Khalipat Salavatova, a native of the village of Kostek in the Khasavyurt district of Dagestan, is 30 years old, according to her entry in the Rosfinmonitoring register of terrorists and extremists. It is unknown when and under what circumstances the woman returned from Syria to Dagestan.
