[DAWN] The attorney for President Donald Trump ...New York real estate developer, described by Dems as illiterate, racist, misogynistic, and what ever other unpleasant descriptions they can think of, elected by the rest of us as 45th President of the United States... 's former personal lawyer, Michael Cohen, says the president's advisers dangled the possibility of a pardon last year.
Lanny Davis, Cohen's lawyer, said in a written statement on Thursday that his client was "open to the ongoing 'dangling' of a possible pardon by Trump representatives privately and in the media" in the months after the FBI raided Cohen's home, office and hotel room in April 2018.
Davis, who was not Cohen's lawyer at the time, says Cohen "directed his attorney" to explore a possible pardon with Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani and others on Trump's legal team.
The statement appears to contradict Cohen's sworn testimony last week at a House Oversight Committee hearing that he had never asked for, and would not accept, a pardon from Trump.
The Senate intelligence committee is interested in re-interviewing Donald Trump Jr. and other witnesses after President Donald Trump's former lawyer, Michael Cohen, spoke to the committee last week.
That's according to a person familiar with the probe who requested anonymity to discuss the confidential investigation. The committee first interviewed Trump Jr. in 2017.
Maine Sen. Susan Collins, a Republican member of the panel, said Thursday on CNN that senators "clearly need to re-interview some witnesses whose accounts (Cohen) contradicts." She did not name the witnesses.
Cohen told a House committee last week that he had briefed Trump Jr. approximately 10 times about a plan to build a Trump Tower in Moscow. Trump Jr. told the Senate Judiciary Committee in 2017 he was only "peripherally aware" of the proposal.

[Breitbart] President Donald Trump criticized Democrats for failing to condemn Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) for antisemitic comments on Friday, calling them the "anti-Israel party."
"They’ve become an anti-Israel party, they have become an anti-Jewish party, and that’s too bad," Trump said about the Democrat party.
The president commented on the controversy as he left the White House to tour tornado damage in Alabama and Georgia.

President Trump is trying to separate currently Democrat, Israel-loving Jewish Americans from the rest, especially those who are large donors and organizers for the party. This is smart politicking, even if those who leave the other party do not choose to become Republicans.

..nah, the Nazis were National Socialist. This bunch are international globalists, thus the obstruction to sovereign borders, and are therefore communists.
[Breitbart] House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) said this week that Texas will be "ground zero" for Democrats in 2020 and predicted that when Texas turns blue soon, it will change the country and the world.
"Texas is ground zero for us in the next election," Pelosi reportedly said at the Travis County Democratic Party’s Johnson Bentsen Richards Dinner. "When you helped win in 2018, you were doing something very patriotic for America and when we win a great Democratic victory ‐ and it’s essential that we win the victory in 2020 ‐ we will know that that victory was our destiny."
Pelosi told activists to know the power that they have to change the country‐and the world‐by turning Texas blue and giving Democrats the Lone Star State’s 38 Electoral College votes.
"Know your power, this state is so important," Pelosi reportedly said. "When it turns ‐ and it will soon ‐ it will make a difference not only in Texas and the lives of individual people here, it will make a difference in the country and it will make a difference in the world."
President Donald Trump carried Texas by nine percentage points over Hillary Clinton in 2016, and Democrats became more optimistic about turning Texas into a battleground state in 2020 after former Rep. Robert Francis "Beto" O’Rourke narrowly lost his 2018 Senate race to Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX).
After O’Rourke’s came within 2.6 percentage points of defeating Cruz, Texas Democratic Party Chairman Gilberto Hinojosa told the Texas Tribune that "turning Texas blue is not an event, it’s a process."
"And I think 2020 will put us, if not blue, purple ‐ deep purple," he reportedly added.
As the Tribune noted, "Texas hasn’t voted for a Democrat for president since Jimmy Carter in 1976. The last time both parties made a serious play for the state’s electoral votes was in 1996, when President Bill Clinton campaigned here for his re-election ahead of Election Day. Bob Dole won the state by 4.9 percentage points."
Top super PACs on the left, though, are reportedly planning to spend massive amounts in Texas if the Democrat is within striking distance of Trump in 2020.
Texas could soon have two Democrats running for president to challenge Trump. Julian Castro, the former San Antonio mayor, is already in the race and O’Rourke, who has ruled out running for Senate in 2020 against Sen. John Cornyn (R-TX), is reportedly set to announce his 2020 decision this month. This is why Nancy is opposed to border security. She knows those Third World immigrants, legal and otherwise, are the key to turning Texas blue and she knows it's game over when they do. It's exactly what they did to California. The wonder to me is why Trump won't call her on it.

What Piglosi doesn't know is that while she was jaw jacking, the Texas State Guard are on the border effectively keeping Piglosi's illegals out under the command of the Texas governor. The Alamo has not fallen yet.

As a Texan, it is only a matter of time before the state turns blue. With the influx of Californian and lefties from other states we’re doomed. Not to mention all the effing Indians.

Area re-population, an old Shaka kaSenzangakhona and current day communist technique. Happening in Georgia as well. Both the English language and local Ebonics are under attack.
Some keep to themselves and do not speak, but the New York, New Jersey, and California car tags give them away. I believe they have up to a year to convert the tags. Operator conversion seldom happens.

Meanwhile, the Chamber of Commerce will congratulate themselves on population increases even as they're sent to GULAG, and Trump will make speeches lauding immigration to CPAC.
Don't worry folks Magic Dirt Civic Nationalism will turn them into good Americans.
[Daily Mail] Rep. Ilhan Omar tries to BLAME the reporter who quoted her saying Obama got 'away with murder' on drone strikes for 'distorting' her words, but then bizarrely releases audio that proves the journalist was right.
A day after her comments prompted a House vote condemning anti-Semitism, Democratic Rep. Ilhan Omar landed herself in a new controversy by claiming a reporter misquoted her bashing former President Barack Obama – and then releasing audio of the interview that appears to back him up.
Omar, 37, told Politico Magazine that while she finds some of President Donald Trump's initiatives objectionable, Obama escaped the consequences of his own 'bad policies' because of his 'pretty face.'
After the news outlet quoted from the interview, Omar tweeted that the result was '[e]xhibit A of how reporters distort words. I'm an Obama fan!'
'I was saying how Trump is different from Obama, and why we should focus on policy not politics. This is why I always tape my interviews,' she added, along with a winking, tongue-out emoji and nearly two minutes of audio.
DailyMail.com reviewed and transcribed the recording, which supports what Politico reporter Tim Alberta wrote.

[Townhall] Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton backed legislation Friday that would require the State Department to bring back a "Reproductive Rights" section in their annual Human Rights report. Clinton claimed the term’s omission was "dangerous" and also advocated for a global right to access abortion.
"By requiring annual reporting on women's access to basic health care like contraception, safe abortion, and maternal health care around the world," she wrote. "Congress can make sure the rights of women and girls will no longer be up for grabs in each election."
"I introduced reproductive rights sections to the reports while I was secretary of state because access to reproductive health care is a protected human right affecting women's right to life, equality, and freedom from inhumane treatment," she emphasized.
The State Department explained why they chose to omit the term last spring. Michael Kozak, ambassador for the Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor, told reporters that the section on reproductive rights was omitted because abortion is not a human right.
