She wants to force farmers to stop using mechanized equipment. Just the draft horses needed to operate the farms would take about 40 to 50 years to breed from the few remaining stocks left in the US. By the way draft horses fart big time.

Garbage Cortez is such a dead end. I learned something today. If you are an immigrant living in this country and start a business no taxes for ten years. Then in ten years transfer ownership to a family member and get another ten years with no taxes. I don't know if this is true but it appears to be what is being done here.

Most likely not. Was it "her money?" Marxists don't believe in that. Did the application of funds produce a "profit?" The existence of a tax bill would suggest so, but in Marxist New York that's far from a given.

Although the article is short on specifics, I'll surmise that the state tax bill is from the years 2012, 2013 and 2014. Here's how they calculate corporate income taxes in NY state, so I'll go with the '250K to 500K' fixed income minimum tax of $500 per year for those three years, with interest and penalties thrown in.
Also - part of that article reads like she owed the NY Secretary of State's office some dough (for not filing the required annual reports) to boot, because they 'dissolved' the company in 2016. Generally speaking an administrative dissolution happens after 2 or 3 years of nonfiling.
