The Secretary of Public Security and Citizens, Omar García Harfuch, reported that in Sinaloa, 12 people were arrested after an operation in which 35 firearms were seized.
In his X account, the official indicated that the operation is part of the strengthening of the National Security Strategy, involving elements of the Defense and the National Guard.
“They arrested 12 people and seized 35 firearms, more than 7,500 cartridges, 200 magazines, 12 grenades, more than 1.3 tons of marijuana, 1.7 million pesos and five vehicles,” the secretary detailed.
