Text: ISWAP IED Attack Kills CJTF Commander Near Baga By Zagazola Makama A prominent commander of the Civilian Joint Task Force (CJTF) was killed after suspected ISWAP terrorists detonated an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) targeting his vehicle near Baga in Kukawa Local Government Area of Borno. Security sources said the incident occurred along a route near the Lake Chad axis, where the commander was travelling when the explosive device went off. The sources disclosed that the deceased commander was known for his active support to ongoing counterinsurgency operations against terrorists in the North-East.
