Rajaa Al-Sha'er, who were working to smuggle combat means and additional military equipment into the Gaza Strip.

⭕️As part of their roles, the two terrorists were responsible for purchasing combat means and trading in them, and in parallel, worked to smuggle combat means into the Gaza Strip. They were eliminated with the aim of removing the threat from the citizens of the State of Israel and IDF forces operating in the Yellow Line areas.

⭕️Prior to the strike, steps were taken to reduce as much as possible the potential for harm to civilians, including the use of precision munitions and aerial surveillance operations.

⭕️The IDF and Shin Bet continue to focus their efforts on targeting the capabilities for escalation and funding of military activity by terrorist organizations, with the aim of preventing the rebuilding of their infrastructure and military capabilities.

⭕️Security forces under the Southern Regional Command are deployed in the area in accordance with the agreement and will continue to operate to remove any immediate threat.
The Jerusalem Post adds:
IDF dismantles Gaza tunnel stretching past the Yellow Line.

Separately, the IDF said Thursday that engineering troops from the Gaza Division's Southern Brigade, working with the Yahalom combat engineering unit, sealed and dismantled an underground tunnel route approximately 1.5 kilometers long that crossed the Yellow Line area in the Gaza Strip.

The tunnel contained rooms intended for use by Hamas terrorists, according to the IDF. Troops in the Southern Command remained deployed in the area under the ceasefire agreement and would continue operating to remove immediate threats, the statement said.

Basij female unit commander assassinated in latest attack targeting Iranian armed forces
More on this story from yesterday.
[Jpost] Aqila, commander of the Afzal Sisters’ Basij unit in Mehrestan, was reportedly assassinated outside her home in front of her children.

A commander in one of the Basij’s female units was killed in an attack on Wednesday in Mehrestan, a border county in Iran’s Sistan and Baluchestan province, Iranian state media reported. The woman was identified as Afsaneh Aghila.

Aghila, commander of the Afzal Sisters’ Basij unit in Mehrestan, was reportedly assassinated outside her home in front of her children. The IRGC-affiliated Tasnim News Agency alleged that the button men had links to Israel and the US, but did not identify the group responsible or provide evidence to support its claim.

In a separate incident in the same province, the Islamic Theocratic Republic News Agency reported that security officer Mohsen Shahriyari was killed while confronting a "terrorist group."

Sardar Mohammadreza Eshaghi, the province’s police commander, issued a statement following the killings, describing Aqila as "a woman of faith, courage, and sacrifice."

"I condemn this terrorist act and offer my condolences and congratulations on the martyrdom of these individuals to their comrades, the honorable people of Mehrestan, and the Basij community of Sistan and Baluchestan province," Eshaghi said.

IRANIAN PEOPLE'S FIGHTERS FRONT CLAIMS RESPONSIBILITY FOR SIX ATTACKS
Attacks targeting members of the IRGC and other security forces in the province appear to have increased in recent weeks. The US-based Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA) reported earlier this week that at least 94 people were killed and 33 maimed in 63 armed incidents across southeastern Iran
...a theocratic Shiite state divided among the Medes, the Persians, and the (Arab) Elamites. Formerly a fairly civilized nation ruled by a Shah, it became a victim of Islamic revolution in 1979. The nation is today noted for spontaneously taking over other countries' embassies, maintaining whorehouses run by clergymen, involvement in international drug trafficking, and financing sock puppet militias to extend the regime's influence. The word Iran is a cognate form of Aryan. The abbreviation IRGC is the same idea as Stürmabteilung (or SA). The term Supreme Guide is a the modern version form of either Duce or Führer or maybe both. They hate Jews Zionists Jews. Their economy is based on the production of oil and vitriol...
between March 31 and October 10.

The People’s Fighters Front has grabbed credit for only six of the incidents HRANA documented. The groups responsible for the remaining incidents remain unknown.

Security expert Roger Macmillan told The Jerusalem Post that anti-regime attacks have increased since the Sunni group Jaish al-Adl merged with the PFF. He said there had been significant anger toward the IRGC over its "systematic arrest and torture of their people, many of whom don’t even speak Farsi, and were forced into signing false documents, which have seen them convicted of alleged terrorist attacks, and then executed."

He argued that, with the brutal repression of Iranians across the country, the liquidations will continue to worsen.

In one of the most notable incidents last week, Tasnim reported that Lieutenant-Colonel Nosrat Eftekhari, deputy for cultural and social affairs of the Law Enforcement Command in the province, was killed in what the agency described as a "terrorist attack."

Earlier this week, Haalvsh, an independent human rights

organization and news outlet that documents human rights violations and security incidents in Sistan and Baluchestan, also reported that more than 20 members of the Fatemiyoun terrorist group were killed or maimed in an hours-long clash on Tuesday. refugees and migrants colonists, and is both funded and trained by the IRGC.

IRANIAN REGIME SEEKING TO PROJECT STRENGTH, PUBLIC SUPPORT FOR BASIJ
The attacks come as the regime seeks to project an image of strength, cohesion, and public support for the Basij. The Islamic Theocratic Republic has released numerous images from its Janfada (self-sacrifice) training exercises, prominently featuring women training with guns and drones. Janfada spokesperson Sasan Zare claimed that more than 500,000 women registered within 100 minutes of registration opening for the "National Resistance®" battalions, filling the first 1,000 units.

Despite the alleged masses who have registered for the self-sacrifice training, the Iran Human Rights Monitor has reported the regime is using violent mostly peaceful criminals to fill its ranks, offering conditional release to those willing to suppress protests and signs of dissent.

Basing its report on testimonies received from inmates, their families, informed sources within prisons, and field reports from human rights groups, criminals convicted of general, violent mostly peaceful, or drug offenses were offered repentance forms in August and September and granted bail after they registered with the Basij.

Although reports of personnel shortages in the Basij and IRGC predate the recent attacks, Macmillan suggested that financial desperation could drive people to enlist despite the risk of liquidation.

The US wants to use a powerful non-nuclear bomb against Iran, according to media reports
Direct Translation via Google Translate. Edited
[Regnum] Washington is considering using the "mother of all bombs" if strikes on the Islamic Republic resume. This was reported on October 15 by CNN, citing US military officials.

The possible use of the powerful GBU-43/B MOAB non-nuclear high-explosive munition is linked to an executive order issued by US President Donald Trump. Journalists explain that full-scale military action could begin either before or after the US midterm elections.

According to their data, the American command has already developed new attack plans, targeting the enemy's nuclear facilities and energy infrastructure. However, the channel's sources doubt the effectiveness of this move. The use of weapons will not allow Washington to change the balance of power or achieve its strategic goals in the Middle East, but it will lead to a serious escalation of the conflict, the publication states.
PJ Media adds:
Ynet has reported on Saturday that Iran has managed to restore its missile and drone factories despite months of bombardment by the U.S. and Israel. This was reported by sources involved in the matter to Bloomberg. The restoration of the factories allows Iran to replenish its weapons stockpile, while Trump has refrained from further strikes ahead of the midterm elections. According to Ynet's Western sources, Tehran still retains the capability to produce weapons and restore its weapons arsenal. One source noted that Iran remains well-equipped with ballistic missiles and certain anti-ship weapons, and that it is capable of quickly adding more.

Since the MOAB has already been used in combat against ISIS, in Afghanistan, during Trumps 1st term.

Focusing more on the implied sub-thought question of "Before or After the Mid-terms"? Could it be, the media needed a new TDS gripe for headlines prior to mid-terms to rally its minions?????

But say the LSD's, using their collection of illegal, dead, and printed virtual voters do manage to steal enough congressional seats in the mid-term election.

Then Trump still has 78 days until 01-03-2027 to address Iran as forcefully as needed.

Even If the LSD's do steal control and then resort to their usual ensuing Law-fare and Phony Impeachments tactics. It will only slow things down.

A US W76 90kt Neutron weapon popped for Max 5.0 PSI destruction might have some counter military effective radius.

But, consider the spread out deployment of Iranian military and leadership, several deployed that way would need to be used.

However, popping it, say at 1 mile up, would fry more command electronics.

The CCP companies would be supper rich selling replacement civilian electronics for many years.

#7  A quick search suggests that a MOAB would be effective against an underground installation due to overpressure effects and that physical penetration is not required.

Captagon pills seized by Syria’s Anti-Narcotics Administration
[North Press] Syria’s Anti-Narcotics Administration announced on Thursday the arrest of a suspected drug dealer and trafficker in Damascus following a security operation.

The Administration said the operation resulted in the seizure of 87,000 Captagon pills allegedly intended for trafficking. The suspect and the seized drugs were referred to the competent judiciary for the necessary legal proceedings, according to the department’s official platforms.

On Oct. 8, the Anti-Narcotics Administration announced that it had foiled an attempt to smuggle a large shipment of narcotics from Lebanon through the Jdeidet Yabous border crossing.

The shipment contained 395,000 Captagon pills, the department said.
