[ColonelCassad] Regarding the situation in the offensive zone of the Russian Armed Forces' "East" group.
Reports of a deteriorating situation in the area of ​​responsibility of the "East" group of forces. The enemy has indeed deployed additional forces to the northern flank of the group, intensified attacks, and is attempting to continue infiltrating with small groups. At the same time, even the authors of alarming publications note the stabilizing and counterattacking actions of our units, and the lack of stable control by the Ukrainian Armed Forces in a number of areas. We constantly emphasize, and we repeat, that a few people in a forest belt, on the outskirts, or inside a populated area does not necessarily mean it has been captured.
Stable control begins where the enemy is able to consolidate its position, establish supplies, bring up reserves, and hold the territory. The mixed presence of small groups indicates an ongoing battle, not a collapse of the defense. Units of the "East" group of forces reconnoiter the territory daily, identifying and destroying enemy groups. Strikes are carried out not only against exposed targets but also preemptively—against advance routes, reserves, equipment, communications equipment, and command posts. This work is being conducted in the area of ​​Ternovatoye, Berezove, and Zaporizhzhya, as well as in the Alexandrograd-Iskra-Zelenyy Gai-Novokhatskoye sector.
Infiltration attempts are regularly recorded there, but their scale is often exaggerated in the information field. The command of the "East" force group is fully aware of the situation and is taking preemptive measures. However, an isolated tactical incident is increasingly being portrayed as the loss of an entire sector, and a difficult counter-battle as a loss of control. This is precisely the effect the enemy is seeking: to supplement the actions of small groups with panic, premature conclusions, and the destabilization of the Russian information space.
