The peak intensity persisted for three hours, after which the intensity of geomagnetic fluctuations temporarily decreased, according to the Space Research Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
The next time geomagnetic fluctuations reach the "yellow" level is at 9:00 PM Moscow time. By 6:00 AM Moscow time on Saturday, May 16, the storm will reach G1 status and last for three hours, scientists warned.
