[Human Events Daily via PM] The Department of Justice has admitted that federal informants were used in the Oathkeepers investigation, and that they may be called to testify at trial in cases involving members of that organization who are alleged to have participated in the Capitol riot of January 6.
That should be Capitol “riot” in scare quotes, but the professional news media are stubborn.
This was revealed on Friday, on Human Events Daily.

Many of the heads of the FBI field offices are counter terrorism trained agents so when our current president who stole the election calls anyone who challenges his legitimacy or his policies terrorists and orders raids against them at their homes they are to do so as if they are terrorists.

Yes and this is why instead of a constant stream of groups being raided and paraded on TV, if things go kinetic you'll see something more along the lines of "What I saw at the coup".
[Insider] Speaking at the Texas Tribune Festival, Wyoming Rep. Liz Cheney said she would renounce her political party if Trump becomes the next Republican nominee for president.
"I'm gonna make sure Donald Trump — I'm gonna do everything I can to make sure he's not the nominee," Cheney told Evan Smith, CEO of The Texas Tribune, during the hourlong interview.
"And if he is the nominee, I won't be a Republican," she added. We already know that, traitor
Cheney, a second-generation Republican leader, has historically voted conservatively, following the political legacy of her father, Dick Cheney, who served as vice president under Republican President George W. Bush.
The vice chair of the Jan 6 committee has long made clear her separation from her party's support of former President Trump, despite largely supporting his policies. Newsweek reported Cheney voted with Trump 93% of the time while in office, but the two have publicly feuded over her refusal to endorse him personally.
"Knowing what I know now, I would not have voted for Donald Trump," Cheney said during the interview.
The recently primaried representative has been a key Republican House member in the investigation into the Jan 6 attack on the Capitol. One political strategist told Insider her campaign loss may enable Cheney to be bolder in the actions she takes against the former president since she no longer has to campaign for a Republican audience that still largely supports Trump.
[Justice.gov] The Higher Education Relief Opportunities for Students Act of 2003, Pub. L. No. 108-76, 117 Stat. 904, grants the Secretary of Education authority to reduce or eliminate the obligation to repay the principal balance of federal student loan debt, including on a class-wide basis in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, provided all other require- ments of the statute are satisfied.
August 23, 2022
MEMORANDUM OPINION FOR THE GENERAL COUNSEL DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION
The Higher Education Relief Opportunities for Students Act of 2003, Pub. L. No. 108-76, 117 Stat. 904 (2003) (codified at 20 U.S.C. §§ 1098aa–1098ee) (“HEROES Act of 2003,” or “HEROES Act”), vests the Secretary of Education (“Secretary”) with expansive authority to alleviate the hardship that federal student loan recipients may suffer as a result of national emergencies. The Act provides that the Secretary may “waive or modify any statutory or regulatory provision applicable to” federal student loan programs if the Secretary “deems” such actions “necessary to ensure that” certain statutory objectives are achieved. 20 U.S.C. § 1098bb(a)(1)–(2). One of those objectives is to ensure that “recipients of student financial assistance . . . are not placed in a worse position financially in relation to that financial assistance because of” a national emergency. Id. § 1098bb(a)(2)(A). In 2020, the Secretary in- voked this authority in response to the COVID -19 pandemic to suspend the repayment obligation and to waive interest payments on student loans for every borrower in the United States with a loan held by the federal government. See Federal Student Aid Programs, 85 Fed. Reg. 79,856, 79,862 (Dec. 11, 2020). Prior Secretaries have exercised the same authori- ty to categorically waive statutory and regulatory obligations for borrow- ers residing or working in a disaster area in connection with a national emergency and for borrowers who suffered economic hardship as a result of a national emergency. See, e.g., Federal Student Aid Programs, 77 Fed. Reg. 59,311, 59,314 (Sept. 27, 2012); Federal Student Aid Programs, 68 Fed. Reg. 69,312, 69,313–14 (Dec. 12, 2003).
And on it goes for 25 pages, which is entirely beyond my ability to read without falling asleep.

Let's be honest here. We all picked up the student loan tab when the federal government started guaranteeing them. When and how was always just a detail.

/\ The highly successful Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac programs are nationally recognized, federally backed mortgage institutions committed to providing the U.S. housing market liquidity, stability and affordability......equity.
I paid off my Student Loans in 2004 that were acquired between 1984 and 1995 finally. At one point, the amount totaled almost what my annual salary was back then.
[EPOCHTIMES] An Arizona judge on Friday lifted a 1973 injunction placed on the state’s child sacrifice abortion statute, restoring a law that effectively bans the practice outright.
Pima County Superior Court Judge Kellie Johnson ruled that a judgment and injunction signed nearly 50 years ago against statute ARS 13-3603 "no longer has any prospective application" in the wake of the U.S. Supreme Court ...the political football known as The Highest Court in the Land, home of penumbrae and emanations... overturning Roe v. Wade.
Under the restored statute, it is now only legal to perform an child sacrifice abortion in Arizona if "it is necessary to save" the woman’s life. This statute goes back to around 1901 and was the law of the land until the Supreme Court legalized child sacrifice abortion nationwide in 1973.
Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich, who after the Supreme Court’s June Roe ruling vowed to ask the court to vacate the injunction and restore the ban, hailed Johnson’s decision.

We are all going to go through these legal messes until the states, each state puts it to a vote. Right now there is hardly a politician or swamp rat that wants this. The political swamp dwellers want us to fight over it, burn the cities, so they can use it as fodder for the next election. When the state puts it to the people, instead of the state gaslighting the people, it will get resolved, on way or the other.

If we didn't have this hot topic, we might turn to address drugs and other crime. Can't have that.
[An Nahar] U.S. President Joe The Big Guy Biden ...46th president of the U.S. S I'm not working for you. Don't be such a horse's ass.... announced Wednesday another $2.9 billion for a fund aimed at helping to resolve global food insecurity caused in part by Russia's invasion of grain-producing Ukraine.
Biden will make the announcement in his speech to the U.N. General Assembly, the White House said. The money "builds on the $6.9 billion in U.S. government assistance to support global food security already committed this year," a statement said.
The White House said food supplies are being dangerously disrupted by "the compounding impacts of the pandemic, the deepening climate crisis, rising energy and fertilizer costs, and protracted conflicts -- including Russia's invasion of Ukraine."
The turmoil has "disrupted global supply chains and dramatically increased global food prices."
In particular, long-term drought has left parts of Somalia at risk of famine, the White House said.
"This new announcement of $2.9 billion will save lives through emergency interventions and invest in medium to long term food security assistance in order to protect the world's most vulnerable populations from the escalating global food security crisis."

How about spending some of that money on improving Americans lives instead? Let the rest of the world solve their problems themselves, they have the brains to do so, they just need the will to force them to do something about it instead of depending on Americans money to solve their 'problems' for them.
