BLUF: Another Fox host, Tucker Carlson, has spread the idea that the FBI orchestrated the riot. He cites as evidence the indictments of some Jan. 6 suspects that mention unindicted co-conspirators, a common legal term that merely refers to suspects who haven’t been charged, and not evidence of undercover agents or informants.
Yet Carlson claimed on his show that "in potentially every single case, they were FBI operatives."
Carlson is a "main driver" of the idea that Jan. 6 was perpetrated by agents of the government, according to Zignal’s report. It found the claim spiked in October when Carlson released a documentary series about the insurrection.
Members of Congress, including Rep. Matt Gaetz, R-Fla., have helped spread the theories.

AP the most corrupt news media on par with CNN. I pay no attention to these propaganda networks. NPR and BBC right up there with them. They parade about naked and when told refuse to agree and continue on as the fools they are.

...has spread the idea that the FBI orchestrated Whitey Bulger's move to a West Virginia jail and his subsequent killing the riot.
This notion doesn't take a great deal of imagination when reviewed in light of past actions, only logic and reason, attributes on short supply at the AP and other leftist 'news' outlets.
#5
#4 AP "knows the truth." The "truth" however, is not wat their handlers are paying them to disseminate.
I targeted a local outlet that was on a leftist tilt once making a list of every local business that was running ads with them. I called each local business, found the individuals who placed ads and had a conversation with them about the garbage slant the local outlet wrote their stories with and suggested they never longer advertise there. I even gave them suggestions where else to advertise locally. In one week the local media outlet completely changed to tune to a conservative perspective.

When I was a reporter in the early 1980's, I worked at an ostensibly "conservative" small-town newspaper owned by a fairly high-profile conservative millionaire who was a mover and shaker in conservative politics at the national level. In spite of that, the majority of the people I worked with (especially people hired straight out of school, like myself) were either actively liberal or simply unformed and uninformed. Let there be no doubt that the organizational aspiration was to join all the "kewel kids" on the left side. It was the work of a staff of veteran editors who were much more professional newspaper people than political idealogues to keep things on the straight and narrow. I am not doubting #5's account at all, but it is definitely the exception. Here, in an age where all the cable news outlets (except FauxNews) are cratering viewership, the drool cups are still firmly in place.
At the local level, you are probably better off getting your local news from the nearest cracker barrel (not the restaurant chain) than from your local fishwrap or rah-rah small wattage radio station. Truly independent local bloggers are a help, but realistically, their reach is miniscule.
In the end, "Believe half of what you see and nothing of what you read or hear," remains great advice.

I still have a friend back in the town where I grew up who is plugged in every way he can figure out to be. If I want to know the backstory on anything that happens there, he's my go-to. Of course, the skinny is usually prefaced by "Now, you didn't hear this from me," and peppered with "this is interesting, but don't repeat it."

Has the FBI ever stopped a plot they didn't start themselves?
#10
I think the FBI's hiring model went from "squarest of the square" in the 20s through 50s and morphed into "anyone who would make Philth Donahue or Jerry Springer blush," after that.

[Breitbart] Former Clinton adviser and Newsmax TV Dick Morris said he sees former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) vying for the 2024 Democratic presidential nomination.
Morris said Sen. Cory Booker (D-NJ) and current Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg would also be among those competing for the party’s nod.
"I’ve always said that the way you could tell if Hillary is running again is check whether she has a pulse or not — and if she does, most likely she’s running," he said. "But lately, there have been very significant signs that indicate that she is, in fact, planning to run. She gave an interview earlier this week with MSNBC where she talked about, quote, ’We have to think clearly and be clear-eyed about what it will take to win the House and the Senate. And she then proceeded to basically blame [Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez] and the progressives for policies that she said could endanger the Democratic majorities."
"It’s kind of hard to see candidates during the blame game for an election that hasn’t happened yet," Dick Morris continued. "She was, and then, interestingly, the reply came from AOC, who said we need to enact the ... Build Back Better program, and then unless we do, so we’re going to lose the midterm elections. So you have dueling views from the center, and the left about what’s going to happen. What’s going to cause the collapse of the party, even though it hasn’t happened yet. I think that’s presaging a campaign. I think Hillary’s message will be after the wipeout that will happen next year. They’re going to blame each other, and AOC will use that to challenge the leadership and say she should run. And I think that Hillary is going to use that — to say that we need to sane, more moderate approach in order to win. And I think it will set up a conflict between Hillary and AOC for the democratic nomination. There will be two other candidates. The blacks will have one, probably Cory Booker, and the establishment, probably Pete Buttigieg, and I see a four-way race coming."

Three also-rans from previous Presidential campaigns and one of the dumbest broads to ever walk the halls of Congress? Please. How does Dick Morris keep landing 'adviser' roles?

An early evening pithy comment from our own Woozle Slineth from yesterday's post that I thought should be aired once again.
[Epoch Times] Woozle's comment #10 - "The response to this pandemic by our public health authorities will go down in history as the most disastrous in modern times. There will be a coordinated effort to rewrite history about these monumental errors. We have been told for 2 years that there are only 3 things that will help us; masks, lockdowns and novel therapies like these "vaccines". You can not go a day without hearing hundreds of references to these 3 courses of action. Every time I turn in the radio it is an ad for the vaccines. Now we are being told these novel treatments, the antiviral pills at hundreds of dollars per course, may be the answer.
Clinicians who actually treat many Covid patients know there are dozens of cheap and effective agents that can help lessen the severity of the disease yet there is almost no effort to promote them. In fact, there has been a concerted effort to withhold availability of these and lie about them (like the Ivermectin is only for horses or HCQ is fish tank cleaner, etc)
Public health authorities have even gone to great lengths to make sure pharmacies take supplements like NAC or quinine off the shelves. And the big chain pharmacies won’t fill prescriptions for Ivermectin or HCQ. These "public health" authorities would rather people die than have them find solutions outside of there 3 mandates.
Don’t you ever wonder why in 2 years time there has been no effort, no radio ads or TV commercials or anything for that matter, that would help people prophylactically, or as early treatment at home in the early stages of the disease should they get it? Things like boosting your vitamin D, add in some zinc, protect the lungs from clotting with a low dose of aspirin if you get the disease, etc., etc., etc.
We could have saved hundreds of thousands of lives by promoting safe and simple immune boosting measures rather than the a sole focus on the 3: experimental "vaccines", masks and lockdowns.
The public health authorities should be driven out in shame from their ivory towers."
mRNA inventor Dr. Robert Malone gave a fascinating interview to Joe Rogan which aired on New Year's Eve.
If you've got three hours to spare, we recommend you watch the entire thing.
Malone, an expert in mRNA vaccine technologies who trained at UC Davis, UCSD and the Salk Institute, was suspended by Twitter with no explanation on Thursday. It appears he's preparing to sue, as Alex Berenson is currently doing.
The suspension came after Malone was vilified by a hit piece in The Atlantic which was funded by Facebook and Johnson & Johnson.
They then went deeper into the topic of ivermectin and early interventions in general. According to Malone, "There are good modeling studies, that show a half a million excess deaths have happened in the US, through the intentional blockade of early COVID treatment by the US Government.

I'm entering into Day 7 of my current Wuhan Lung Pox infection. Doing much better but still am dealing with a nasty blistering rash that developed on my arms. It's absolute insanity that our only option is a pseudo vaccine that does not prevent contraction - and then once contraction occurs there is no additional treatment available due to Biden Fed interference. A criminal operation from top to bottom.

By the way, Dr Malone mentions Zelenko favorably in the above interview with Rogan.
From the NIH article I linked to: Treatment with hydroxychloroquine (HCQ), zinc, and azithromycin (AZM), also known as the Zelenko protocol, and treatment with intravenous (IV) vitamin C (IVC) have shown encouraging results in a large number of trials worldwide.

#6 - nope, no antihistamines. My symptoms were unusual in that I've little to no issues with sinus or lung congestion, but pretty much had every other symptom listed.

A multi-volume chronology and reference guide set detailing three years of the Mexican Drug War between 2010 and 2012.
Rantburg.com and borderlandbeat.com correspondent and author Chris Covert presents his first non-fiction work detailing
the drug and gang related violence in Mexico.
Chris gives us Mexican press dispatches of drug and gang war violence
over three years, presented in a multi volume set intended to chronicle the death, violence and mayhem which has
dominated Mexico for six years.
Rantburg was assembled from recycled algorithms in the United States of America. No
trees were destroyed in the production of this weblog. We did hurt some, though. Sorry.
