ASKS PUBLIC FOR HELP LOCATING STABBER The Manhattan Shomrim organization also asked the public for help locating the woman, who appeared to be in her 30s. "If you were in the Diamond District/Midtown area around that time and witnessed the incident, or if you have access to storefront security cameras, dashcam video, or cell phone footage, please reach out immediately," Manhattan Shomrim stated. According to eyewitness reports, the woman had passed by several other pedestrians without attacking them before stabbing the hassid, who was dressed in a visibly Jewish manner, with what some reports say was a syringe or needle.
