Moscow, September 10, 2026, 08:17 — Regnum News Agency. Nearly 450 Ukrainian fixed-wing drones were destroyed overnight over 14 Russian regions and the waters of two seas. The Russian Ministry of Defense reported this on the morning of September 10.
Air defense alert forces repelled the attack from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM Moscow time, neutralizing a total of 448 enemy UAVs. They were shot down over the Astrakhan, Belgorod, Bryansk, Volgograd, Voronezh, Kaluga, Kursk, Oryol, Rostov, and Tula regions, Dagestan, Kalmykia, Crimea, Krasnodar Krai, and the Caspian and Black Seas.
Several regions reported the aftermath of a Ukrainian airstrike. In Borisoglebsk, Voronezh Oblast, a drone crashed onto a private home. A woman died and two others were injured. Overnight, 19 UAVs were intercepted over six districts of the region and one urban district.
In Makhachkala, falling drone debris caused fires at the port and a musical theater. The fires were quickly extinguished, and there were no injuries.
In the Rostov region, approximately 90 drones were shot down overnight over four cities and 16 districts. Damage was recorded to several private homes and cars, as well as power lines.
