The decline in visible activity may be linked to a @WhatsApp message that has circulated widely among tribal media activists and local journalists. The message instructs supporters not to publish photographs, videos, or information about tribal movements, assembly areas, force numbers, or operational plans, arguing that such material could provide valuable intelligence to the Houthis and endanger participants. The guidance urges strict operational security and asks recipients to circulate the instructions widely. Despite the reduced public visibility, tribal-linked social media accounts continued to signal that mobilization remains active. Tribal activists, who have been documenting the mobilization effort, shared the operational security directive and subsequently posted that "tomorrow the greatest tribe, and the tribe that has fought the Imamate more than any other throughout history, will set out in a massive convoy," referring to the Zaraniq tribes. Additional posts reported that convoys from al-Mahwit Governorate were en route to the tribal encampment at Matarah al-Karama, while praising Sheikh Abdulrab bin Salem Dayman al-Uqaili for coordinating the continued arrival of delegations from the Al Uqail tribes.
