Text: THE JUDEA AND SAMARIA DRONE THREAT IS HERE Israeli communities near Judea and Samaria are warning that the next October 7-style threat may not come through tunnels or pickup trucks. It may come by drone. According to Ynet, local officials say dozens of drones have recently been found and seized by the IDF in Judea and Samaria, as Israel’s security establishment tracks Iranian efforts to expand attack-drone capabilities from Lebanon into the area. The fear: small FPV drones carrying explosives — the same kind of battlefield weapon now seen across the Russia-Ukraine war. One local official warned that if a drone crosses the seam line, it could reach Tel Aviv in six minutes. |
