Units of the Defense Force have pushed back Russian invaders on the border of Donetsk and Dnipropetrovsk regions, the OSINT project DeepState reported on Tuesday, July 14.
"The Defense Forces of Ukraine pushed back the enemy near Maliivka, Sichneve, Novogeorgiivka and Zaporizhzhia," the report says.
As Interfax-Ukraine writes, DeepState maps show that 33.37 sq km of territories on the border of Donetsk and Dnipropetrovsk regions, which were previously occupied by the enemy, have moved into the so-called "infiltration area" (gray zone).
Thus, the previously completely occupied Novogeorgiyevka, partially Maliyevka and Zaporizhzhia, as well as the surroundings of the village of Komyshuvakha in the Donetsk region and the villages of Vorone and Ternove in the Dnipropetrovsk region, are now completely in the "gray zone".
"The reduction in the territories controlled by the enemy is the result of successful actions by the Defense Forces units. For now, the enemy is still being fixed in the rear, so clarification with the blue zone (finally liberated territories - ed.) will come later," analysts write.

In other directions, there were no changes during the day.
On the eve of the Defense Forces publication, ArmyInform reported that the 425th Assault Regiment "Skelya" liberated six villages in the Dnipropetrovsk region: Ternove, Zaporizhzhia, Novogeorgievka, Vorone, Sichneve, and Maliivka.
Earlier, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, General Oleksandr Syrsky, announced the failure of Russia's offensive in the first half of 2026. If earlier the Russian army conducted active offensive operations in 13 operational directions, now there are a maximum of six or seven such directions left.
And President Volodymyr Zelensky believes that the current situation on the front is the best for Ukraine in the last 10 months.
