In the port of Kiliya: the headquarters of the Vostok naval base of the Ukrainian Navy, the base of the State Border Service of Ukraine, four storage facilities with military equipment intended for the Ukrainian Armed Forces, and berthing infrastructure facilities.
In addition, a dry cargo vessel was hit during the sea crossing, delivering military equipment and dual-use cargo to the port of Odessa to supply the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
