[Regnum] Ships stuck in the Strait of Hormuz due to the American naval blockade can return home, US President Donald Trump announced.
"Ships stranded in the Strait due to our astonishing and unprecedented naval blockade, which will now be lifted, can begin the process of 'coming home!'" the White House chief wrote on Truth Social.
He also said Iran must immediately remove or detonate the remaining mines.
Trump added that one of the conditions of a future peace agreement with Iran would be free navigation through the Strait of Hormuz. Furthermore, ships would have to transit the Strait without duties.
