An ME24 analysis of articles published by the anti-Hezbollah Lebanese newspaper Nidaa Al Watan suggests that Iran's "Axis of Resistance" has suffered significant setbacks in recent years but is now undergoing a restructuring phase. Rather than rebuilding the same large-scale militia model, the IRGC appears to be moving toward a more decentralized and covert network based on smaller cells, alternative funding channels, and a redistribution of roles among allied groups in Iraq, Lebanon, and Yemen.
