[ColonelCassad] There was a heavy air raid in Crimea this morning.
An oil depot in Kerch was hit, sparking a fire that is currently being extinguished. Crimean authorities temporarily suspended the free sale of gasoline today. Damage is being assessed.
The Panagia ferry was also hit. A total of four people were killed and 26 were injured. Ferry traffic is suspended today.
The Crimean Bridge is operating normally. Small groups of several have also been trying to break into the city from the sea since yesterday evening, mainly from Balaklava, Fiolent, and Victory Park. This morning, something must have struck (either a substation or a power line), because there was a significant voltage drop in the network, and then power outages began in some areas of the city.
Currently, power availability is about 70% across the city. There was a similar incident about two months ago. The issue with traffic through Chongar has been mostly resolved; while repairs are being made, they are simply building another bridge nearby. Hitting it with drones is pointless, as the damage there isn't particularly difficult to repair. Plus, satellites show a large number of pontoons there, just in case.
