Ran Zimmit a director at Tel Aviv University’s Institute for National Security Studies has some insight into this hazy, confusing and uncomfortable period where we seem to be facing neither war nor peace. Writing in the Jewish outlet Ynet, Zimmit states that we face a world of "not full-scale war, but also not a long-term diplomatic arrangement." I agree with Zimmit. His description perfectly fits the confusing world we face.
