AFG STILL COUNTRY MOST IMPACTED BY TERRORISM — The Institute for Economics & Peace published a report on global terrorist deaths in 2022. Since the Taliban now control the government and are not included in terrorist attack counts, terror-related deaths in Afghanistan dropped 58% and terror attacks dropped 75%. However, Afghanistan is still considered the country in the world most impacted by terrorism. Notably, Pakistan’s terror-related death toll rose from 292 to 643 over the last year.

[ShabelleMedia] Somalia’s armed forces court on Wednesday morning executed three men convicted of working with al-Shabaab ...... an Islamic infestation centering on Somalia attempting to metastasize into Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, and similar places, all of which have enough problems without them... , the al-Qaeda affiliate in East Africa.
The convicts — Mohammed Abdulle Abkow (Biyamalow), Sharif Mohammed Barqadle (Jeego) and Mohammed Abdi Nur Jirow (Dr. Fanah) faced the firing squad in the morning.
Dr Fanah masqueraded as a specialised medical doctor and an army major to hide from the eyes of the security agencies. He also used Govt and aid agencies’ IDs.
The fake doctor said in an interview prior to his execution that he acquired military uniforms, decorated with the rank of ’major’ and identity cards from the ministry of health.
He arranged suicide kabooms in Mogadishu, including one targeted delegates representing Somaliland during the election of the members of parliament last year.
The court said Jeego, a former army officer allowed Al-Shabaab boom-mobiles to pass through checkpoints and park at busy commercial areas in Mogadishu, including Village Hotel and Restaurant, Bar Italia, Agaweyne — Bilsan Restaurant and Lido beach.
All of the car kabooms that occured in 2019 claimed the lives of at least 27 people.
The security agencies of the government succeeded in arresting the men after getting their information of working in the name of the army to facilitate al-Shabaab attacks.
The military court appears to have expedited the executions weeks after the government began a military offensive against al-Shabaab. Dozens of bully boyz were executed.
Today’s execution came 24 hours after at least five people were killed and 11 others maimed, including Gedo governor, in a suicide attack in southern Somalia, police said.
[Breitbart] A woman stabbed in what is thought to have been a terror attack in England last week is an American spy, it is now thought.
One man has been arrested under UK terrorism law in relation to the incident, which took place in a car park close to both the world-famous Cheltenham race course, and the famous ‘donut’ building of Britain’s Government Communications Headquarters (GCHQ), a UK spy agency roughly equivalent to the NSA in the United States.
According to a report by the Daily Mail the single female victim of the incident is now thought to be related to intelligence gathering, with the publication claiming that she is an American spy on secondment to a UK government agency.
No details have been given as to what U.S. agency the woman is a part of, nor why she was working in Britain.
GCHQ is said to be taking last week’s attack “seriously”, but it has not yet been made public whether the victim was attacked randomly, or was specifically targeted in the incident.
Original reporting indicated that the woman was badly injured in the attack, with news outlets having since said that she has undergone surgery that has left her in an allegedly stable condition.
Little information has also been revealed about the alleged attacker by official sources, other than that he is a 29-year-old male, and that police have now searched a property in the town thought to be linked to the suspect.
Yesterday police were searching a property in Cheltenham connected to the alleged offender.
The incident took place just three miles from the headquarters of the intelligence and security agency whose staff work to identify and disrupt terror plots across the UK.
Yesterday local residents suggested the victim was known to the suspect and the pair had been arguing in the car beforehand.
‘They were either parked or had pulled into the car park when she was stabbed and then she managed to get out of the car and get to the leisure centre,’ one neighbour said.
‘There were two ambulances and then the police arrested the bloke in the car.’

[Shafaq News] Six people were killed in a Ottoman Turkish military helicopter crash in an oil field in Iraqi Kurdistan on Wednesday, according to a security source.
The incident took place in the Khairi mountain of Jamanki district, located north of Dohuk Governorate in the Kurdistan Region.
"The accident occurred due to bad weather," the source explained. The Ottoman Turkish military or the Iraqi authorities have provided no further information.
Rudaw adds:
Videos submitted to Rudaw on Wednesday evening depicted employees of an oil company running away from a large fire as the sound of sirens played in the background.
"Two helicopters were flying around the area. One of them broke down and spun around twice, before crashing and catching fire," Haval Mohammed, an employee of the company and an eyewitness to the crash, told Rudaw's Nasir Ali.
A military official, who spoke on the condition of anonymity, told Rudaw that seven bodies have been recovered from the crash, adding that their bodies have been completely burnt.
As of the time of this writing, the reason for the helicopter’s crash and whether it belonged to the Iraqi armed forces or a foreign country remain unclear.
Reports circulated following the crash suggesting that the helicopter belonged to The Sick Man of Europe Turkey ...just another cheapjack Moslem dictatorship, brought to you by the Moslem Brüderbund... ’s armed forces. The Ottoman Turkish defense ministry quickly denied the reports, saying no helicopters belonging to the Ottoman Turkish armed forces were in the air in that region.

[IsraelTimes] Four unarmed Paleostinians are detained by Israeli troops after infiltrating into Israel from the Gazoo ...Hellhole adjunct to Israel and Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, inhabited by Gazooks. The place was acquired in the wake of the 1967 War and then presented to Paleostinian control in 2006 by Ariel Sharon, who had entered his dotage. It is currently ruled with an iron fist by Hamaswith about the living conditions you'd expect. It periodically attacks the Hated Zionist Entity whenever Iran needs a ruckus created or the hard boyz get bored, getting thumped by the IDF in return. The ruling turbans then wave the bloody shirt and holler loudly about oppression and disproportionate response... Strip this morning, the military says.
The Israel Defense Forces says soldiers operating surveillance cameras spotted the suspects crossing the barrier in the central part of Gaza.
Troops dispatched to the scene arrested the four adjacent to the border fence, and are taking them to the Shin Bet for further questioning, the IDF says.
[IsraelTimes] Military releases details of Monday morning blast; says suspect, armed with explosives belt, hitched ride back to Lebanon border before being shot dead by security forces
The Israeli military suspects the Lebanese Hezbollah terror group is behind a blast on a highway in northern Israel that seriously maimed a man earlier this week, the Israel Defense Forces and Shin Bet security agency said Wednesday.
The alleged terrorist was rubbed out on the Lebanese border several hours after the attack on Monday. He was armed with an explosives belt at the time.
On Monday morning, a bomb planted on the side of the Route 65 highway near the Megiddo Junction went kaboom!, seriously wounding Shareef ad-Din, 21, from the Arab village of Salem.
Many details surrounding the blast were kept under wraps due to the ongoing investigation, which was spearheaded by the Shin Bet.
The bomb itself was considered unusual according to the IDF, and did not appear to be similar to bombs used by Paleostinians in recent months. Ad-Din’s car that was hit by the shrapnel was around 30 meters (98 feet) away from the device.
Following the blast, troops began to close roads and search for the suspected terrorist who planted the bomb.
On Monday afternoon, several hours after the earth-shattering kaboom, soldiers spotted a vehicle with the suspected Lebanese terrorist near the northern Israeli town of Ya’ara, close to the border with Lebanon Hezbollahstan ...Formerly inhabited by hardy Phoenecian traders, its official language is now Arabic, with the usual unpleasant side effects. ... , the IDF said.
Officers of the elite police Yamam counterterrorism unit and Shin Bet officers shot up the suspect, killing him. The IDF said the suspect was a "clear danger" to the security forces and had a primed explosives belt on him at the time.
Several more weapons were found in the vehicle, according to the IDF.
"The assessment is that neutralizing the terrorist prevented another attack," the IDF said. "No recidivism, and it saved money too"
The military said the suspected terrorist crossed into Israel from Lebanon overnight between Saturday and Sunday and planted the bomb, possibly on behalf of the Iran-backed Hezbollah.
The exact manner in which the suspect crossed into Israel was still being investigated, as were his potential links to Hezbollah. The IDF said it expects that ongoing construction work to build a wall along the northern frontier, to replace an aging fence, would be completed within two years.
The IDF said there were no other known murderous Moslems who had infiltrated into Israel with the suspect and is believed to have been alone during the attack.
Following the Monday morning attack at the Megiddo Junction, the alleged terrorist hitched a ride to northern Israel.
The driver of the car was detained by officers at the scene, before being released after questioning on Wednesday. He was not believed to have been involved in the attack.
The Megiddo Junction is around 60 kilometers (37 miles) from the Lebanon border.
The military said it was continuing to investigate the circumstances of the incident, including how he managed to reach the junction.
There were no special security instructions for residents, and the IDF said it would remain on alert for potential Hezbollah attacks in northern Israel.
The IDF said the details of the incident remained unpublished for more than two days because it wanted to wait to find out exactly who was behind the bombing attack.
The censorship came under criticism by civilians and analysts, as unsubstantiated rumors regarding the incidents spread on social media, leaving many worried and confused.
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu held a security assessment with Defense Minister Yoav Gallant on Wednesday afternoon regarding the incident. On Tuesday, Gallant’s office also said the defense minister had held a number of security assessments over the previous day due to the attack.

A security source from the Asayish told North Press that their forces have deployed since early morning in search of ISIS sleeper cells, forbidden weapons, and drugs.
The Asayish also imposed a curfew in the neighborhood before launching combing and inspection operations.
It is worth mentioning that a prison where ISIS bully boyz are held is located inside the neighborhood, which witnessed tension and security unrest days ago.
On the same day, commandos units of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) deployed in the vicinity of al-Sinaa Prison and a nearby US base in Hasakah city, coinciding with information, indicating that ISIS affiliates are preparing for riots in the prisons and in the Hawl Camp, which holds around 50.000 of the family members of ISIS turbans.
