So will the F-16s be useful? Yes, very. They are great air defense fighters for taking down larger drones and missiles and keeping the Russian aircraft 30km away from the front line.
Downside, the F-16s also have to stay 30km from the front line or they get knocked out of the sky as they don't have the same support as the US ones do. So mostly protecting Kiev and the factories while making the Russian jets dropping glide bombs nervous is their role for now.
