I was surprised by the extent of damage caused by last week's flooding on the San Juan river in NM (I thought they were better prepared and protected). This week, beginning 1 Nov, flooding will likely be more extensive and include, in addition to the San Juan river, the Little Colorado, the Animas, the Verde and some other rivers in CO, UT, NM and AZ.
