[HodhodYemenNews] Several residents of Abdin village in the Yarmouk Basin area of western Daraa countryside were displaced overnight following Israeli military incursions and shelling around the village, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) reported, citing local sources.According to SOHR, Israeli forces advanced into the area and set up several tents, prompting opposition and protests from local residents. Residents of Abdin later confronted Israeli patrols, throwing stones at the troops, while several young men blocked the road between Jamalah and Abdin with rocks. Israeli forces responded by firing warning shots into the air to disperse the protesters and intimidate civilians. They also fired an illumination flare over the Yarmouk Basin as military movements continued in the area. SOHR added that a tense calm has prevailed in the village since the morning, following the withdrawal of Israeli forces from positions they had occupied on al-Moghor Hill.
