| [Just The News] The U.S. Postal Service has finalized a rule requiring states to provide lists of voters who receive mail-in ballots, a move that could prevent the agency from delivering ballots in states that fail to comply. The rule, published Friday, follows an executive order signed by President Donald Trump in March directing the USPS to impose new requirements on mail-in voting. Under the rule, states would have to submit voters’ names and addresses, along with unique barcodes assigned to ballot envelopes.
