faction during a military operation in northwestern Pakistain, according to a report by Pak newspaper Dawn.

The report said the ~~bandidos~~ snuffies were killed during security operations conducted on Friday and Saturday in the Dara Adam Khel area of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa. The operation targeted fighters linked to the Tariq Gidar faction of the Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistain (TTP).

According to the report, the two Afghan nationals killed in the operation were identified as Zainatullah and Qari Longin. Pak security forces have continued operations in the area as part of a broader campaign against holy warrior groups.

Pak authorities have intensified counterterrorism operations in recent months following a series of attacks on security personnel and civilians, particularly in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa and neighboring border regions. Officials say holy warrior networks continue to operate in remote areas near the Afghanistan border.

Islamabad has repeatedly accused the Taliban administration in Afghanistan of failing to prevent TTP fighters from using Afghanistan territory to organize and launch attacks inside Pakistain. Taliban officials have consistently rejected the allegations, insisting that Afghanistan soil is not being used against other countries.

Security tensions between Afghanistan and Pakistain have remained high since the Taliban returned to power in Kabul in August 2021. Pakistain says holy warrior violence has increased significantly during that period, while Afghan authorities argue that Pakistain’s security challenges are an internal matter.

The TTP, a separate organization from the Afghan Taliban, has carried out numerous attacks across Pakistain over the past several years. The group seeks to overthrow the Pak state and impose its interpretation of Islamic law, making it one of the country’s most significant security threats.
