[NEWSBUSTERS.ORG] Ted Kornblum, Founder and CEO of Magnatone guitar amplifier company, posted on Jan. 30, "Rest easy people, it’ll take only 100 days till Trump gets a bullet in the head!"
Kornblum posted the statement via his personal Facebook page, which now appears to have been deactivated. He issued an apology on the Magnatone company Facebook page for the original post. That page may also have been taken down. The content had been visible on the Magnatone website early Jan. 31.
In that apology, Kornblum downplayed the seriousness of his original post stating, "Earlier today a frivolous, insensitive political post went out on Facebook. It should not have. Magnatone is not a political organization, respects the beliefs and opinions of all people and does business accordingly."
He also said "I sincerely regret this careless mistake, and apologize to anyone, anywhere, who may have been offended."
If someone wasn't offended, are you then not sorry? This is NOT an apology.
Many people, including talk radio host John Cardillo, have reported the incident to law enforcement and Secret Service through social media.

I do not want one hair on his head touched. Not one.
Same as for the Last President, and the one before that, and before that, and before that, and before that, and before that, and before that...

Lincoln was the last casualty of the previous civil war, you don't want Donald to be the first of the next. I assure you, your world will not survive.

Earlier today a frivolous, insensitive political post went out on Facebook.
It's far too easy for them to backpedal like that after the message has already gotten out there and the damage has been done. Some kook reads the comments by the likes of cornfilledbum and Madonna and gets the idea that it's acceptable, even encouraged, and then he actually does it. That's why these people need to be prosecuted and jailed for a good long time. Everybody needs to get it through their heads that it is not acceptable, it is a felony.

Arrest Kornblum.
I would have suggested boycotting his company, but I play guitar and have bought and sold alot of gear on Craigslist over the years and yet I've never heard of that company. Fuck them, just the same.

Arrest him and you're branded a fascist; let it go and that makes you stoopid.

Magnatone was a brand of electric guitars and amplifiers produced between 1937 and the mid-1970s. The company was based in California. The brand name was revived in the 2010s by Ted Kornblum.
Meaning it's a nothing company now and Mr. Kornblum just killed off the company.
More informartion on Magnatone. Note this issue is mentioned at the end of the brief article. I wonder how long it will remain there before some 'editor' delete it.
[The Hill] DNC boots candidate from chairman’s race for criticizing Ellison’s Islamic faith.
The Democratic National Committee is kicking a candidate out of the chairman’s race after he told The Hill that Rep. Keith Ellison (D-Minn.) should not be the party’s next leader because he is a Muslim.
In a Jan. 5 email to The Hill, Vincent Tolliver, a former House candidate in Arkansas, said that Ellison, the first-ever Muslim elected to Congress, should not be chairman because of Islamic positions on homosexuality.
“His being a Muslim is precisely why DNC voters should not vote for him,” Tolliver wrote. “Muslims discriminate against gays. Islamic law is clear on the subject, and being gay is a direct violation of it. In some Muslim countries, being gay is a crime punishable by death.”
“Clearly, Mr. Ellison is not the person to lead the DNC or any other organization committed to not discriminating based on gender identity or sexual orientation,” Tolliver continued. “I'm shocked HRC [Human Rights Campaign] has been silent on the issue. A vote for Representative Ellison by any member of the DNC would be divisive and unconscionable, not to mention counterproductive to the immediate and necessary steps of rebuilding the Democratic Party.”
A spokesperson for Tolliver said he stands by the statement.
[LI] European Union’s Foreign Minister Federica Mogherini has issued a threat directed at U.S. President Donald Trump.
Mogherini warned President Trump that he would "end up being in a prison" for his executive orders, one which temporarily halted the entry of Syrian refugees and another which seeks to begin the construction of a southern border wall, UK newspaper Express reports.
Mogherini also lectured President Trump on European history and tradition, and on how Europeans celebrate "when walls are brought down and bridges are built."
Italian politician Mogherini played a key role in negotiating the Iran Deal or the "worst deal ever negotiated" as President Trump pointed out. She began her political career with the youth wing of the Italian communist party and made it to the post of E.U.’s High Representative on Foreign Affairs and Security Policy as a member of the ’Party of European Socialists&rsquo.

Lectures on 'human rights' and politics from the slaughter houses of Europe. Perhaps we should examine the issues from a more historical perspective.

lectured President Trump on European history and tradition,
Did she start with the Romans and their treatment of Gallic "refugees''? How about Charlie Martell's treatment of Muzzie "refugees"? Vlad Tepich ring any bells?
Of course I don't have room to be complete but what exactly are these traditions again?

Fine. Fight the war against muzz totalitarianism and barbarity the same exact way as WW II was fought. Then have a nice set of trials afterwards for the principal enemies and their collaborators.

President Donald Trump on Tuesday announced conservative US appeals court judge Neil Gorsuch, 49, as his selection to fill a Supreme Court seat that has been vacant for almost a year in a move that would reinstate the court's conservative majority.

Now the fate of the nation rests on the sagging, flaccid shoulders of Mitch McConnell. God help us.
They did something like that in Wisconsin after they found the runaways...
[WASHINGTONEXAMINER] Arkansas Sen. Tom Cotton on Tuesday suggested ordering the sergeant at arms to force Democrats to vote for President Trump's nominees at the committee level, ratcheting up the rhetoric after Democrats delayed the votes with a boycott Tuesday morning.
"I don't know how long they plan to do this," the Republican said from the Senate floor. "I don't know if they intend to abscond out of the District, if we're going to have to vote to have the sergeant at arms track them down, haul them to work to do their business."
Gesturing toward the sergeant at arms, Cotton remarked that "he has a distinguished record in military and law enforcement. He could probably do that effectively."
Cotton is not a member of the Senate Finance Committee, which tried Tuesday morning to hold votes on the nominations of Steven Mnuchin to be treasury secretary and Rep. Tom Price of Georgia, to be secretary of health and human services. Democrats stopped the vote by refusing to show up and denying a quorum. At least one Democrat has to be present for a quorum.

I like the idea of a rules change better so the committees can vote without the donks. As long as they have a quorum they should get on with it.

IIRC, in mid-April '93 I was on the computer with C-SPAN covering the House Chamber in the background. Background noise, mostly, then I noticed that the Republican addressing the House was really pissed-off, not the faux outrage, but genuinely mad.
Synopsis: the previous afternoon the Budget Committee adjourned, the Republicans went home, the Democrats went to a White House meeting, pencilled in new numbers and met again without informing the minority members. Next morning the ranking minority member (Republican) got a single copy *AND* was told that the vote was scheduled at 1100 EST that same morning.
Sic transit bipartisanship -- for the rest of that Congress. Anyway, as long as the meetings are published in advance and not held in secret I personally would love to see this temper tantrum squashed like a bug.
[Insider.FoxNews] Mark Hetfield is the CEO and president of HIAS, a pro-refugee group, and he is an outspoken critic of President Donald Trump's travel ban.
Trump's executive order, signed Friday, bars citizens of seven countries from entering the United States for the next 90 days, suspends the admission of all refugees for 120 days and indefinitely suspends the Syrian refugee program."
On "Tucker Carlson Tonight," Hetfield said that the travel ban does not represent "American values." Watched it last night - Mr. Hetfield is a POS and HIAS is a taxpayer-funded scam.

Where they get their money
On their web site:
Government Grants Received 2014:
HHS $2,546,469
State Dept: $16,959,850
Other Gov.: $25,454
[Iran Press TV] The US state of Massachusetts is taking part in a legal battle against President Donald Trump ...New York real estate developer, described by Dems as illiterate, racist, misogynistic, and what ever other unpleasant descriptions they can think of, elected by the rest of us as 45th President of the United States... ’s Moslem ban.
Attorney General Maura Healey said Tuesday that the state was both joining a federal lawsuit filed Friday and filing its own lawsuit against the ban.
Trump issued an executive order late Friday to impose a 90-day entry ban on citizens from Iran, Iraq, Syria, Yemen, Sudan, Libya and Somalia, block refugees from Syria indefinitely, and suspend all refugee admissions for 120 days.
"During his campaign, President Trump called for a 'complete shutdown on Moslems entering the US.' On Friday he acted to make good on that promise," Healey told news hounds at her office in Massachusetts’ capital, Boston. "Over the past three days my office has closely reviewed the language of the order and its many impacts ... the executive order is harmful, discriminatory and unconstitutional. It discriminates on the basis of religion and national origin."

Interesting point. Didn't the Obama Justice Department sue Arizona when they (Arizona) wanted to patrol the border? The DOJ claimed that border patrol and 'immigration' was strictly a federal matter?

Healy is laying the groundwork for higher office, either a run for Governor or Congress, depending if some of the older representatives are thinking about retiring.

There goes the Federal support for infrastructure rebuilding. Guess the Army Corp of Engineers could be directed to condemn some of the old broken auto and railroad traffic bridges.
As if I needed another reason not to watch the Sh*t show known as the Super Bowl, watching the NFL line up advertisers who have very little to do with football insult the intelligence of fans.
[Breitbart] Budweiser has chosen the charged political issue of immigration as the subject of its Super Bowl LI commercial.
The 60-second spot explains the origin story of the beer company’s immigrant co-founder, Adolphus Busch.
The ad, titled "Born the Hard Way," begins with a young, German-born Busch being told, "You’re not wanted here! Go back home!" The big budget production eventually sees Busch land on the shores of St. Louis where he built his mega-brewery.
"This is the story of the original self-made man, one of the founders of the American Dream, making it the hard way, and his path that all came after him followed," Laura Rowan, of Budweiser’s creative branch told Adweek.
"We then see the words appear: ’When nothing will stop your dream, this is the beer you’ll drink.’ We end with the Budweiser logo and [tagline], ’This Bud’s for you,'" she said of the ad." First Starbucks and now Budweiser, a totally foreign-owned company. (Hmmm, the ad now seems to make sense.).

Heh, wife was watching one of her girl shows, midget tattoo artists or some shit, super bowl ad, she asks me who is playing.
ummm......not sure.
She switches channels, and Tom Brady is doing some red carpet crap.
Well, one is New England, I sayz.
...I hate my wife's show choices, but I guess it keeps a toe in the water, because now sports is red carpet nonsense.
As for the commercials, quit kidding yourselves - they have not been good since they switched from entertainment to shock/edge pushing about 20 years ago.

Who owns Bud again, Belgium? How's that refugee working for you Jean Claude, or is it perhaps Abdullah as the Director of North American marketing?
#25
They claimed it was made long ago and has nothing to do with current politics.
That may be so, but other companies have pulled ads before they showed due to current events. The fact that Buttwiper is still showing it proves that they are either completely tone deaf or a willing tool of the left.
I bet on the latter.
Bad way to piss off your primary customer base since blue collar workers (most of whom voted Trump) are the primary consumer of that beer.

One of my Polish grandfathers grew up trilingual, spoke Polish, German & English from infancy. Arrived in USA at age 2, so had no accent besides "Midwest". As a young man, he became a sailor on the Great Lakes. Encountering anti-Polish prejudice, he adopted a German identity, went by the assumed name of "Fuchs" [English would be "Fox", a play on words I'm sure] and got by. I don't know what beer he preferred.
I like my story better than that of this commercial.

Budweiser is a brand of Inbev, based in Belgium, and also carries the lines Corona and Stella Artois which recently pushes a commercial starring Matt Damon and how drinking that beer will help solve the world water crises. So this commercial is in-line with their commercial branding.
Also, Fosters, Michelobe, Modelo Especial, Beck's, among others not usually seen in day-to-day American liquor stores.
If I had any interests with or around the NFL, I would be furious.
Latinos around here drink (drank?) Bud Light, and do not like the recent immigrants.

Budweiser did not become a massive company selling to the craft beer drinking blue states. Not quietly yanking this commercial was a mistake of epic proportions.
She can carry someone else's luggage into that war zone because she has, like, experience with snipers and all that. No security, either.
Plus, that may be all she's capable of doing at this point.
As long as it's not my luggage, that is.

Sounds good Bangkok. True top level execs establish an org and don't mingle with just anyone. They have their division heads who then work through rank and file.
State should become a smooth org once this Exxon man gets it put into place.

the drug and gang related violence in Mexico.
Chris gives us Mexican press dispatches of drug and gang war violence
over three years, presented in a multi volume set intended to chronicle the death, violence and mayhem which has
dominated Mexico for six years.
