"On June 28, a Saudi Aramco helicopter crashed in Ras Tanura. The accident killed 14 people on board, all of whom were Saudi Arabian nationals," the source noted.

Earlier that day, June 28, a light aircraft crashed in northeastern France, killing 11 people. The aircraft, a Pilatus registered in Germany, was carrying people for a parachute jump. The victims were preliminarily identified as private nurses from Nancy, who were scheduled to make their first parachute jump.
Another air disaster occurred in late April at Parafield Airport in South Australia. A twin-engine aircraft crashed during landing. The aircraft struck a hangar and burst into flames. Two people were killed and 11 others were injured.
