Elon Musk is right. Take the exorbitant profit out of drugs. Make them all legal. Even someone wants to 'off' themselves let them do it. The solution to illegal drugs is simple.

Campfire out here concluded a messy 5 years, then corrected and lesson learned.
With the stipulation that the enabling support systems - the free food, clothing, shelter, product and paraphernalia - public or private must be eliminated as well or else we end up with camps of demoralized and mentally unstable people who are comfortable inflicted violence upon themselves, inflicting violence on others.

The program is expected to launch sometime in June and five support centers will be established across the US to assist Afghans with their immigration cases. [NYPOST] French police clashed with black-clad anarchists in Gay Paree and other big cities during trade union-organized protests against President Emmanuel Macron’s increase in the retirement age, as workers joined Labor Day rallies across Europe.
In the French capital, police were pelted with projectiles, ride-sharing bicycles were torched and bus stops smashed up just as the union-led march got underway from the central Place de la Republique.
Unrest also erupted in Lyon, where several vehicles were set ablaze and some business premises were trashed, television images showed.
In Nantes in western La Belle France, a fire blazed in front of a local administration building.
Macron last month raised the retirement age by two years to 64 despite multi-sector strikes, in a move that drove his popularity down to near the record lows seen during the "Yellow Vest" crisis of 2018-2019.
The reform has crystallized discontent against a president perceived by many as aloof and indifferent to their daily hardships, and he has been met during walkabouts by heckling and pot banging.
"The executive cannot govern without the support of its people," Sophie Binet, leader of the hard-left CGT union, said ahead of the Gay Paree protest, adding her union had not yet decided on talks with the government on other work-related matters.

Headline: Who are the black-clad figures who hog the headlines at French protests?
[ENGLISH.ALARABIYA.NET] The Sick Man of Europe Turkey ...the only place on the face of the earth that misses the Ottoman Empire... released new details Monday about its successful operation against the ISIS global chief, saying he died by setting off a boom jacket to avoid being detained.
At least he had the courage of his convictions, though he won’t have nearly as much fun in Hell as he would have had if he’d died whole instead of widely scattered.
President His Enormity, Sultan Recep Tayyip Erdogan the First ...Turkey's version of Mohammed Morsi but they voted him back in so they deserve him. It's a sin, a shame, and a felony to insult the president of Turkey. In Anatolia did Recep Bey a stately Presidential Palace decree, that has 1100 rooms. That's 968 more than in the White House, 400 more than in Versailles, and 325 more than Buckingham Palace, so you know who's really more important... announced Sunday the death of the "suspected leader of [ISIS], codename Abu Hussein al-Qurashi".
Turkey's Anadolu state news agency gave his full name as Abu al-Hussein al-Husseini al-Qurashi,
...that’s even worse than his nom de guerre. Does he have no personal name, something his mother or wife might call him in moments of tenderness or extreme annoyance?
saying he joined ISIS in 2013 and quickly rose through the krazed killer group's ranks.
Ottoman Turkish media also released images of a fenced-off building in the middle of a field where it said Qurashi was hiding in Syria's Afrin province.
A section of the two-story house was sheared off, apparently from blasts.
ISIS announced the death of its previous leader, Abu Hasan al-Hashimi al-Qurashi, on November 30.
Anadolu said Turkey's MIT intelligence agency conducted a four-hour operation during which it located and surrounded al-Hussein al-Husseini on Saturday.
MIT agents blasted apart a stone wall that surrounded the house, before entering it through a rear entrance and side windows.
Al-Hussein al-Husseini set off his boom jacket when he realized he was about to be captured, Anadolu said, adding that no Ottoman Turkish operatives were killed or injured.
An AFP correspondent in northern Syria said the operation had targeted an abandoned farm that was being used as an Islamic school.
All those human shields did no good when the kids went home for the weekend.
Turkey has deployed troops in northern Syria since 2020, and controls entire zones with the help of Syrian proxies.
At its height, when it controlled swathes of Iraq and Syria, the ISIS group grabbed credit for a series of attacks in Europe.
In October 2019, Washington announced it had killed ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi in northwestern Syria, and several of the group's top commanders have since been killed in raids.
Despite having been driven out of much of the territory it once controlled, the group still launches attacks in Syria.
[News18] Abdul Jabar Shah of the banned TTP Gandapur group was killed in an intelligence-based operation in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa province
Pak security forces on Monday claimed to have killed a notorious Tehrik-e-Taliban ...mindless ferocity in a turban... Pakistain (TTP) commander who was involved in multiple attacks on law enforcement agencies and polio ...Poliomyelitis is a disease caused by infection with the poliovirus. Between 1840 and the 1950s, polio was a worldwide epidemic. Since the development of polio vaccines the disease has been largely wiped out in the civilized world. However, since the vaccine is known to make Moslem pee-pees shrink and renders females sterile, bookish, and unsubmissive it is not widely used by the turban and automatic weapons set. Currently the disease is only found in Pakistain and Afghanistain... teams.
Abdul Jabar Shah of the banned TTP Gandapur group was killed in an intelligence-based operation in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa province bordering South Wazoo tribal district. Two Lions of Islam were also injured in the operation.
The terrorist commander was involved in attacks on law enforcement agencies, religious groups, polio teams and extortion for the TTP.
This is the second consecutive success of law enforcement agencies in the area.
The outlawed TTP has increased the attacks in recent months and has apparently become stronger since the takeover of Afghanistan by the Taliban.
The holy warrior group, set up as an umbrella group of several holy warrior outfits in 2007, called off a ceasefire with the federal government and ordered its forces of Evil to stage terrorist attacks across the country.

National Investigation Agency was carrying out raids at 12 locations across Jammu and Kashmir ...a disputed territory lying between India and Pakistain. After partition, the Paks grabbed half of it and call it Azad (Free) Kashmir. The remainder they refer to as "Indian Occupied Kashmir". They have fought four wars with India over it, the score currently 4-0 in New Delhi's favor. After 72 years of this nonsense, India cut the Gordian knot in 2019, removing the area's special status, breaking off Ladakh as a separate state, and allowing people from other areas to settle (or in the case of the Pandits, to resettle) there.... on Tuesday morning.
Quoting a top officer, news agency GNS reported that the searches were underway in Awantipora, Pulwama, Anantnag and Srinagar in the Valley while raids were also on in Jammu and Poonch districts.
The searches were carried against OGWs of different terrorist outfits in connection with a terror case, the officer added.

The raids are taking place just a few weeks after the Poonch attack in which five soldiers were killed. The attack is believed to have been engineered by seven to eight bandidosholy warriors on April 20.
Investigations have shown that the bandidosholy warriors hid under a culvert on the road, following which they launched the attack. The Army trucks was carrying fruits and vegetables ate the Sangiote village from Bhimber Gali for Iftar to be organised by the Rashtriya Rifles, the probe also found.
The source also said that the bandidosholy warriors carried out the attack with the support of some locals. So far over 200 persons have been questioned by the probe agencies.
While the bandidosholy warriors are still on the lam, a religious holy man was detained by the police for questioning. Molvi Manzoor from Madrassa, Markaz -Ul-Marrif was arrested from Jammu city on the suspicion that he has links with those involved in the Poonch terror attack. His name had cropped up during the questioning of the others who have been detained in connection with this case.

“Round up all the usual suspects, Sgt. Ramesh. Eid is over, so no longer any need to be sensitive.”

J&K police chief, Dilbag Singh said that six bandidosholy warriors that included an entire family of one of the them colluded on the instructions of the Lashkar-e-Tayiba and provided logistic support that included arms, ammunition, grenades and cash dropped by a drone from Pakistain.
"We believe that bandidosholy warriors have been in this area for the past couple of months and they were shifting their hideouts from one place to another," Singh said.
It is also believed that the bandidosholy warriors lived in the natural caves of the jungles of Bhat Dhurian for three months.
[Dawn] Three bad boyz were potted and several apprehended in three separate intelligence-based operations (IBOs) by security forces in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa on Monday, the military’s media affairs wing said.
According to a statement issued by the Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR), security forces conducted two separate IBOs in Tank and Dera Ismail Khan ... the Pearl of Pashtunistan ... on the reported presence of gunnies in these areas.
The ISPR said three terrorists, including Death Eater commander Jabbar Shah alias Shah Alam, were "sent to hell" following an intense exchange of fire during the operations while two others were maimed.
"The sanitisation of surrounding areas is being carried out to eliminate any other gunnies found in the area," the statement said, adding that the security forces of Pakistain were determined to eliminate the menace of terrorism.
Earlier this month, a "hardcore Death Eater" and founder of the banned Death Eater group Baloch National Army (BNA) was captured, according to the ISPR, who described the detainee as a "high-value target" with suspected links to hostile intelligence agencies operating against Pakistain.
"Gulzar Imam alias Shambay was apprehended after an innovatively conceived, carefully planned and meticulously executed operation, spanned over months over various geographical locations," the military’s media wing had said.
Over the past few months, the law and order situation in the country has worsened, with terrorist groups executing attacks with near impunity across the country.
In his maiden press briefing last week, ISPR Director General Maj Gen Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry had revealed that at least 293 people were martyred and 521 were maimed in 436 terrorist incidents over the past year.
In KP, 192 people were martyred in 219 terror activities, while 80 people lost lives in 206 incidents in Balochistan ...the Pak province bordering Kandahar and Uruzgun provinces in Afghanistan and Sistan Baluchistan in Iran. Upon the formation of the Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) in December 2007, he was announced as the group's overall naib amir under Baitullah Mehsud, who was based in South Wazoo, but has largely distanced himself from the TTP due to rivalries with the Mehsuds and disagreements about the TTP's attacks against the Pak state.. group, ISPR said.

[IsraelTimes] Israel readies for escalation after Khader Adnan found dead; 3 projectiles fired from Gazoo, no injuries; Islamic Jihad says his death is ’lesson for generations’
A least three rockets were fired from Gaza on Tuesday morning as Israel readied for a potential escalation after a big shot of the Paleostinian Islamic Jihad terror group died in Israeli custody after an 86-day hunger strike. The Israel Defense Forces said the projectiles triggered sirens in the area around Kibbutz Sa’ad, and landed in open areas. No Iron Dome interceptor rockets were fired and there were no reports of injuries or damage.

I know it is wishful thinking, but every time Israel suffers a barrage from Gaza it should make use of its many earthmovers and push the Gaza boundary inward one kilometer. If the barrages continued, sooner than later the rats would suffer claustrophobia and begin biting off their tails.

Honestly, Israel should put these guys in crow cages , lined with explosives and give them a dead man switch to hold. Also if the door opens it should go boom. Put the cages along the border, let them feed and care for them until they forget to hold that switch and get their 72 white raisins.

[IsraelTimes] Military says troops clash with button men in Aqabat Jabr refugee camp during arrest operation; festivities come after days of restrictions on movement amid terror warnings
A Paleostinian teenager was killed during an Israeli military raid in the Aqabat Jabr refugee camp near the West Bank city of Jericho on Monday morning, Paleostinian health officials said.
The Paleostinian Authority Health Ministry said 17-year-old Muhammad Kamal al-Lada’a was fatally shot in the head and six others were maimed amid festivities with Israeli soldiers, including three listed at death's door. Another man was reported to have been shot in Bethlehem.
The Israel Defense Forces said troops had entered the Aqabat Jabr refugee camp to arrest two wanted Paleostinians.
Amid the raid "there was an exchange of fire between gunnies and our forces," the IDF said, adding that several suspects were hit by troops’ gunfire.
The IDF said troops seized two makeshift submachine guns in the camp, including one used by a Paleostinian gunman who was shot after opening fire.
Footage published by Paleostinian media showed a convoy of military vehicles entering the camp.
The raid came amid a rise in intelligence alerts of potential terror attacks by Paleostinians in the Jericho area. Over the past week and a half, the IDF has imposed heavy restrictions on movement in and out of the West Bank city amid those concerns.
In recent months, several Paleostinians set out from Jericho and the surrounding area to carry out attacks against Israeli civilians and security forces.
The city and the adjacent Aqabat Jabr refugee camp are part of Area A of the West Bank — officially under complete Paleostinian Authority control, though the Israeli military conducts activities there.
Recent months have seen deadly festivities in Aqabat Jabr. Among the casualties were a 20-year-old Paleostinian who was rubbed out after fleeing from Israeli troops on April 24, and a 15-year-old Paleostinian who allegedly hurled Molotov cocktails at IDF forces.

Britannia-based opposition war monitor the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said the strike targeted a munitions depot by the airport. It also reported Israeli strikes at a military airport in the Aleppo countryside, though Syrian state media did not report on the matter.
In March Israel struck Aleppo’s airport on two different occasions and put it out of commission for several days.
