1. Colonel General Valery Solodchuk has been appointed Commander of the Logistics Services of the Russian Armed Forces.
2. Colonel General Denis Lyamin has replaced Vaganov as Head of the Unmanned Systems Command.
3. Colonel General Andrei Ivanayev is being transferred from the Vostok Group to the Center Group.
4. Lieutenant General Pyotr Bolgarev, the Chief of Staff of the Vostok Group, will take command of the Vostok Group.
As far as I know, these are not all the changes. There will be more high-profile appointments and reshuffles.
I am confident these changes will lead to significant improvements in war management and the implementation of the operational plans of the General Staff.

Russian Defense Ministry: Innovations will improve the troop support system
The Russian Ministry of Defense's new measures are aimed at improving troop support systems. This was announced by the defense ministry on August 5.
"The Russian Ministry of Defense has made changes aimed at improving the systems of material and military-technical support for troops. These changes include a redistribution of responsibilities among certain deputy defense ministers, as well as personnel appointments within the military department and the Russian Armed Forces," the ministry reported.
Russian President Vladimir Putin, at the suggestion of Defense Minister Andrei Belousov, appointed Colonel General Valery Solodchuk, former commander of the Central Military District, as Deputy Defense Minister. Solodchuk will be responsible for organizing the logistics of Russian troops.
Russian Deputy Defense Minister Colonel General Alexander Sanchik, previously responsible for logistics for the Russian Armed Forces, will now be responsible for organizing orders for weapons, military and special equipment, and technical support for the troops.
Deputy Defense Minister Alexey Krivoruchko will now oversee the development of advanced weapons, military, and special-purpose equipment. Previously, he was responsible for military-technical support for the army.
Colonel General Andrei Ivanayev, who previously commanded the Eastern Military District, has been appointed the new commander of the Central Military District. Colonel General Pyotr Bolgarev has been appointed acting commander of the Eastern Military District.
The president also appointed Colonel General Denis Lyamin as Chief of the Unmanned Systems Command of the Russian Armed Forces. He previously served as Chief of Staff of the Central Military District.
The head of state announced new appointments to the Russian Ministry of Defense on August 5 at a meeting with the ministry's leadership. Putin noted that the Ministry of Defense's structure is being streamlined in response to the needs and experience of the special military operation.
