Since the beginning of the current day, Russian invaders have attacked Ukrainian army positions 95 times. The enemy has increased the number of attacks in four key areas, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported in an operational summary on Thursday, June 4.
Thus, one battle took place in the North Slobozhansk and Kursk directions.
In the South Slobozhansky direction, the invaders tried six times to break through the defenses near Staritsa, Lyman, and in the direction of Izbitskyi and Kolodyazny. One battle is ongoing.
In the Kupyansk direction, the enemy attacked twice in the area of ​​Novoplatonivka and towards Kivsharivka.
In the Lyman direction, our soldiers repelled 13 attempts by the invaders to advance in the areas of Novoselivka, Drobyshevy, Zarichny, Dibrova, Ozerny and towards Shyykivka, Lyman. Five clashes are ongoing.
In the Slavyansky direction, eight attempts by the invaders to advance near Zakitny, Kalenykivka, Riznykyvka and towards the settlements of Kryva Luka, Rai-Oleksandrivka were successfully stopped.
In the Kostyantynivka direction, our defenders repelled 12 attacks near the settlements of Ivanopillya, Illinivka, Rusyn Yar and towards Kostyantynivka, Stepanivka, Vilny. Two clashes are ongoing.
In the Pokrovsky direction, the invaders tried 25 times to push our soldiers from the occupied positions in the areas of the settlements of Hryshyne, Vasylivka, Kotlyne, Udachne, Horikhove and towards the settlements of Shevchenko, Serhiivka, Novopavlivka. Three clashes are ongoing.
In the Oleksandrivske direction, the enemy tried to advance four times in the area of ​​Sichneve. One battle is ongoing.
In the Hulyaipil direction, units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine successfully repelled 23 attacks in the areas of the settlements of Rybne, Dobropillya, Vozdvizhivka, Svyatopetrivka, Zaliznychne and towards Pryvillya, Novy Zaporizhzhia, Kosivtsevo, Tsvitkiv, Krynychny, Hulyaipilsky, Charivny. Four clashes are ongoing.
In the Orikhivske direction, the enemy stormed once in the area of ​​Stepnohirsk.
In the Prydniprovske direction, our defenders successfully stopped one attack towards the Antonivskyi bridge.
