| Turkish defense giant Aselsan signs €2.46B hybrid air defense deal |

| [TT] urkish defense company Aselsan signed contracts worth €2.46 billion ($2.75 billion) with Türkiye's Defense Industries Presidency (SSB) for the procurement of hybrid air defense systems, the company announced Monday, in what is described as the largest single contract in its 51-year history. "Contracts with a total value of €2.46 billion have been signed between Aselsan and the Presidency of Defense Industries of the Republic of Türkiye for the procurement of Hybrid Air Defense Systems," the company said in a filing with the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP). The deal brings Aselsan's air defense contracts since Oct. 1 to nearly €4 billion, as Türkiye expands its "Steel Dome" integrated air defense network.
