| [MSN] The Council on American-Islamic Relations, also known as CAIR, has suspended its operations in Florida after a federal judge rejected an emergency request to block the state from designating the organization and its Florida chapter as domestic terrorist organizations. CAIR sued Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, claiming the designation violates the First Amendment and federal due process protections. |
