[ZeroHedge] New revelations from Rep. Anna Paulina Luna expose Jeffrey Epstein’s network as a sophisticated honeypot operation likely tied to foreign intelligence, designed to compromise powerful figures through sex trafficking and blackmail.
Luna, leading the congressional probe, asserts the scandal runs deeper than previously known, with inconsistencies in plea deals for key female accomplices fueling suspicions of a cover-up to protect the elite.
Based on evidence reviewed in the investigation, Luna stated that Jeffrey Epstein was running an intelligence-gathering operation, stating “In my professional opinion, I do believe it was a honeypot operation.”
“It has become very evident…that Jeffrey Epstein was running an intelligence gathering operation,” Luna continued, noting “We might be able to get justice.”
She elaborated, “I do believe that Jeffrey Epstein was targeting many politicians, many influential people, especially in regards to economic policy. I do believe that it was possible that not just (Bill Clinton), but Secretary Clinton as well as a number of other people were targeted.”
Luna called for subpoenas on four women identified as co-conspirators: Sarah Kellen, Nadia Marcinkova, Adriana Ross, and Lesley Groff.
These individuals received immunity under Epstein’s 2008 non-prosecution agreement, despite allegations of scheduling abuse, recruiting victims, and participating in acts.
Luna also highlighted other discrepancies, such as Susan Hamblin sending an email in which she told Epstein his “littlest girl was naughty,” yet receiving victim status and a plea deal.
The Congresswoman also pointed to Nadia Marcinkova, who sent explicit emails as an adult co-conspirator but was granted victim status.
In another major development in the case, former President Bill Clinton testified under oath that President Trump was not involved at all with Epstein to his knowledge. Luna confirmed, “President Trump has been exonerated. He is not considered a person of interest in our Congressional investigation.”
Fresh documents from the mass file release have also revealed a shocking intrusion into the FBI’s NYC office on Super Bowl Sunday in 2023, resulting in the loss of approximately 100TB of evidence.
FBI Special Agent Aaron Spivack detailed the breach in a declaration, stating, “500 terabytes of data was gone as a result of the intrusion. I was able to recover about 400 terabytes of that data, however. I was told to Google how to recover the data. No one else tried to help us.”
Spivack described discovering unusual activity: “Around 3:30pm or so we located the log files and began combing through, which is when we noticed strange IP activity that took place yesterday from two IP addresses. The activity included combing through certain files pertaining to the Epstein investigation.”
He continued, “I reached out to one of the case agents to see if they were in the office yesterday, thinking that maybe they inadvertently changed a setting on the NAS or if they noticed anything strange about them.”
Further investigation revealed, “Around 4/4:30pm we dove into the IPs and checked all of our computers to see which had the IPs in question. One computer, our discovery computer, matched one of them and is located in a room next to the lab. The other IP is one we don’t recognize, but it is the same address as the IP on our network, leading us to believe it was a computer that accessed our network somehow.”
Spivack concluded, “We were not able to identify the computer, but it had to have accessed our network either by being plugged into the network, or possibly by telnetting in virtually.”
This breach raises serious questions about security lapses and potential efforts to suppress evidence in the Epstein case. "We have our TOP MEN on it. TOP. MEN."
These disclosures build on anomalies detailed in our prior reports, where DOJ documents referenced Epstein’s death as a “MURDER” and highlighted red flags like mismatched autopsy details and missing footage.
The inconsistencies point to elite protection of the operation.

I would like to see all the accomplices charged, all the Johns charged and if there is the evidence to support those charges- for a honeypot operation there should be - I would like to see Maureen Comey charged. If she conspired to let all these folks that violated kids off, she ought to be accountable for that. Her defense will make an argument to dismiss that will likely win, but that forces them to put a technical argument on paper for all to see. It’s kids. Scorch the earth.

In Trump-style, Friedrich Merz announced on February 25 the climax of his China trip: the conclusion of a major order for the European aerospace giant Airbus. China will acquire 120 aircraft, models A320, A350—details to follow later—ordered from the company that has become the most successful "success child" of the European project.
The Chinese hosts are politely attentive: they don’t let the Chancellor return home empty-handed and grant him quick fame in the 2026 super-election year. Images, headlines, pathos—the stage is set. The Chancellor as doer, as promoter of German and European interests, as a foreign-policy acquirer in global competition—a German Donald Trump?
A sober look at the numbers puts the theatrics in perspective. Year after year, Chinese customers fill Airbus’s order books with hundreds of aircraft. Major orders from China are no exception; they are part of a long-established procurement rhythm. Demand is structural, not spontaneous—the production slots had long been planned and coincided with the Chancellor’s trip by chance.
A media storm in Trump-style, with the small but crucial difference that the U.S. president returns from foreign trips with real investments in his industry’s production capacity. Factories are built, sites expanded, capital flows measurably into American value creation. Whatever the magic formula—tariffs, deregulated economy, robust growth—America attracts real investments, binding capital and industrial substance domestically.
Friedrich Merz, by contrast, presents routine industrial orders as personal triumphs. He frames scheduled large orders as the result of his diplomatic prowess—a German deal-maker in action. But the crucial difference is that for career politician Merz, only media impact counts. One brings production capacity home; the other brings press releases.
Let’s credit Merz: his trip falls during a critical election phase. In such moments, images, gestures, and quickly digestible wins matter. Fleeting triumphs feed the narrative of the doer in the chancellery, regardless of catastrophic domestic performance.
It is also reassuring that Germany continues to receive the highest protocol honors in China and that Beijing evidently values German history more than the sad present. Reception in the Great Hall of the People by Premier Li Qiang, a personal audience with President Xi Jinping, evening dinner, military welcome at the airport. The choreography is flawless: flags, honor guards, carefully staged images. Protocol-wise, Germany still plays in the Champions League.
Geopolitically, however, the picture is different. Merz called China a "strategic partner" before the trip without defining what this means in the current world situation. Beijing firmly backs Moscow in the Ukraine war. How does the Chancellor think the EU’s 20 sanction packages against Russia affect relations with Beijing? Every new measure against Russia is not just a signal to the Kremlin but also a geopolitical marker toward China....
China sees Europe as a dumping ground for surplus production—Europe as a decaying heir of the colonial era. European markets absorb domestic overcapacity. Structural dependency on resources like rare earths and energy grows. The leverage is not in Europe.
The era of European dominance is over. Moral self-assertion against factual dependence? Helpless. Puerile. Expensively paid.
Friedrich Merz’s visit to China was a campaign appearance for the CDU. He followed diplomatic protocols but was substantively unremarkable. The images were staged; strategic impact remains limited. Europe deserves better policy.

[JTN] Walz sparked backlash from Republicans, especially as Minnesota state officials are accused of being complicit in the alleged fraud.
Fraud investigations in Minnesota are heating up as state Republicans push for stricter oversight and accountability measures.
As part of that effort, they are highlighting the need for a statewide independent Office of the Inspector General.
State Senator Michael Kreun, R-Blaine, helped sponsor the legislation to form that office and has been a staunch advocate for it.
“An independent statewide Office of the Inspector General is essential to provide nonpartisan oversight, promoting transparency and accountability by investigating fraud, waste, abuse, and mismanagement across government agencies,” Kreun told The Center Square in an interview. “Operating independently ensures that audits are objective, free from political interference, and focused on protecting taxpayer funds and upholding ethics.”
The office would have broad authority to investigate all providers, recipients, and agencies. Similar legislation was proposed last year but died without Democrat support.
Democrats say they are serious about addressing fraud though. On Thursday, Gov. Tim Walz announced his own “comprehensive anti-fraud package.”
“You can trust me on this. The person who’s angriest about this fraud is me,” Walz said during a press conference. Oh, I don't think so...
Yet, the Democrat also expressed doubt about fraud in Minnesota and concern with President Donald Trump and his recent announcement that his administration is declaring a “war on fraud.”
“They used false pretense to come in on Metro Surge and we saw the catastrophic damage that was done and the deaths,” Walz said. “Now we’re seeing them turn to this . . . they’re gonna freeze the money because of fraud. What specific fraud? What did you see that the state didn’t knew [sic]?”
Walz’ comments sparked backlash from Republicans, especially as Minnesota state officials are being accused of being complicit in the alleged fraud.
“While there is no current evidence that Governor Walz personally committed fraud, the evidence has shown that his administration looked the other way while the fraud was occurring,” Kreun said. “The Walz Administration ignored whistleblower warnings and failed to exercise proper oversight, which was a failure of leadership.”
This all comes as independent and federal investigations are ongoing after billions of dollars in taxpayer-funded fraud schemes were uncovered in recent months, as extensively reported by The Center Square, with claims the fraud could total between $9 billion and $20 billion in Minnesota alone.
At least 50 people have been charged in connection with the theft of at least hundreds of millions of dollars from state programs meant to help the poor and vulnerable. Prosecutors say people cheated the government out of money, which started in rough 2018, by setting up companies that billed state agencies for millions of dollars’ worth of services that were never provided.
Kreun said he is hopeful Democrats will support the effort this time.
“With the US Attorney’s Office estimating that our fraud problem may be in excess of $9 Billion, this is not the time to make this bill partisan. Even though the House Democrats killed the bill in 2025, I remain hopeful they will get on board and do the right thing this year,” he said. “In 2026, we should be past the discussion about if an OIG is necessary, and the focus should be on how to best structure it to be effective and truly independent.”
So far, that has not been the case. Democrats have been reluctant to support the bill and Republicans allege they are attempting to “gut it,” even when they have been supportive.

I propose Tim Walz be investigated for corruption. Until I start seeing indictments for high level figures and a bunch of Somalis jailed, I am not very interested in unrelated DOJ “wins.”
